    一种压阻式压力传感器的温度补偿方法

    针对压阻式压力传感器的温度补偿问题,提出一种将样条插值与最小二乘拟合相结合的补偿算法,并结合传感器标定实验数据进行仿真试验。结果表明该方法相比曲面拟合方法、BP神经网络和RBF神经网络,补偿最大相对误差和平均补偿时间分别为0.103%和0.135 4 s,不仅能够满足高精度测试要求,而且可减少标定工作量达到提升生产效率的目的。国家科技重大专项项目(2015ZX03003010

    Effects of Artifical Infection Reovirus Trails on Some Immune Factors of Mud Crab,Scylla paramamosain

    采用注射和浸泡的方式人工感染拟穴青蟹呼肠孤病毒,研究了其对拟穴青蟹血细胞密度以及血清中酚氧化酶(PO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOd)和碱性磷酸酶(AkP)活力的影响.结果表明:注射(第Ⅱ组)和浸泡(第Ⅳ组)方式均能感染健康青蟹,病发死亡时间为7~9 d,死亡率达100%,血细胞平均密度在试验36~72 H间迅速上升并达最高值,其血细胞密度最高值分别为1.4008x107CEllS/Ml与1.8243x107CEllS/Ml;感染病毒的青蟹PO活性均大致呈现下降的趋势,其中,第Ⅳ组感染12 H青蟹PO活性相对对照组显著升高(P<0.05),其值为(6.90±1.54),达实验所测PO活性最高值;各实验组血清SOd活性呈无规律的变化;AkP活性感染组与对照组表现不同.表明测定血细胞密度以及PO和AkP活性可用来辅助诊断青蟹疾病,而SOd活性变化不能很好地表征青蟹受病毒感染的状况.The influence of artifical infection reovirous trails on the hemocyte density and the phenoloxidase(PO),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and alkaline phosphatase activity(AKP) of the serum from Mud Crab,Scylla paramamosain was examined.The results showed that the healthy crab would be infected by virous injection and bath exposure in the virus extraction,There were no obvious difference between two treatments in mortality and latency period of the experimental animals,all crabs died in 7--9 d after infection.Changes of some interrelated immune factors such as activities of PO,SOD and AKP displayed the downtrend day by day,while the hemocyte density rose evidently after 36 h and reached the peak value(2.8534×107 cells/mL) at 72 h,It recovered to the same level as the control group after 108 h.In conclusion,the changes of hemocyte density and PO,AKP activity except SOD activity would be used to assist diagnoses of crab diseases.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2009J01224

    从患病锯缘青蟹组织中分离出一种无囊膜球状病毒,直径50~60 nm.通过病理切片观察,病蟹肝胰腺、肌肉、心脏、肠和鳃等多处组织器官受到感染,该病毒分布在细胞浆中,呈晶格状排列,不形成包涵体;这种病毒会导致细胞瓦解,细胞核肿大变形,核质聚缩,核膜破损,肌丝断裂,线粒体坏死等症状.The cause of an unknown disease broken out among the mud crab Scylla serrata was studied.Examination by electron microscope showed that there were a number of globose viral particles in the tissue of hepatopancreas,muscle,heart,intestine and gill.The virion was approximately 50~60 nm in size,without envelope and consisted only of a symmetrical globose capsid and an electric dense core.Usually,a mass of mature virus formed a crystal structure and distributed over the cytoplasm.That virus caused some histopathological changes such as cells broken and desquamation,karyolysis or karyopyknosis,mitochondria oedema and crista broken,fascicle rupture or in disorder and so on.We also isolated the virion from the tissue of unhealthy mud crab,they had the same size and structure with the virus observed in the cells

    以聚酯二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TdI)、二羟甲基丙酸(dMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(bdO)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等为原料合成了双组分水性聚氨酯(WPu)的多元醇组分.考虑到溶解性、反应活性、工业成本等因素,本研究从小分子二元醇(如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、一缩乙二醇等),小分子三元醇(甘油),小分子四元醇(季戊四醇),聚乙二醇(相对分子质量200~2 000),聚丙二醇(相对分子质量300~2 000)等数十种醇类化合物中,反复试验,再三筛选,最后确定以聚乙二醇-800和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HdI)三聚体为原料合成了亲水性多异氰酸酯固化剂组分.将多元醇组分和固化剂组分混合配制,得到了双组分WPu胶黏剂.通过红外光谱(fT-Ir)、核磁共振(nMr)、黏度、吸水率、黏接强度、离心稳定性等性能测试,分别对多元醇组分和固化剂组分合成的关键步骤及影响产物性能的各种因素进行了探讨.结果表明,当dMPA、bdO、TMP的质量分数分别为6%、4%、3%时,多元醇组分的外观、稳定性、黏接强度等性能较好;选择聚乙二醇作为亲水组分对HdI三聚体进行改性,且当其添加的质量分数为11%及以上时,制备出的多异氰酸酯固化剂组分具有较好的水分散性.Polyol component of two-component waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was synthesized starting from polyeaster diol,tolyene diisocyanate(TDI),dimethylolbutanoic acid(DMPA),1,4-butanediol(BDO)and trimethylolpropane(TMP).Screening from numerous alcohol compounds such as glycols(e.g.,ethylene glycol,propylene glycol,butanediol,diethylene glycol,etc.),ternary alcohol(glycerin),quaternary alcohol(pentaerythritol),polyethylene glycol(PEG,molecular weight from 200 to 2 000),polypropylene glycol(molecular weight from 300 to 2 000)in respect of solubility,reactivity and industrial cost,PEG-800 and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)trimer were selected as starting materials to synthesize hydrophilic isocyanate curing agent.Two-component WPU adhesive was prepared by mixing polyol component and curing agent.Characterized with FT-IR,1 H-NMR and determined with viscosity,water absorption,centrifugal stability and adhesive strength,various factors effecting the formation and properties of polyol component and curing agent were studied.Excellent appearance,stability and adhesive strength were shown for polyol components in the presence of 6% DMPA,4% BDO and 3% TMP.Using PEG-800 as the hydrophilic component with a content of 11%or more,the prepared polyisocyanate curing agent showed good water dispersibility
