    The Study is an imaginary dialogue in nature. It uses a Postmodernist perspective in analysing the understading of sustainability report of PT Telekomunikasi Indonensia, TBK (Hereafter, Telkom). There are three persons in the imaginary dialogue: Accountant, Telkom Technologist, and Environmentalist. The study found that through the dialogue there are two basic thought on sustainability report by Telkom. The fist is a model of accountability where Telkom could show its governance and responsibility to run the company. The second is a model of sustainable business where Telkom could be understood their businesses are concerned to fiancial prosperity, social awareness and environmental care

    Determinant of Taxpayer's Behavioral Intention to Use ­E­System in Taxation. The purpose ofthis research is to examine the effect of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control,perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, self-efficacy and amount of information towardstaxpayer's behavioral intention to use e-system in taxation. This research was conducted in KPPPratama Kuala Tungkal. Data collection method used is survey method by spreading the questionnaire. The sample of research is Personal Taxpayer (WPOP) who use e-system. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with warpPLS software version 3.0. This research foundthatattitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control does not affect the taxpayer'sbehavioral intention to use e-system in taxation.     Pendapatan dan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Petani Padi (Oryza Sativa) di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu

    The purposes of this research were to analyze the income of paddy farmer households, the expenditure of paddy farmer households, and the level of paddy farmer household's welfare. This research was conducted at Yogyakarta village of Gadingrejo subdistrict of Pringsewu regency. The samples were chosen by simple random sampling method. The number of respondents in this study was 68 paddy farmers. The data was collected in June-July 2014. The method of data analysis used in this study is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the income of paddy farmers at Yogyakarta village was Rp19,590,645.92 per year obtained from Rp11,292,223.13 per year (57.64%) of the paddy farm, Rp5,748,422.79 per year (29.34%) of the farm in addition to paddy and the income from outside the farm was Rp2,550,000.00 per year (13.02%). The expenditure of paddy farmer households at Yogyakarta village was Rp17,980,227.94 per year obtained from Rp10,818,970.59 per year or (60.17%) of the expenditure for foods, and Rp7,161,257.35 per year (39.83%) of the expenditure for nonfoods. Based on the criteria of Sajogyo (2007) paddy farmer ‘s households at Yogyakarta village of Gadingrejo subdistrict of Pringsewu Regency, 37 (54,41%) were categorized as prosperous farmer households and 31 (45.59%) farmer households were categorized as economically enough

    The Role of Individual Characteristic Factor and Organization Factor Toward The Performance of Agricultural Office Province Bali The Agricultural Office Province Bali is one of governments institution that organize the management duty of agricultural program and the other duties relate to the agriculture field in serving the needs of farmers input usage for increasing the agricultural production which is done. This research is aimed to confirm and know the role of respondent characteristic factor and organization factor toward the officerss performance of Agricultural Office Province Bali. The kinds of data used were quantitative and qualitative. The methods of data analysis used were confirmatory factor analysis and qualitative descriptive. The result gotten from this research is the individual characteristic factor and organization factor have the same role or balance toward the officers performance of Agricultural Office Province Bali about 50%. Education degree sub-factor has the biggest role toward individual characteristic factor and the lowest role towards individual characteristic factor is gender sub-factor. Compensation sub-factor has the biggest role and discipline sub-factor has the lowest towards organization factor. Sub-factor which has the biggest role towards the officers performance factor of Agricultural Office Province Bali is compensation sub-factor. Sub-factors that have the second and third biggest roles are education degree sub-factor and age sub-factor. Sub-factor that has the lowest role towards the officers performance factor is sub-factor discipline.     One alternative destination agrotourism in Bali is Agrowisata Pesuteraan alam Sutera Sari Segara located in the village Sibangkaja, District Abiansemal. The agrotourism is a potential to be developed in the world of tourismin Bali. Market segmentation is still dominated by 99 percent students are very massive factor in the development of the market in Bali. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of the work done by agrotourism, internal and external factors that influence the development of agrotourism, and alternative development strategies and priorities in agrotourism. Respondents in this study were dividedin to two, namely the respondents internal and external respondents. Internal respondents were employees of agrotourism taken by census and external respondents that visitors and government who have a relationship with agrotourism. The results of research to get 5 alternative strategies witheach priorityi san alternative way of running the promotion of agrotourism by way of advertising and media selection through brochures, synergy between agrotourism and stakeholders by way of synergy between agrotourism with the private sector, the expansion of market segments using market segmentation way, improving the quality of HR by way of provision of qualified work force, and the quality of agrotourism attractions and silk fabric by settin gquality standards. Suggestions that cangive authors in this study is the use of alternative strategies and priorities that are used to further develop agrotourism. Alternative promotion of agrotourism means of advertising that holds the highest value can be used to developth is agrobusiness. Selection of media for advertising such as brochures media is the most efficient and effective way to convey information to tourists or potential tourists
