pth moment exponential stability of stochastic fuzzy Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with discrete and distributed delays
In this paper, stochastic fuzzy Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with discrete and distributed delays are investigated. By using Lyapunov function and the Ito differential formula, some sufficient conditions for the pth moment exponential stability of such stochastic fuzzy Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with discrete and distributed delays are established. An example is given to illustrate the feasibility of our main theoretical findings. Finally, the paper ends with a brief conclusion. Methodology and achieved results is to be presented
Razumikhin and Krasovskii stability of impulsive stochastic delay systems via uniformly stable function method
This paper generalizes Razumikhin-type theorem and Krasovskii stability theorem of impulsive stochastic delay systems. By proposing uniformly stable function (USF) in the form of impulse as a new tool, some properties about USF and some novel pth moment decay theorems are derived. Based on these new theorems, the stability theorems of impulsive stochastic linear delay system are acquired via the Razumikhin method and the Krasovskii method. The obtained results enhance the elasticity of the impulsive gain by comparing the previous results. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of theoretical results
On Input-to-State Stability of Impulsive Stochastic Systems with Time Delays
This paper is concerned with pth moment input-to-state stability (p-ISS) and stochastic input-to-state stability (SISS) of impulsive stochastic systems with time delays. Razumikhin-type theorems ensuring p-ISS/SISS are established for the mentioned systems with external input affecting both the continuous and the discrete dynamics. It is shown that when the impulse-free delayed stochastic dynamics are p-ISS/SISS but the impulses are destabilizing, the p-ISS/SISS property of the impulsive stochastic systems can be preserved if the length of the impulsive interval is large enough. In particular, if the impulse-free delayed stochastic dynamics are p-ISS/SISS
and the discrete dynamics are marginally stable for the zero input, the impulsive stochastic system is p-ISS/SISS regardless of how often or how seldom the impulses occur. To overcome the difficulties caused by the coexistence of time delays, impulses, and stochastic effects, Razumikhin techniques and piecewise continuous Lyapunov functions as well as stochastic analysis techniques are involved together. An example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness and advantages of our results

This paper investigates the problem of pth moment exponential stability for a class of stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays and distributed delays under nonlinear impulsive perturbations. By means of Lyapunov functionals, stochastic analysis and differential inequality technique, criteria on pth moment exponential stability of
this model are derived. The results of this paper are completely new and complement
and improve some of the previously known results (Stamova and Ilarionov (2010), Zhang et al. (2005), Li (2010), Ahmed and Stamova (2008), Huang et al. (2008), Huang et al. (2008), and Stamova (2009)). An example is employed to illustrate our feasible results
Novel Lagrange sense exponential stability criteria for time-delayed stochastic Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with Markovian jump parameters: A graph-theoretic approach
This paper concerns the issues of exponential stability in Lagrange sense for a class of stochastic Cohen–Grossberg neural networks (SCGNNs) with Markovian jump and mixed time delay effects. A systematic approach of constructing a global Lyapunov function for SCGNNs with mixed time delays and Markovian jumping is provided by applying the association of Lyapunov method and graph theory results. Moreover, by using some inequality techniques in Lyapunov-type and coefficient-type theorems we attain two kinds of sufficient conditions to ensure the global exponential stability (GES) through Lagrange sense for the addressed SCGNNs. Ultimately, some examples with numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the acquired result
A fixed point approach towards stability of delay differential equations with applications to neural networks
This thesis studies asymptotic behavior and stability of determinsitic and stochastic delay differential equations. The approach used in this thesis is based on fixed point theory, which does not resort to any Liapunov function or Liapunov functional. The main contribution of this thesis is to study the approach using fixed point theory in a systematic way and to unify recent results in the literature by considering some general classes of equations. The equation we considered is a combination of time dependent delays, distributed delays, impulses and stochastic perturbations. In addition, an application to stochastic delayed neural networks is investigated. The results in this thesis extend and improve some exist results in the literature in some ways. Examples are discussed in each chapter to illustrate our main results.UBL - phd migration 201
