Activation of learning and creative activity of the vocational pedagogical university students

The relevance of the problem under study is based on the society’s demand for training students - future professional training teachers ready to solve in a creative manner a wide range of professional and pedagogical tasks, as well as to develop professionally-oriented creative work in the process of training; it is also caused by the insufficient extent of the prior research within the vocational training theory of scientific and methodological mechanisms required for implementing this process. The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual structural model of professionally-oriented learning and creative activity of the vocational pedagogical university students. Leading method for studying this problem is modelling which allows to consider this problem as the process of goaloriented and deliberate acquiring by future professionals the creative approaches to implementation of professional activity. The article presents a structural model of learning and creative activity of vocational pedagogical university students, justifies the necessity to single out in the structure of the students’ learning and creative activity three interconnected components (creative, professional-pedagogical and personal-acmeological), proves the productivity of activating the learning and creative activity of the vocational pedagogical university students by organizing it as quasi-professional process of searching and solving professional tasks which are subjectively and objectively new, on the basis of using synectics including association methods of activating creative thinking integrated into the its structure. The article can be useful for teachers within the vocational and pedagogical education system, as well as for professionals who develop creative abilities of students based on the heuristic creativity methods. © 2016 Krayukhina et al

The article presents data on the analysis of clinical and functional manifestations of septo-optical dysplasia in both the perinatal and postnatal periods, as well as the determination of factors affecting the occurrence of a congenital developmental disorder of the CNS both in isolation and in combination with other congenital malformations diagnosed in the Sverdlovsk region. The study includes 29 cases of septo-optical dysplasia, both in isolated form and in combination with other defects of the central nervous system, as well as in combination with defects of other internal organs. The diagnosis is based on the presence of a burdened obstetric and gynecological history, prenatal diagnosis, neuroimaging data - brain MRI, neurosonography. The article shows the clinical course and diagnostic symptoms, prenatal diagnosis of pregnant women, MRI and NSG-picture of the brain.

Clinical-Laboratory Effectiveness of Immune-Replacement Therapy of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome

Currently, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) remains the most common natural focal disease of viral etiology in the Russian Federation. Effective antiviral drugs have not yet been developed. Pathogenetic and symptomatic drugs are mainly used in the treatment of HFRS.The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical and laboratory effectiveness of intravenous gabriglobin in the treatment of moderate forms of HFRS.Materials and methods. The study included 22 patients with a diagnosis “HFRS of moderate severity” in the febrile stage of the disease. In the febrile period of HFRS, patients of the main group (n=10) were given gabriglobin via intravenous route at a dose of 0.1 g/kg per day along with pathogenetic therapy. The course of treatment was 2–3 infusions. The control group (n=12) received only pathogenetic therapy. Results and conclusions. As a result of the studies, the clinical and laboratory efficacy of intravenous administration of gabriglobin in the treatment of patients with moderate-grade HFRS was revealed, which was manifested by a decrease in the duration of the febrile period by 2.1 days, the severity of oliguria and a decrease in the duration of thrombocytopenia by 3.5 days compared with the group of patients receiving only pathogenetic therapy

Functional and neurometabolic asymmetry in SHR and WKY rats following vasoactive treatments

A lateralized distribution of neuropeptidase activities in the frontal cortex of normotensive and hypertensive rats has been described depending on the use of some vasoactive drugs and linked to certain mood disorders. Asymmetrical neuroperipheral connections involving neuropeptidases from the left or right hemisphere and aminopeptidases from the heart or plasma have been suggested to play a role in this asymmetry. We hypothesize that such asymmetries could be extended to the connection between the brain and physiologic parameters and metabolic factors from plasma and urine. To assess this hypothesis, we analyzed the possible correlation between neuropeptidases from the left and right frontal cortex with peripheral parameters in normotensive (Wistar Kyoto [WKY]) rats and hypertensive rats (spontaneously hypertensive rats [SHR]) untreated or treated with vasoactive drugs such as captopril, propranolol and L-nitro-arginine methyl ester. Neuropeptidase activities from the frontal cortex were analyzed fluorometrically using arylamide derivatives as substrates. Physiological parameters and metabolic factors from plasma and urine were determined using routine laboratory techniques. Vasoactive drug treatments differentially modified the asymmetrical neuroperipheral pattern by changing the predominance of the correlations between peripheral parameters and central neuropeptidase activities of the left and right frontal cortex. The response pattern also differed between SHR and WKY rats. These results support an asymmetric integrative function of the organism and suggest the possibility of a different neurometabolic response coupled to particular mood disorders, depending on the selected vasoactive drug. This work was supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation through project no. Based on a sample of \etapr mesons produced in the radiative decay J/ψγηJ/\psi\to\gamma\eta^{\prime} in 1.31×1091.31\times 10^9 J/ψJ/\psi events collected with the BESIII detector, the decay ηωe+e\eta^{\prime}\to\omega e^{+} e^{-} is observed for the first time, with a statistical significance of 8σ8\sigma. The branching fraction is measured to be B(ηωe+e)=(1.97±0.34(stat)±0.17(syst))×104\mathcal{B}(\eta^{\prime}\to\omega e^{+} e^{-})=(1.97\pm0.34(\text{stat})\pm0.17(\text{syst}))\times10^{-4}, which is in agreement with theoretical predictions. The branching fraction of ηωγ\eta^{\prime}\to\omega\gamma is also measured to be (2.55±0.03(stat)±0.16(syst))×102(2.55\pm0.03(\text{stat})\pm0.16(\text{syst}))\times10^{-2}, which is the most precise measurement to date, and the relative branching fraction B(ηωe+e)B(ηωγ)\frac{\mathcal{B}(\eta^{\prime}\to \omega e^{+}e^{-})}{\mathcal{B}(\eta^{\prime}\to \omega \gamma)} is determined to be (7.71±1.34(stat)±0.54(syst))×103(7.71\pm1.34(\text{stat})\pm0.54(\text{syst}))\times10^{-3}.Comment: 8 pages, 10 figure
