Intensi Wirausaha Anggota Kelompok Usaha Bersama di Temanggung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat intensi wirausaha pada anggota Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) di Temanggung. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan metode analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum ketiga respoden memiliki intensi wirausaha yang cukup tinggi karena memenuhi 4 dimensi intensi wirausaha (desire, preference, plans dan behavior expectancies). Dua responden memiliki intensi wirausaha lebih tinggi karena sudah memiliki rencana dan mulai menunjukkan perilaku wirausaha. Motivasi wirausaha yang dimiliki responden juga cukup tinggi

Adversity Quotient (AQ), Status Sosial Ekonomi dan Intensi Wirausaha Siswa

This study is intended to determine the differences of students' entrepreneurial tendencies in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ) and socio-economic background. The subjects in this study were 61 students of SMK Batik Purworejo. Samples were taken using a random sampling lottery system. The data collection method was use of an Adversity Quotient (AQ) questionnaire and an entrepreneurial tendencies questionnaire, while the data analysis used was an analysis of variance equipped with descriptive analysis. The results showed that there were differences in students' entrepreneurial tendencies in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ): “climber” students tended to have high entrepreneurial tendencies, while “quitter” students had low entrepreneurial tendencies. In contrast to AQ, socioeconomic status has no effect on entrepreneurial tendency. Individuals with low, medium and high socioeconomic status all may have moderate entrepreneurial tendencies. HUBUNGAN REGULASI DIRI DENGAN KECEMASAN MENGHADAPI UJIAN SKRIPSI PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH PURWOREJO

The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between self-regulation and anxiety in facing thesis examination on the the students of Economics Education, Faculty of Teacher Training And Educational Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. The research was conducted from January until June 2013 in Economics Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. Method applied in this research was survey method. Fifty students are taken as respondents in which they are thesis examination takers on period 2 and 3 in 2013. Variables observed are self-regulation and anxiety in facing thesis examination. Data were analysed by using descriptive analysis and rank spearman. Questionares were examined by using validity and reliability validity. From the correation analysis result (r), it is obtained correlation between self-regulation and and anxiety in facing thesis examination as much as - 0,606. This result shows there is strong relationship between self-regulation and and anxiety in facing thesis examination. While relationship flow is negative because r value is negative. This fact shows high self–regulation will result low anxiety in facing thesis examination

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Siswa Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang positif baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama antara pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran SMK Batik Perbaik angkatan 2020. Populasi berjumlah 32 siswa. Jumlah sampel 32 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, korelasi parsial, korelasi ganda, dan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki kategori tinggi sebesar 62,50%, efikasi diri memiliki kategori tinggi sebesar 56,00%, dan minat berwirausaha memiliki kategori tinggi sebesar 53,00%. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 16,32% (r = 0,404). (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 3,16% (r = 0,178). (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif secara bersama-sama antara pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 30,10% (R = 0,549). PENDAMPINGAN MANAJEMEN USAHA KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA (KUB) KOPI ARABIKA DI KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

Abstract Temanggung Regency is one of the largest coffee-producing districts in Central Java. This motivates coffee farmers to expand their business to the production of ground coffee. One business group that focuses on the coffee business is KUB Tegal Makmur Abadi. The problems that exist in KUB are organizational management, low motivation, and marketing which is still limited to the local sector. Based on these problems, several methods used to solve these problems are (1) Focus Group Discussion, (2) Reorganization, (3) Entrepreneurial Motivation, (4) Training, and (5) Monitoring-Evaluation. The results obtained in this mentoring program are KUB Tegal Makmur Abadi feeling (1) The benefits of entrepreneurship assistance programs on business management capabilities, there is already a clear organizational structure formulation and specific assignment of tasks, (2) improvement of marketing skills for KUB members, this can be seen from the ability to create advertisements, manage social media and websites (3) Marketing of Jumprit coffee products that were still in the area of ​​Temanggung Regency has penetrated outside the Island. Keywords: Plastic Waste, Alternative fuel Abstrak Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan salah satu kabupaten pengasil kopi terbesar di Jawa Tengah. Hal ini memotivasi petani kopi untuk mengembangkan usaha hingga ke produksi bubuk kopi. Salah satu kelompok usaha yang fokus pada usaha kopi adalah KUB Tegal Makmur Abadi. Permasalahan yang ada pada KUB adalah manajemen organisasi, motivasi yang rendah dan juga pemasaran yang masih terbatas pada sektor lokal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah (1) Focus Group Discussion, (2)Re-organisasi, (3) Motivasi Wirausaha, (4) Pelatihan-pelatihan dan (5) Monitoring-Evaluasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam program pendampingan ini adalah KUB Tegal Makmur Abadi merasakan (1) Manfaat program pendampingan kewirausahaan terhadap kemampuan manajemen usaha, sudah ada formulasi struktur organisasi yang jelas dan pembagian tugas secara spesifik, (2) peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran bagi anggota KUB, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan membuat iklan, mengelola media sosial dan website (3) Pemasaran produk jumprit coffee yang tadinya masih diwilayah Kabupaten Temanggung sudah merambah luar pulau.
