Therapeutic potential of CB2 targeting in multiple sclerosis.

Cannabinoids have been shown to exert beneficial actions in different animal models of multiple sclerosis (MS). However, the use of cannabinoids compounds in human therapy is greatly limited by their psychoactivity.
