Prequantizable Poisson manifolds and Jacobi structures

We prove that the total space of a prequantization bundle of a prequantizable Poisson manifold admits a Jacobi structure and, conversely, a regular Jacobi manifold is the prequantization bundle of a Poisson manifold.
