El papel de las universidades: retos actuales y futuros

El desarrollo de la ciencia y la técnica constituye una herramienta de inestimable valor para la formación profesional en las universidades. Por lo antes expuesto, este trabajo tiene como objetivo describir los posicionamientos teóricos sobre el papel de la universidad en los retos actuales y futuros en la sociedad. La relación entre el desarrollo y la educación es de doble vía, cada modelo de desarrollo requiere de un tipo de educación y trabaja para lograrlo, pero al mismo tiempo desde la educación se puede incidir en el desarrollo e inclusive en fomentar la transformación social. ABSTRACTThe development of the science and the technique constitutes a tool of inestimable value for the professional formation in the universities. For the ones exposed, this work has as objective to describe the theoretical positionings on the paper of the university in the current challenges and futures in the society. The relationship between the development and the education is of double via, each development pattern requires of an education type and he/she works to achieve it, but at the same time from the education you can impact in the development and inclusive in fomenting the social transformation

Modelo de gestión genético transformacional: aproximación a las instituciones universitarias

La ponencia que se presenta constituye una aproximación de la aplicación de la concepción científica de lo genético transformacional múltiple a los procesos vinculados con la gestión cultural institucional, la cual permite promover el equilibrio dinámico entre el hombre y los subprocesos culturales y el entorno comunitario-social sobre bases científicas a partir de la aplicación del método genético transformacional múltiple  en función de gestar el desarrollo propulsado o el autodesarrollo de los contextos micro (subprocesos) y macro (proceso totalitario de la institución), tiene como objetivo socializar el modelo de gestión genético transformacional y los resultados  de su aplicación concretados en la elaboración del sistema de gestión de la calidad de la Universidad de Técnica de Cotopaxi, extensión La Maná. ABSTRACTThe report that is presented constitutes an approach of the application of the scientific conception of the genetic multiple transformacionalto the processes linked with the institutional cultural administration, which allows to promote the dynamic balance between the man and the cultural subprocesos and the community-social environment on scientific bases starting from the application of the method genetic multiple transformacional in function of gestating the propelled development or the autodesarrollo of the contexts micro (subprocesos) and macro (process totalitarian of the institution), he/she has as objective to socialize the pattern of administration genetic transformacional and the results of its application summed up in the elaboration of the system of administration of the quality of the Technical University of Cotopax
