Size-dependent magnetic behavior and spin-wave gap in MnF2 epitaxial films with orthorhombic crystal structure

4 páginas, 3 figuras, 1 tabla.-- et al.The results of elastic and inelastic neutron scattering in MnF2 films with orthorhombic crystal structure demonstrate that size-effect for the temperature of the magnetic transition appears for rather thick films 120–1250 nm.
