    RESUMEN: Emancipia es una iniciativa empresarial promovida por los miembros de la comunidad universitaria que ha apostado por un proceso de innovaci√≥n en un contexto tecnol√≥gico con un alto potencial de desarrollo y expansi√≥n como es internet y el entorno virtual. El proyecto, denominado HousingOn, est√° basado en la creaci√≥n de una plataforma de servicios de alojamiento online que se hace extensivo no solamente a la comunidad universitaria en cuanto a la b√ļsqueda de habitaciones o estancias durante su periodo Erasmus, sino que abarca los servicios ofrecidos a las Instituciones, propietarios de los alojamientos, empresas de servicios inmobiliarios, administradores de fincas y empresas de reparaci√≥n de los inmuebles y otros servicios a los estudiantes. Este nuevo proyecto que ya ha superado la fase BETA se encuentra en disposici√≥n para expandirse fuera del √°mbito de la Universidad de Cantabria y Cartagena, en el que ahora est√° prestando sus servicios, apostando por la experiencia de consumo a los estudiantes y resto de usuarios de la plataforma a trav√©s de su APP cuyo factor a destacar es que ya ha funcionado en entornos reales y relevantes, por lo que el desarrollo del trabajo no va a consistir en meros planteamientos e hip√≥tesis te√≥ricos y subjetivos, sino que se encuentra fundamentado en la experiencia de un equipo humano con conocimiento tanto del sector inmobiliario como del entorno estudiantil e institucional, lo que constituye el atractivo a destacar en este Trabajo de Fin de M√°ster. El plan de marketing que se ha desarrollado en el presente trabajo definir√° el marco general a trav√©s de la recopilaci√≥n, an√°lisis y evaluaci√≥n a nivel interno y externo de los datos b√°sicos ya elaborados por Emancipia, el cual nos ha permitido el an√°lisis de la situaci√≥n actual, definiendo las oportunidades, amenazas, puntos fuertes y d√©biles, sirviendo de punto de partida para el posterior desarrollo del plan, estableciendo a continuaci√≥n los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos que se pretenden a medio y largo plazo y finalizando con las estrategias enfocadas especialmente en el producto y la comunicaci√≥n, a seguir de cara a posicionarse ventajosamente en el segmento de mercado del sector inmobiliario dirigido al alquiler de estancias para estudiantes.ABSTRACT: Emancipia is a business initiative promoted by members of the university community that has opted for an innovation process in a technological context with a high potential for development and expansion such as the internet and the virtual environment. The project, called HousingOn, is based on the creation of an online accommodation service platform that extends not only to the university community in terms of searching for rooms or stays during their Erasmus period, but also covers the services offered to Institutions, property owners, real estate services companies, property managers and real estate repair companies and other student services. This new project that has already passed the BETA phase is ready to expand outside the scope of the University of Cantabria and Cartagena, where it is now providing its services, betting on the experience of consumption for students and other users of the platform through its APP whose factor to highlight is that it has already worked in real and relevant environments, so the development of work will not consist of mere theoretical and subjective approaches and hypotheses, but is based on experience of a team with knowledge of both the real estate sector and the student and institutional environment, which is the attraction to highlight in this Master's Thesis.     RESUMEN: Una de las mejores maneras para comprender de forma fiel la realidad del sector de la moda es el estudio, lo m√°s actualizado posible, de sus caracter√≠sticas, estad√≠sticas y publicaciones especializadas. Este es el punto de partida de este trabajo, que pone en el foco en una de las tendencias que m√°s est√°n marcando las diferencias en el sector: las decisiones basadas en datos. Este trabajo fin de m√°ster consiste en tres puntos principalmente: - Explicar la situaci√≥n global del sector moda y la importancia de los datos para las empresas. - Coleccionar los datos de los consumidores mundialmente y analizar su ruta de compra. - El conocimiento adquirido sobre el sector en los apartados anteriores se aplica al caso real de una empresa del sector retail que ha sufrido una bajada sensible en las ventas de su √ļltimo a√Īo. Se presenta un plan de acci√≥n en tres fases: un an√°lisis de los datos internos del canal online de la empresa, un diagn√≥stico de su situaci√≥n