    溴代聚苯乙烯(Brominatedpolystyrene,BPS)是一种新型的、添加型高分子阻燃剂,具有与聚合物相容性好、溴含量高、热稳定性好、性价比高的特点,现已广泛应用于PET、PBT、聚苯醚、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺以及间规聚苯乙烯、不饱和聚酯和环氧树脂等热塑性及热固性塑料。低毒、环保是溴代聚苯乙烯最大的优点,是多溴联苯和多溴联苯醚类有机小分子阻燃剂的最佳替代产品。本文以熔融指数为10的聚苯乙烯为原料,以氯仿和1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,溴素和氯化溴为溴化试剂,用还原铁粉、无水三氯化铝和三氯化锑作催化剂,合成溴代聚苯乙烯。以溴代聚苯乙烯的溴含量和产品色泽为主要指标,研究不同催化剂、体系水分、溴化试剂...Brominated polystyrene (BPS) is a new additive polymer flame retardant, having the characteristics of good compatibility with polymer, high bromine content, good thermal stability and high cost-performance.     通讯作者:[email protected][中文文摘]以2-溴丙酸乙酯(EBP)为引发剂,溴化亚铜(CuBr)为催化剂,N,N,N′,N″,N″-五甲基二乙基三胺(PMDETA)为配体,选择了3种路易斯酸(LA),即氢氧化铝(AH)、硼酸(BA)、异丁基硼酸(MPBA)为加速剂,对苯乙烯(St)原子转移自由基聚合的加速进行了研究.结果表明,在80℃下,氢氧化铝、硼酸、异丁基硼酸对苯乙烯原子转移自由基聚合均具有明显的加速效果,发现当[AH]/[EBP]=5、[BA]/[EBP]=4[、MPBA]/[EBP]=5时,加速效果最为明显,且对分子量的控制效果较好,特别是异丁基硼酸在设计分子量较大范围内仍具有明显的加速,且控制效果好.[英文文摘]The polymerization of styrene was mediated by copper(I) bromide/pentramethyl diethyl-triamine(PMDETA) using ethyl 2-bromopropionate(EBP) as initiator and a catalytic amount of Lewis acid(LA),such as aluminum hydroxide(AH),boric acid(BA),and(2-methylpropyl)boronic acid(MPBA),as a rate-accelerating additive.The polymerization in the presence of LA proceeded in a living fashion indicated by the first-order kinetic plots,with increase of Mn with respect to conversion and the relatively narrow polydispersities and had a apparent rate2enhancement efficiency. It was found that the polymerization was cont rolled well and had significant rate enhancements when the molar ratio of [AH]/[EBP]=5∶1,[BA ]/[EBP]=4∶1 , [MPBA ]/[EBP]=5∶1,respectively. And particularly ,the rate of polymerization of styrene with the optimal ratio of [MPBA ]/[ EBP](5∶1) was remarkably enhanced and a good controllability was maintained in the molecular weight from 10 000 to 100 000

    [中文文摘]用硫化改性剂和废轮胎胶粉制备了全胶粉弹性体.讨论了改性剂用量、炭黑用量、加工工艺及加工助剂对全胶粉弹性体物理机械性能的影响.实验发现硫化改性剂用量为2份;炭黑用量15份;加工油用量小于2份,可以得到较好性能的全胶粉弹性体,拉伸强度达7.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为315%,超过了再生胶的国标(拉伸强度6 MPa).同时对全胶粉弹性体的微观形貌及断裂行为也进行了讨论.[英文文摘]Ground Tire Rubber(GTR) was reclaimed by using the strong shearing force and the reclaiming agent in less than ten minute.It was found that adding 2 phr reclaiming agent,15 phr carbon black,2 phr naphthenic oil,the obtained elastomer had the best mechanical properties.The tensile strength was 7.9 MPa,elongation at break was 315%,the tear strength was 28 N/m.The microstruture of elastomers were also been detected by SEM

    [中文文摘]采用各种乙烯基单体进行溶液共聚,研制出能同时适用于聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)等多种常见塑料材料的溶剂型热溶转印胶.运用溶度参数原理选择共聚单体,探讨了由引发剂用量引起的分子量变化对性能的影响,找出了符合适用要求的引发剂浓度范围,研究了反应时间对转化率的影响,确定了适合工业化生产的合适配方及反应条件.对合成的产品的性能进行了DSC测试.[英文文摘]In this paper solvent-hot-melt and heat-transfer adhesive,which could be used for polystyrene(PS),polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),polycarbonate(PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) all,was developed.The experiment was conducted through solution copolymerization of various vinyl monomers.The monomers were selected on the principle of solvent parameter.The relations between initiator dosage and molecular weight,reaction time and conversion were discussed.The property of product was investigated by DSC. At last ,the proper recipe and reaction conditions in indust rial process were confirmed. The reaction time was 6 h ,when the conversion of the experiment was almost 100 %. The molecular weight of the product must be suitable ,if it was too high or too low ,the property of the product could not be good enough ,in the experiment it was found that when the content of initiator was proportional to 0. 05 %~0. 20 %(mass) of the monomers ,the the property of the product was good. The glass transition temperature of the product was 62. 5 ℃ by DSC test
