    PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

    Abstrak: Hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan pada siklus I ke siklus II dan ke siklus III. Hasil pengamatan RPP pada siklus I rata-rata 87,% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A) meningkat menjadi 87,5% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A) pada siklus II dan meningkat menjadi 92,5 % pada siklus III dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A). Pada hasil observasi dari aspek guru siklus I rata-rata 73,1% dengan kualifikasi cukup (C) meningkat menjadi 87 % dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A) pada siklus II dan meningkat menjadi 96 % pada siklus III dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A). Pada hasil obsevasi dari aspek peserta didik siklus I rata-rata 64,2% dengan kualifikasi cukup (C) meningkat menjadi 78 % dengan kualifikasi s baik (B) pada siklus II dan meningkat menjadi 88,85 % pada siklus III dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A). Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik siklus I memperoleh persentase 62,1 % dengan kualifikasi kurang (D) meningkat menjadi 89,2 % dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A) pada siklus II dan meningkat menjadi 94,6 % pada siklus III dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (A). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran keliling dan luas bangun datar dan hubungan pangkat dua dengan akar pangkat dua di kelas IV Disekolah Dasar

    The purpose of this study is to develop digital class learning models using social learning network Schoology in elementary mathematics learning that is practical, valid and effective so that it can improve the quality of learning being carried out. This study focuses on designing learning tools used in digital classes in elementary schools, learning frameworks are expected to be valid and practical and effective. This research development uses the ADDIE model. Targeted outputs in research are digital class learning models using social learning network workogy and learning tools in the form of lesson plans, student activity sheets, student books, teacher books, and learning assessments. Digital class learning models using social learning netrwork schoology are targeted to be valid, practical, and effective in increasing the competency of elementary school students. In addition to learning models and tools, research output targets are JME (Journal on Mathematics Education / Scopus) international journals, accredited national journals namely International of Trends in Mathematics Education Research (IJTMER), proceedings of international seminars Journal of Physics and Astronomy, and proceedings of national seminars . The proposed level of technological readiness (TKT) of the proposed research is 3. The target of the TKT to be achieved in this study is 4.     Model Polya Dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Pada Pembelajaran Soal Cerita Volume Di Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa sekolah dasar pada materi soal cerita volume dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Polya. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Instrumen yang dipakai berupa lembar observasi dan soal. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Pada siklus I rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran mendapatkan skor 62% dengan kategori kurang namun mengalami kenaikan pada siklus II dengan mendapatkan skor sebesar 86% dengan kategori baik, 2) Pengamatan pada aktivitas guru siklus I mendapatkan persentase skor 62% kategori kurang dan meningkat pada siklus II dengan persentase skor adalah 95% dengan kategori sangat baik, 3) Pengamatan pada aktivitas siswa siklus I mendapatkan persentase skor 52% dengan ketegori sangat kategori kurang siklus II meningkat dengan persentase skor 98% dengan ketagori sangat baik, 3) Pengamatan pada aspek hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I mendapatkan persentase skor yaitu 54,61% dengan kategori sangat kurang dan pada siklus II mendapatkan skor sebesar 85% dengan kategori baik. Dari hal ini disimpulkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan dalam keempat aspek yaitu aspek RPP, guru, siswa dan hasil belajar.     Pemanfaatan Abu Serbuk Gergaji Dan Pupuk Guano Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Cabai (Capsicum Annum L.)di Lahan Gambut

    This study aims to look at the effect of sawdustash and guano fertilizer on the growth and production of pepper plants in peatland as well as to get appropriate dose of sawdust ash and manure guano. This research was conducted at the experimental peat garden, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, RimboPanjang, Kampar. The research lasted for five months, from December 2013 until May 2014. The experiments was conducted using factorial randomized block design consisting of two factors and three repetition. The first factor is the sawdustash 10 ton / ha (4 kg/plot), 20 tons / ha (8 kg/plot), 30 t / ha (12 kg/plot) and the second factor is the guano fertilizer, 100 kg / ha (40 gram/plot), 200 kg / ha (80 gram/plot), 300 kg / ha (120 gram/plot). Parameters measured were plant height, days to flowering, fruit length, fruit diameter, harvesting age, fresh fruit weight and fruit weight per plot. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Duncan\u27s multiple range test at 5%. The result show that the best dose for enhancing Chili growth and production is 20 ton/ha (8 kg/plot) sawdust ash and 300 kg/ha (120 gram/plot) guano fertilizer.     MATHEMATICAL CONNECTION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS TO SOLVE MATHEMATICAL PROBLEMS

    This study aims to determine the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students in solving mathematical problems. This research uses the qualitative approach with descriptive method. We used observation, interview, and test to collect data. This study shows that 6.67% of the samples scored between 60 and 69 in the fair category. A total of 98 students or 81.67% scored between 45 and 59 who belonged to the below average category, and 14 students or 11.67% scored between 0 and 44 which were classified as a poor category. This result proves that the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students in solving mathematics problems is still low