y sugerencias para la mejora de su negocio. Con la combinaci√≥n de ciencia y el arte, el rol que los datos juegan en el sector moda, cada vez m√°s, se presenta como la ventaja competitiva imprescindible para cada empresa.ABSTRACT: One of the best ways to understand the reality of the fashion industry is through studying the most recent investigation and researching reports of this sector from its characteristics, statistics, and specialized publications. This is the initial point of this thesis, which focuses on one of the trends that makes the most differences in the sector: data-driven decisions. This master's degree work consists of three main points: - Explain the global situation of the fashion sector and the importance of data for companies. - Collect consumer data worldwide and analyse their shopping route. - With the conclusion acquired previously regards to the sector, the thesis applies that to the real cause of a retail company which suffered a significant decline in its last year sales. An action plan with three phases is presented in this part: an analysis of the company‚Äôs internal online channel data, the diagnosis of its situation and the suggestions for improving the business. Constar√° de varias c√°maras sincronizadas para obtener im√°genes de filtraci√≥n de los aerosoles a trav√©s de las mascarillas. En el trabajo tambi√©n se caracterizar√°n mascarillas quir√ļrgicas desechables, higi√©nicas reutilizables y FFP2 a√Īadiendo la influencia de rasgos y morfolog√≠as faciales.ABSTRACT: In this Master's Thesis an integrated system will be designed to evaluate aerosol leakage losses and characterize the tightness of different types of respiratory masks. The platform consists of condensation meters, optical particle meters based on Mie scattering and imaging technique based on projection of laser light sheets. It will consist of several synchronized cameras to obtain images of filtration of the aerosols through the masks.     Disserta√ß√£o de mestrado em Gest√£o de Projetos de EngenhariaO presente projeto de disserta√ß√£o, intitulado como Melhoria de Pr√°ticas de Gest√£o de Projetos numa Empresa de Gest√£o Ambiental, foi desenvolvido no √Ęmbito do curso de Mestrado de Gest√£o de Projetos de Engenharia, da Universidade do Minho. Perante as necessidades das organiza√ß√Ķes se destacarem e crescerem num mercado cada vez mais competitivo, onde a capacidade de resposta no tempo certo e com qualidade √© cada vez mais importante, as vantagens da utiliza√ß√£o das boas praticas de gest√£o de projetos torna-se cada vez mais evidente. A implementa√ß√£o de melhorias das pr√°ticas de gest√£o de projetos tem sido um fator preponderante para o sucesso das organiza√ß√Ķes. Este trabalho de disserta√ß√£o foi desenvolvido na empresa Ecofirma. √Č uma empresa ligada ao ramo ambiental, tendo sido abordado o caso particular de um projeto de abastecimento de √°gua. O objetivo principal desta disserta√ß√£o de mestrado foi propor boas praticas de gest√£o de projetos com enfoque no departamento de produ√ß√£o e apresentar propostas que visam melhorar os processos internos e a gest√£o de projetos. Para tal, foram consideradas estrat√©gias para simplificar os processos, melhorar a gest√£o da informa√ß√£o, comunica√ß√£o, organiza√ß√£o e gest√£o dos projetos. Estas propostas basearam-se nas diferentes √°reas de conhecimento do PMBOK¬ģ Guide. Partindo do diagn√≥stico inicial, foram apresentadas propostas de altera√ß√£o ao n√≠vel da aprendizagem operacional e dos processos e t√©cnicas da gest√£o de projetos. Destaca-se a necessidade de maior envolvimento de colaboradores, melhor organiza√ß√£o de atividades de manuten√ß√£o e defini√ß√£o de compet√™ncias e responsabilidades. Foram ainda apresentadas propostas diversas para a cria√ß√£o de ferramentas de apoio √† gest√£o de projetos com apresenta√ß√£o de templates espec√≠ficos exemplificados para o caso do projeto de abastecimento de √°gua, sendo ainda referida a import√Ęncia da cria√ß√£o da figura do gestor de projeto.This dissertation project titled ‚ÄúImprovement of Project Management Practices in an Environmental Management Company‚ÄĚ was developed within the scope of the master‚Äôs course in engineering project management, from the University of Minho. The need for organizations to stand out and grow in an increasingly competitive market along with the ability to respond in time and with quality are increasingly important. Given this, the advantages of using good project management practices become more and more evident. The improvements in project management practices have been a major factor in the success of organizations. This