This research was conducted with the aim of to determine the implementation of the Pekanbaru mayor's regulation number 33 of 2016 concerning the decent city policy. This research uses qualitative research methods qualitative research method by using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. documentation. Konstruksi Sosial Orang Tua terhadap Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem Zonasi dalam Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konstruksi sosial orang tua terhadap implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi dalam Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi sosial orang tua terbangun atas realitas sosial bahwa: 1). Orang tua siswa mendapatkan informasi kebijakan sistem zonasi melalui berbagai sarana; 2). Beberapa orang tua belum sepenuhnya memahami urgensi sistem zonasi; 3). Perpindahan domisili dilakukan orang tua sebagai upaya mengakomodir kebijakan sistem zonasi. Melalui ke tiga fase ini dapat diketahui realitas yang terkonstruksi bagi orang tua siswa dalam memandang implementasi kebijakan PPDB sistem zonasi. Simpulan penelitian kebijakan sistem zonasi dalam PPDB adalah terobosan baru dalam dunia pendidikan, menuai beragam respon dari banyak kalangan terutama orang tua siswa. Teori konstruksi sosial memandang realitas sosial terbentuk melalui proses dialektika, yang tampak bahwa orang tua siswa masih terkonstruksi pada mekanisme PPDB.

Collaborative Governance Dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a role in stabilizing the economy, because they have the potential to create jobs and reduce unemployment and poverty rates in a country. Rungkut Lor Village, Surabaya City is a forum for MSME groups engaged in the culinary sector, especially traditional snacks. However, there are still obstacles in its development that require collaboration with other sectors. The aim of this research is to find out and describe Collaborative governance in Empowering MSMEs in Kampung Kue, Rungkut Lor, Surabaya City using the Collaborative governance theory quoted by Emerson and Nabatchi Perdana et al., (2021), namely the dynamics of collaboration, action in collaboration and its impacts and adaptations are the result of collaborative action. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results show that collaboration between stakeholders to empower MSMEs in Kampung Kue is already underway. However, in the process there has been no agreement or MoU between sectors responsible for empowerment
Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara di Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Mojokerto
The effectiveness of the performance of bureaucratic employees has a function as an illustration and track record of performance achievements over a certain period. The performance of the public bureaucracy is based on five main indicators, including productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the employees of the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is qualitative-exploratory research. The results showed that the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto Regency has had a good performance even though operationally there are still employees who tend to delay their duties and work. Factors supporting the effectiveness of performance are indicated by the existence of motivation through rewards for outstanding employees, punishment as an act of employee discipline, and the delegation of training and training to improve employee competence. The inhibiting factor is indicated by the low competence of employees, with an indication of the low demand for employees to increase their capacity through training and training both inside and outside the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto Regency
Advokasi Kebijakan Penghapusan Biaya Pemeliharaan Paten pada Entrepreneurial University
Advokasi kebijakan penghapusan biaya pemeliharaan paten pada Perguruan Tinggi (PT) khususnya Entrepreneurial University (EU) menjadi penting. Jumlah paten menjadi indikator utama dalam menetapkan universitas paling inovatif. Menkumham melakukan adaptasi dengan menerbitkan Permenkumham Nomor 20 Tahun 2020 tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pengenaan Tarif Tertentu pada Pelayanan Paten dan Hak Cipta, di mana dalam hal tertentu pengenaan tarif pada pelayanan paten dapat diberikan sebesar nol rupiah, termasuk bagi PT. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu Bagaimana Advokasi Kebijakan Penghapusan Biaya Pemeliharaan Paten pada EU?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa Advokasi Kebijakan Penghapusan Biaya Pemeliharaan Paten pada EU. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Advocacy Strategy Framework dari Coffman. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Advocacy Strategy Framework terkait Penghapusan Biaya Pemeliharaan Paten dalam Permenkumham Nomor 20/2020 dilakukan melalui tiga perubahan yaitu Awareness, Will, dan Action dengan empat audiences yaitu Public and Influencers; Influencers; Influencers and Decision Makers; dan Decision Makers. Peneliti merekomendasikan kepada Kemenkumham untuk menyusun Roadmap dan Rencana Penghapusan Biaya Pemeliharaan Paten dan Kebijakan Penghapusan Biaya Pemeliharaan Paten dalam Produk Kebijakan berupa Kepmenkumham atau KepDirjen KI terkait Roadmap dan/atau Rencana Aksi terkait hal ini

The implementation of online customer complaint handling at PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya is still not optimal and needs attention considering the importance of public services and PDAM is the only company engaged in the supply of clean water. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of e-government in PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya in terms of public services. The e-government management of PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya still has inaccuracies in handling online services, infrastructure indicators found that there is overlapping complaint data entering the system, and the application still does not have a customer service monitoring feature and the application is only available on Android. on Standard Operasional Prosedure (SOP) policy indicators it is necessary to carry out restandardization which is oriented towards e-government innovation. In terms of infrastructure indicators, it is necessary to evaluate the use of the company's internal system. TATA KELOLA PESANTREN: PENERAPAN STRUKTUR ORGANISASI ENTITAS BERORIENTASI NON LABA DI PONDOK PESANTREN KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Abstrak: Pondok Pesantren Modern As-Suruur yang terletak di Desa Pameungpeuk – Banjaran, memiliki komponen mutu lulusan, proses pembelajaran, mutu guru dan manajemen sekolah yang dinilai baik sehingga terakreditasi A oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional/Madrasah (BAN-SM). Sosialisasi tentang penerapan 5 prinsip tata kelola yang baik yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, kemandirian dan kewajaran harus dapat diterapkan di institusi pondok pesantren agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan tata kelola yang baik dimulai dalam menetapkan struktur organisasi dan individu yang terlibat dalam kepengurusan pondok pesantren. Penjelasan mengenai struktur organisasi dan uraian pekerjaan serta tanggung jawab setiap pengurus harus dapat dijelaskan dengan baik dan transparan. Pembelajaran mengenai perlunya sistematika struktur organisasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan organisasi menjadi tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini. Setiap individu pengurus dalam struktur organisasi harus dijelaskan di dalam profil kepengurusan dengan memuat nama lengkap, pendidikan serta tanggung jawab pekerjaannya. Penerapan struktur organisasi yang transparan dan jelas menghindari adanya praktik korupsi dan kolusi serta memudahkan pencapaian tujuan pesantren As-Suruur sehingga akan meningkatkan reputasi pesantren. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa 90,52% peserta setuju bahwa kegiatan ini direspon dengan baik oleh masyarakat sasar. Abstract: The As-Suruur Modern Islamic Boarding School which is located in Desa Pamempeuk– Banjaran, has components of graduate quality, learning process, teacher quality and school management which are considered good so that it is accredited A by the National Accreditation Board/Madrasah (BAN-SM). Dissemination of the application of the 5 principles of good governance namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness must be implemented in Islamic boarding schools in order to improve effective and efficient performance. The implementation of good governance begins with establishing the organizational and individual structures involved in managing Islamic boarding schools. An explanation of the organizational structure and job descriptions as well as the responsibilities of each administrator must be clearly explained and transparent. Learning about the need for a systematic organizational structure that is tailored to the needs of the organization is the goal of this community service. Each individual administrator in the organizational structure must be explained in the management profile, including full name, education and job responsibilities. A transparent and clear organizational structure avoids corruption and collusion practices and facilitates the achievement of the goals of the As-Suruur pesantren so that it will enhance the reputation of the pesantren. The results of this community service activity showed that 90.52% of participants agreed that this activity was well received by the target community.Â
