    Study of the transfer efficiency of alloyed elements in fluxes during submerged arc welding process

    10 páginas, 10 tablas, 2 figuras.[ES] Se realizó un estudio de la transferencia de cromo, manganeso y carbono durante el proceso SAW {Submerged Arc Welding) de diferentes fundentes aglomerados constituidos por 18,75 % de carga aleante y 81,25 % de matriz. En homo eléctrico de arco, mediante la fusión de mezclas de minerales, se obtuvo una matriz básica vitrea, correspondiente al sistema Si02--Al203'(CaO+MgO). La proporción en que se encuentran los componentes de la carga aleante (FeCr, FeMn y grafito) se estableció a través de un diseño de experimentos del tipo McLean Anderson. Los fundentes correspondientes a cada punto experimental se obtuvieron por rodadura, utilizando vidrio líquido como aglomerante. A los fundentes obtenidos se les determinaron los coeficientes de transferencia para un régimen de soldadura invariable, utilizando para ello una expresión de cálculo basada en las leyes de conservación de masa y de reparto.[EN] It is assessed the transfer of chromium, manganese and carbon of different agglomerate fluxes constituted by 18.75 % of alloyed load and 81.25 % of matrix during the SAW process (Submerge Arc Welding). A vitreous basic matrix corresponding to the system Si02'Al203--(CaO+MgO) was obtained from minerals by fusion in the electric arc furnace. The current proportions of the alloyed load components (FeCr, FeMn and graphite) were carried out using a McLean Anderson experiment design. The corresponding fluxes to each experimental point were obtained by granulation with liquid glass; afterwards, their transfer coefficient for a given regimen of welding was determined. The transfer coefficients were calculated by means of a formula based on the laws of mass conservation and of distribution.Peer reviewe
