Research of Rational Concentration of Oilseed Crops Meals in the Sandy Dough Semi-finished Product
The work studies the rational concentration of meals of soya, sunflower and milk thistle in a sandy dough semi-product for improving healthy properties of ready products (biological value, stomach peristalsis, metabolism, saturation with vitamins and mineral substances). Analytic studies were conducted and advantages of using meals in dough products were determined. The chemical composition of meals was determined, and the optimal composition for satisfying the human need that is in ratio 3:4:3 was calculated. The quality of meals was estimated, and their organoleptic parameters were analyzed. The sensor analysis of sandy semi-products of oilseed crops meals was realized. It was established, that adding of the meal composition instead of flour in amount 20 % is an optimal solution for using in a sandy dough semi-product.There was established the influence of meals of oilseed crops on organoleptic parameters of developed sandy semi-products. Advantages and defects of using the aforesaid meals were established. Ways of improving the outlook and consistence of shortcakes were offered. Ways of further studies were established

Spectrum of conditionally pathogenic microflora isolated from the prostate secret in chronic bacterial prostatitis patients
The article represents a description for microbiocenosis of isolated prostate secret. The initial samples were taken on the territory of the Irkutsk region from men diagnosed with chronic bacterial prostatitis in the acute stage. 90 % of samples of isolated prostate secret were tested by cultural method revealed 4l representatives of opportunistic pathogenic microflora. Gram-positive microorganisms were found in most samples (86.7 %). Staphylococcus genus representatives formed the majority in isolated samples of conditionally pathogenic microflora (66.7 %). As for gram-negative representatives (which role in chronic bacterial prostatitis is proven by multiple research), E. coli and K. pneumoniae were isolated. In the half of samples, we revealed bacterial associations consisting mostly of two kinds of microorganisms. Staphylococcus epidermidis was isolated in 70 % of such associations
Description of Saccharina japonica commercial stock in the Aniva Bay (Okhotsk Sea) //
Stock of Saccharina japonica in the Aniva Bay (Okhotsk Sea coast of Sakhalin Island) was surveyed by divers in 2010 and assessed with the squares method. The total stock decreased slightly as compared with the previous year (from 47,800 to 43,560 t) but the commercial stock became higher (42,410 t in 2010 against 40,900 t in 2009). The area of traditional harvesting (7.52 km2) was > 80 % covered by the two-years-old algae with total biomass 35,120 t, their highest density (8.9 ind./mΒ², 4.7 kg/mΒ²) was observed in the internal part of the bay. However, the algae in this area had the minimal size parameters (length, thickness, weight), whereas the largest thalli with length 309.7 cm, width 24.2 cm, thickness in the middle strip 3.1 mm, and weight 978.6 g were registered in the external part of the bay. Besides, the algae of the internal part accumulated in their tissues more metals and toxic elements, as calcium, copper, potassium, iron, manganese, zinc, arsenic, lead, and cadmium. The arsenic content in the samples from the internal part varied in the range 0.94-26.60 mg/kg, the highest value was in 5.3 times higher than the maximum permissible level, following to Sanitary Rules and Norms 3.2.1078-01. The content of lead and cadmium did not exceed the established norms, even in the top of the Bay
Management of young professionals success in the labor market
Β© 2016, Econjournals. All rights reserved. The relevance of the study is determined by the new socio-cultural situation caused by the development of the information society. The purpose of the article is to identify the relationship between the general cultural competence and professional success of young professionals. The main idea of research is the theory of vocational educationβs humanization. The data is given of the authorβs sociological survey on the definition of the general cultural level of the students. The authors have developed the principles of management of young professionalβs success in the labor market from the perspective of humanization of education. The authors have shown the need to increase the level of common cultural competence among the majority of modern college students, providing a successful self-realization in the labor market. Article Submissions may be useful for developers of the federal state educational standards at all levels of education, teachers and heads of vocational educational institutions and professional higher education institutions, sociologists dealing with youth employment and education

Properties of Neutral Charmed Mesons in Proton--Nucleus Interactions at 70 GeV
The results of treatment of data obtained in the SERP-E-184experiment
"Investigation of mechanisms of the production of charmed particles in
proton-nucleus interactions at 70 GeV and their decays" by irradiating the
active target of the SVD-2 facility consisting of carbon, silicon, and lead
plates, are presented. After separating a signal from the two-particle decay of
neutral charmed mesons and estimating the cross section for charm production at
a threshold energy {\sigma}(c\v{c})=7.1 \pm 2.4(stat.) \pm 1.4(syst.)
\mub/nucleon, some properties of D mesons are investigated. These include the
dependence of the cross section on the target mass number (its A dependence);
the behavior of the differential cross sections d{\sigma}/dpt2 and
d{\sigma}/dxF; and the dependence of the parameter {\alpha} on the kinematical
variables xF, pt2, and plab. The experimental results in question are compared
with predictions obtained on the basis of the FRITIOF7.02 code.Comment: 9 pages, 9 figures,3 table