dissertation work was developed at Ecofirma. This is a company linked to the environmental branch. The work dealt with the case of a water supply project. The main objective of this master's thesis was to carry out a survey of the current situation of the company and present proposals that aim to improve internal processes and project management for the production department. To this end, strategies were considered to simplify the processes to improve information management, communication, organization, and project management. These proposals were based on the different areas of knowledge of PMBOK¬ģ Guide. Starting from the initial diagnosis, proposals for changes were made in terms of operational learning and project management processes and techniques. We highlight the need for greater employee involvement, better organization of maintenance activities and definition of competencies and responsibilities. Several proposals were also presented for the creation of tools to support project management with the presentation of specific templates exemplified for the case of the water supply project. The importance of creating the figure of the project manager was also mentioned

    RESUMEN: La falta de motivaci√≥n y curiosidad por la asignatura de F√≠sica y Qu√≠mica observada en los alumnos durante la realizaci√≥n de las pr√°cticas de este m√°ster, as√≠ como en distintas fuentes bibliogr√°ficas, me han motivado para realizar este trabajo de fin de m√°ster. He investigado la bibliograf√≠a existente con la finalidad de estudiar y analizar las causas que pueden originar esta apat√≠a por las ciencias, y fundamentalmente, tratar de buscar una soluci√≥n a este problema. He podido concluir que los propios alumnos, son los que poseen la clave para dar la vuelta a esta imagen que tienen de las asignaturas de ciencias, carente de total conexi√≥n para ellos dentro del mundo en el que viven, as√≠ como de ser de poca utilidad para ellos. Estos son los dos objetivos fundamentales de este proyecto, analizar las causas y tratar de proponer una soluci√≥n como ayuda a este problema. Con la finalidad de dar respuesta a esta problem√°tica, se han planteado una propuesta did√°ctica basada en una bater√≠a de 6 actividades enmarcada en un enfoque de cotidianeidad para los alumnos para el curso de 2¬ļESO para la asignatura de f√≠sica y qu√≠mica. Se recurrir√° al recurso de establecer analog√≠as entre los contenidos establecidos en la asignatura y el √°mbito cotidiano, particularizando en la analog√≠a qu√≠mica y cocina. El motivo de escoger este enfoque concreto, es que es un recurso sencillo de aplicar para los alumnos y que tiene una fuerte relaci√≥n con su entorno diario, de esta forma se consigue contextualizar la asignatura dentro de sus actividades diarias. Se conseguir√° as√≠ despertar curiosidad e inter√©s por la ciencia.ABSTRACT: The lack of motivation and curiosity for the subject of Physics and Chemistry observed during the realization of the practices of this master's degree, as well as in different bibliographical sources, have motivated me to carry out this final thesis. I have researched the existing bibliography in order to study and analyze the reasons that can cause this apathy for the sciences, and fundamentally, try to find a solution to this problem. I concluded that the students themselves are the ones who hold the key to turn around this concept they have of the science subjects, lacking total connection for them in the world they live in, as well as being of little use for them. These are the two fundamental objectives of this project, analyze the causes and try to propose a solution. In order to respond to this problem, a didactic proposal based on 6 activities framed in a daily approach for students for the 2nd year course for the subject of physics and chemistry has been proposed. We will resort to the resource of establishing analogies between the contents established in the subject and the daily environment, particularizing in the chemical analogy and cooking. The reason for choosing this specific approach is that it is a simple resource to apply to students and that it has a strong relationship with their daily environment, in this way the subject is contextualized within their daily activities.     The study of errors in the concept of function learning in secondary education

