Cost Management in the Company

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem náklady a výnosy, pojetí nákladů a jejich klasifikaci. Dále se zaměřuje na objasnění vztahu mezi náklady, výnosy a výsledkem hospodaření a definuje jednotlivé druhy analýz, které jsou provedeny v následující části práce. V analytické části je představena společnost a zjištěna její současná situace na základě sledování vývoje nákladů a provedením SWOT analýzy, finanční analýzy a analýzy výkazu zisku a ztráty. Součástí práce je doporučení návrhů, které by přispěly ke snižování nákladů.This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of the cost management. In the theoretical part the costs and revenues, concept of expenses and its classification are described. This thesis also clarifies a relationship between expenses, revenues and economic result and there is defined individual analysis, which were used in the next part of thesis. The analytical part is dedicated on the company introduction and for the actual situation based on expenses development, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and income statement analysis. The recommendations which should contribute to the cost reduction, is also included.

Parts inspections by using reverse engineering methods.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kontrolu součástí pomocí metod reverzního inženýrství. Nejprve je zde uvedeno rozdělení a popis zařízení používaných pro reverzní inženýrství. Následuje charakteristika konvenčních metod měření. Součástí této práce je i praktické využití systému ATOS ke kontrole dané součásti. Cílem práce je srovnání konvenčních metod měření s metodami reverzního inženýrství.This bachelor work deals with parts inspections by using reverse engineering methods. In first parts is adduced distribution and description devices used for reversing engineering. In next parts of work is characteristic of conventional measuring methods. The parts of this work is practical utilization of ATOS system to verification given part. Purpose of work is comparing conventional measuring methods with reverse engineering methods.

Analysis of factors influencing Czech SMEs after EU accession

Trends in the development of tool clamping interface at milling machin

Táto práca pribliţuje súčasné trendy v upínaní frézovacích nástrojov. Hlavným zameraním sú upínacie rozhrania malých frézovacíh nástrojov s valcovým driekom (stopkových fréz). Práca popisuje moţnosti aplikácie upínačov stopkových nástrojov vo frézovaní a definuje ich princípy a výhody.This thesis closely specifies actual trends in clamping for milling tools. The main part of this work focus on the clamping interface for shank tools. It describes possibilities of applications of clamping systems for shank tools for milling and defines their principles and advantages.
