PirmÄ nodaļa piedÄvÄ detalizÄtu informÄciju par biznesa procesu vadÄ«Å”anu, tÄs elementiem, posmiem un nozÄ«mi. IepazÄ«stina ar informÄciju par inovÄciju, tÄs bÅ«tÄ«bu un nepiecieÅ”amÄ«bu valsts konkurÄtspÄjas un darba ražīguma kÄpinÄÅ”anÄ. Papildus izvÄrtÄ inovÄcijas ietekmi uz valsts iekÅ”zemes kopproduktu un citiem ekonomiskajiem rÄdÄ«tÄjiem. OtrajÄ nodaÄ¼Ä ir ietverta informÄcija par Latvijas inovÄcijas procesa attÄ«stÄ«bu un vadÄ«Å”anu, kÄ arÄ« ir aprakstÄ«ta Latvijas inovÄcijas politika un sistÄma. IepazÄ«stina ar piemÄriem, kas parÄda atseviŔķu valstu attÄ«stÄ«bu inovÄcijas jomÄ. TreÅ”ajÄ nodaÄ¼Ä tiek izvÄrtÄta inovÄcijas attÄ«stÄ«ba un atbalsts Latvijas uzÅÄmumiem un pÄtÄ«jums par inovÄcijas nozÄ«mi un vadÄ«Å”anu uzÅÄmÄju skatÄ«jumÄ.
RezultÄtÄ autors nonÄca pie secinÄjumiem, ka inovÄcijas veicina ekonomisko izaugsmi, sabiedrÄ«bas labklÄjÄ«bu un valsts konkurÄtspÄju kopumÄ. Ja Latvija vÄlas konkurÄt un panÄkt uzplaukumu ES valstu saimÄ un arÄ« plaÅ”ÄkÄ globÄlÄ mÄrogÄ, par prioritÄru uzdevumu ir jÄkļūst inovÄcijas procesa vadÄ«Å”anas uzlaboÅ”anai un pilnveidoÅ”anai.
MaÄ£istra darba pÄtÄ«juma rezultÄti, izvirzÄ«tie secinÄjumi un priekÅ”likumi izmantojami izvÄrtÄjot Latvijas ekonomikas attÄ«stÄ«bas prioritÄros virzienus, valsts stratÄÄ£ijas izstrÄdes procesÄ.
Darba izstrÄdÄ izmantoti 59 dažÄdi literatÅ«ras avoti. DarbÄ iekļautas 114. lapas, ievietoti 21 attÄli un 2 tabulas. Darbam ir divi pielikumi.Main subject of the paper is the significance of innovation process and its management in the country. Topicality of the study included in the master paper is determined by innovations and their economic importance in furthering of national development. The goal is to explore and develop innovative proposals to manage the process nationally. The paper consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions, annexes and bibliography. The first chapter provides detailed information on business process management, its elements, stages and importance, as well as it presents the information on innovations, their nature and the need for national competitiveness and labour productivity improvements. In addition, in this chapter author has evaluated the impact of innovation on the national gross domestic product and other economic indicators. The second chapter contains information on Latvia's innovation process and governance, as well as describes Latvian innovation policy and system. It has been supplemented with examples that show the development of various countries in the field of innovations. The third chapter deals with the evaluation of innovative development and support of Latvian enterprises and with the study of innovations and management of the business perspective.
Consequently, the author came to the conclusion that, innovation contributes to economic growth, public welfare and national competitiveness as a whole. If Latvia is to compete and reach the flowering amongst other EU nations and on broader global scale, more innovative process management improvement and development has to become the highest priority task.
Research results, conclusions of the master paper, as well as proposals put forward should be used in the evaluation of Latvia's economic development priority axes, as well as in the national strategy development process.
To develop the master paper author used 59 various sources. The paper consists of 114 pages, it includes 21 pictures and 2 tables. The paper has two annexes