    RESUMEN Este trabajo fin de m√°ster est√° enfocado a detectar las diferentes visiones que muestran los estudiantes de un curso de 3¬ļ de ESO de matem√°ticas acad√©micas, cuando tienen que analizar las propiedades de ubicaci√≥n y comportamiento de funciones (como el crecimiento y decrecimiento o el signo de la imagen), a trav√©s de la observaci√≥n de sus gr√°ficas. Para ello se ha realizado un cuestionario a una muestra de 23 alumnos del nivel acad√©mico indicado con anterioridad y con los que previamente se hab√≠a trabajado en el aula la unidad did√°ctica de Funciones correspondiente. Hemos podido observar que una parte mayoritaria de los participantes opinan err√≥neamente que una funci√≥n tiene im√°genes positivas si su gr√°fica est√° ubicada en una regi√≥n del plano donde las abscisas son positivas y de forma an√°loga opinan que una funci√≥n tiene im√°genes negativas si su gr√°fica est√° ubicada en una regi√≥n del plano donde las abscisas tienen signo negativo. Esto evidencia que, por tanto, a la hora de determinar el signo de la imagen de una funci√≥n priorizan el signo de las abscisas, sin tener en cuenta la informaci√≥n que proporcionan las ordenadas. Otra de las concepciones err√≥neas observadas a trav√©s del estudio de los resultados obtenidos, es que existe entre los alumnos una tendencia clara a asociar funci√≥n creciente con funci√≥n de im√°genes positivas y de forma an√°loga funci√≥n decreciente a funci√≥n con im√°genes negativas.ABSTRACT This master's thesis is focused on detecting the different views shown by the students in a 3rd year ESO academic mathematics course, when they have to analyze the properties of location and behavior of functions (such as growth and diminishmentor the sign of the image), through the observation of its graphs. For this, a questionnaire was made from a sample of 23 students of the academic level indicated above and to whom the corresponding didactic unit of functions had previously been worked in the classroom. We have observed that a majority of the participants erroneously think that a function has positive images if its graph is located in a region of the plane where the abscissas are positive and analogous they also think that a function has negative images if its graph is located in a region of the plane where the abscissas have a negative sign. This shows that, therefore, when determining the sign of the image of a function, they prioritize the abscissa sign, without taking into account the information provided by the ordinates. Another of the misconceptions observed through the study of the results obtained is that there is a clear tendency among students to associate increasing function with the function of positive images and analogously decreasing function with negative images.M√°ster en Formaci√≥n del Profesorado de Educaci√≥n Secundari

Seguidamente, se analizar√° a modo de comparativa todos los puntos enumerados con anterioridad, para finalizar como punto clave y principal de este Trabajo, con el estudio pormenorizado y comparativo de las ense√Īanzas en la Formaci√≥n Profesional.     RESUMEN: Este trabajo fin de M√°ster recoge los resultados derivados de un proyecto de investigaci√≥n para la optimizaci√≥n del comportamiento en fatiga del acero para muelles fabricado por la empresa Global Steel Wire (GSW). El estudio experimental llevado a cabo en el LADICIM de la Universidad de Cantabria consta de 529 ensayos de fatiga por flexi√≥n rotatoria que han sido posteriormente interpretados mediante algoritmos Machine Learning. El contenido del trabajo se estructura de la siguiente forma: Cap√≠tulo 1: INTRODUCCI√ďN Y OBJETIVOS: Incluye una descripci√≥n del producto fabricado por GSW y de las ventajas que ofrece el uso de herramientas de Machine Learning Cap√≠tulo 2: ESTADO DEL ARTE: Describe el proceso productivo de GSW para fabricar alambr√≥n. Asimismo, se explican las principales herramientas Machine Learning, centr√°ndose principalmente en aquellas utilizadas dentro del estudio. The experimental study carried out at the LADICIM of the University of Cantabria consists of 529 rotary bending fatigue tests which have been subsequently interpreted by means of Machine Learning algorithms. The content of the work is structured as follows: Chapter 1: INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES: It includes a description of the product manufactured by GSW and the advantages offered by the use of Machine Learning tools. Chapter 2: STATE OF THE ART: Describes GSW's production process to manufacture wire rod. It also explains the main Machine Learning tools, focusing mainly on those used in the study. Chapter 3: PROBLEMS, MATERIALS AND METHODS: The existing problems in spring steel are explained, as well as the different stages followed in this study to obtain a Machine Learning model. Chapter 4: RESULTS: The most relevant experimental and analytical results of this study are presented.
