Ecosystem structure and fishing impacts in the NW Mediterranean Sea using a food-web model within a comparative approach

Previously, various models were developed in the area using Ecopath approach (Bănaru et al., 2013; Coll et al., 2006) but the new model included a larger area considering important hydrodynamic events in the region that enhance the connectivity between both regions. Bakalaura darbā „Noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu tiesiskais raksturojums” darba tēmas izvēlē saistīta ar to, ka noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācija ir būtiska problēma Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kas atstāj lielu ietekmi uz valstu tautsaimniecību, un tādēļ ir nepieciešamas tiesību normas, kas regulē noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas novēršanu. Veiktā pētījuma mērķis ir identificēt tiesību normas, izpētīt un analizēt ekspertu viedokļus sakarā ar noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju, kā arī tiesu praksi lietās par noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju. Darbā izvirzīti konkrēti uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāvu; 2.Raksturot atšķirības KL 195. panta un KL 314. panta piemērošanā; 3.Pētīt ārvalstu tiesību normas, un krimināltiesisko regulējumu.Bachelor work "Money laundering legal regulation" theme choice relates to the fact that money laundering is a major problem in Latvia and foreign countries, money laundering has a great impact on the national economy, and therefore it is necessary for an effective law which is governing money laundering prevention .
