Analitzar la prevalença del MRSA i MRSA ST398 en porcs i en treballadors de granges de porcs. Estudi transversal de prevalença, a la comarca d'Osona. Es van seleccionar 16 granges. Les mostres, s'han processat al laboratori de microbiologia per identificar el MRSA ST398. Van resultar positius per MRSA, 20(64,5%) treballadors. Anys treballats en granges per als positius son 15 anys(p 0'05). De 468 frotis nasals de porcs, van resultar positius per MARSA 7(1,49). La prevalença de MRSA es elevada a la comarca d'Osona. Es importat realitzar un frotis nasal a tots els treballadors de granges de porcs que ingressen a l'Hospital

Consommation d’alcool des jeunes au cycle

Cette recherche exploratoire porte sur le thème de la consommation d’alcool chez les jeunes se trouvant au cycle d’orientation. J’ai axé ma démarche dans le contexte valaisan. La partie théorique présente tout d’abord des notions liées à l’alcool et à la politique publique, principalement valaisanne en la matière. Elle traite aussi de thématiques liées à l’adolescence et aux facteurs de consommation, ainsi que des façons pour les jeunes de consommer de l’alcool. J’ai parlé du contexte socio-culturel valaisan, celui-ci comprenant les clichés lui étant attribués. Mes investigations sur le terrain m’ont également permis de mettre en évidence les pratiques des jeunes en ce qui concerne leur consommation d’alcool, ainsi que l’influence pouvant provenir du contexte familial de chacun. J’ai également souligné les connaissances du contexte social et culturel des jeunes et l’influence des pairs sur la consommation d’alcool. Pour terminer, mon analyse m’a permis de mettre en lumière les connaissances des jeunes par rapport à la prévention d’alcool dans le domaine scolaire et autres. Finalement, j’ai développé plusieurs pistes qui pourraient aider les professionnels à engager plus facilement une action pouvant répondre à cette problématique. Il s’agit surtout de renforcer la collaboration entre les travailleurs sociaux et les établissements scolaires. D’autre part, j’ai proposé de développer l’implication des parents au niveau de l’éducation à la prévention et également d’adapter les messages de prévention en intégrant la notion de risque. Pour terminer, il est également important que les jeunes puissent jouer un rôle dans la résolution de cette problématique, j’ai donc proposé de les impliquer dans la prévention en les formant afin d’obtenir de la prévention entre pairs

Decay resistance variability of European wood species thermally modified by industrial process

Thermal modification is now considered as a new ecofriendly industrial wood modification process improving mainly the material decay resistance and its dimensional stability. Most industrial thermal treatment processes use convection heat transfer which induces sometimes heterogeneous treatment temperature propagation within the oven and lead to the heterogeneity in treatment efficiency. Thus, it is common that treatment is not completely effective on several stack boards, in a same batch. The aim of this paper was to study the decay resistance variability of various European wood species thermally modified. Thermal modifications were performed around 240°C during 4h, on about 10 m3 of 27 x 152 x 2000 mm3 wood planks placed in an industrial oven having a volume of 20 m3, on the following wood species: spruce, ash, beech and poplar. All of the tests concerning the decay resistance were carried out in the laboratory using untreated beech and pine woods as reference materials. An agar block test was used to determine the resistance of thermally modified woods, leached beforehand according to EN 84 standard or not, to brown-rot and white-rot fungi, according to XP CEN/TS 15083-1. A large selection of treated wood samples was tested in order to estimate the variability of treatment efficiency. Thermal treatment increased the biological durability of all leached and un-leached modified wood samples, compared with native wood species. The treatment temperature of 240°C used in this study is sufficient to reach durability classes ''durable'' or ''very durable'' for the four wood species. However, the dispersion of weight loss values, due to the fungal attacks was very important and showed a large variability of the durability of wood which has been treated in a single batch. These results showed that there is a substantial need to develop process control and² indicator in order to insure that the quality of treated timber is properly evaluated with a view to putting this modified timber on the market under a chain of custody. Le premier objectif de cette étude est de relever les représentations alimentaires des participants à la Patrouille des Glaciers (PDG) 2012. Le deuxième est de comparer leurs pratiques alimentaires avec leurs représentations concernant la nutrition les 4 jours pré-compétition. Le troisième est de mettre en évidence les différences de pratiques alimentaires entre les concurrents des 2 parcours les 4 jours pré-compétition.
