RaynaudÔÇÖ fenomen on temperatuurimuutustele tundlikel inimestel esinev episoodiline vasospasmist tingitud ebamugavustunne ja nahav├Ąrvuse muutus s├Ármede ning varvaste piirkonnas. Primaarne RaynaudÔÇÖ fenomen on ├╝ldjuhul healoomulise kuluga ning enamikul juhtudel diagnoositav anamneesi alusel. Sekundaarne RaynaudÔÇÖ fenomen, mis kaasneb k├Áige sagedamini s├╝steemsete sidekoehaigustega, on aga t├Ásisema prognoosiga ning ├Áigeaegne diagnoos v├Áimaldab ravi alustamist enne t├Ásisemate t├╝sistuste v├Ąljakujunemist. S├╝steemsete sidekoehaiguste v├Ąlistamiseks on olulisel kohal autoantikehade m├Ą├Ąramine, v├Ąikeste perifeersete veresoonte seisundi hindamiseks kasutatakse kapillaroskoopiat. Medikamentoosne ravi annab paremaid tulemusi primaarse RaynaudÔÇÖ fenomeni puhul. Eesti Arst 2007; 86 (10): 745ÔÇô74

    Complexitat i fenomen (socio)lingu├şstic

Intermediate phenomena of reality present particular characteristics of systemic self-organization, multilevel interrelations, recursivity, emergence of new ┬źobjects┬╗ with properties different from those of the elements that form them, and evolutionary dynamics, that probably need the formulation of new theoretical concepts and different paradigm principles. The sciences or perspectives of complexity, or the ┬źcomplex┬╗ thinking, try to respond adequately to this complexity of reality. This approach adopts a multidimensional, integrated and dynamic view of reality: the world is made up of overlapping levels of different elements which produce new properties or new organizations at higher levels. If we conceive what we call languages as simple and decontextualized objects, we can understand some of the more mechanical aspects but we will ignore their conditions of existence, functionality, maintenance, variation, change and extinction

In this article two systems of understanding of good are presented: first, the philosophical one (connected with ethical system), and second ÔÇô religious one (espe cially in case of Christianity, but also other monotheistic religions). It is possible, of course, to imagine a ÔÇťmixedÔÇŁ system or one where those two could meet each other in specific point, or concept, or representation. In general, those systems have to be considered separately. Rational explanation is crucial for a philosophical system (achieving a specific good makes a reinterpretation of ethical situation from different point of view, for example as a sacrifice, impossible), while religious system needs a personal explanation (ethical situation could have a far-reaching consequences for interpersonal relations, because a supernatural factor, for example a grace, is included here)

The emergence of the e-book as a major phenomenon in the publishing industry is of interest, world-wide. The English language market, with Amazon.com as the major player in the market may have dominated attention, but the e-book has implications for many other languages and book markets. The pre-e-book publishing world can be seen as a system in which authors delivered texts to publishers, who evaluated, edited, printed and distributed the published text to bookshops and thence to libraries and individual readers. This process has been going on since GutenbergÔÇÖs re-invention of movable type in about 1439 (following its original invention in China in the 9th century, and the use of metallic type in Korea in 1234), in other words, for about the past 550 years. The invention of movable type was an instance of a disruptive technology: eventually putting monastic scribes out of business altogether. Similarly, the e-book has the potential to disrupt the processes for the production, distribution and use of authorial texts, and is already in the process of doing so. First, the phenomenon of self-publishing has emerged as a serious contender to the more formal process; secondly, publishers may derive significant economic benefit from the reduction in printing and distribution costs, as well as the ability to sell directly to the consumer through their own Websites; thirdly, the impact on booksellers may result in a further reduction in the number of independent stores ÔÇô a decline already in process as a result of online bookselling; fourthly, user demand is resulting in libraries wrestling with the problems of how to manage e-books within their collection development and management processes; and, finally, the behaviour of readers is changing as the devices available for using e-books become more numerous and cheaper. Only someone blessed with absolute certainty in forecasting the future can know exactly how things will change, but there is little doubt that the development of the e-book will bring about substantial changes in the processes of book production, distribution and use ÔÇô and many of these changes will surprise us.Razvoj e-knjige kao novog fenomena u nakladni─Źkoj industriji od globalne je va┼żnosti.
