Kata kunci: Analisis, kinerja, angkutan umum, pelayanan     ABSTRACT;Sometimes in Oebobo Station-Majene Station route and Pamboang Station- Station route, over capacity for public transportation happened in the peak time especially in several roads. While, in  peak off  time, most of  public transportation have no passanger, so they  had to compotate with the other transportation the get the passanger. Service operational planning of public transportation should be evaluate as soon as possible to know how about the performance of public transportation services. The goal of this research are to know about public transportation services performance, fleet necessity of public transportation and  make recommendations relating to the results of the performance evaluation of services on this route both. The indicators of this research are public transportation performance, load factor, time journey, frequency, time line, passenger time waiting, the quantity of vehicle operated, and time services. All of these indicators get from dinamyc and statistic survey. From the results of the public   transport   service   standards   evaluation   by   the   Directorate   General   of   Land Transportation, the performance of public transport services on the Majene Station Route and Pamboang Route including good categories. The needs of public transport fleet on the Majene Station-Pamboang Route is 35 units, whereas for Majene Station-Pamboang Station Route 35units. Based on the results of the evaluation given recommendations are: for while the number of existing public transport or retained only if necessary, be reduced to close to the average value of the number vehicles in operation each day as well as the need for guidance drivers about traffic awareness good on the highway

    Dilatation Treatment for Esophageal Strictures

A patient with adjustment disorder and depression had experienced a suicide temptation by ingesting corrosive substance since 6 months before her hospital admission. On the first day care, she only can swallow “soft-fluid diet” which is given very slowly. Subsequently, the patient had a series of dilatation treatment guided by fluoroscopy and demonstrated a very impressive result. On the first dilatation, a 7 mm dilator was used, and then respectively 9, 10, 5, 12, 8 and 14 mm dilator was applied. We needed to perform three sessions of dilatation until the 9 mm dilator can be inserted. After the second dilatation, the patient had started to be able to eat refine porridge and subsequently rice porridge with soft vegetables and side dishes. At the end of treatment, she had already been able to eat normally. The general management of esophageal stricture by using dilator will be discussed in this article

Enhancement of basic properties of polysaccharide-based composites with organic and inorganic fillers: a review

The global shift towards biodegradable composite has made polysaccharides a green alternative to synthetic polymers owing to their biocompatibility, sustainability, and ecofriendly biomaterials. Despite the limitations in their applications, many studies have validated the effectiveness of using organic or inorganic fillers to ameliorate their mechanical and barrier properties. However, the understanding of how polysaccharides matrix is enhanced by fillers is still inexplicit. Hence, it is imperative to review the effects of using inorganic and organic fillers in some prominent polysaccharides in terms of mechanical and water barrier properties while taking into account the function of filler morphology, size and loading. Although it is intricate to indicate the best filler used for each of the polysaccharides matrices, this review served as a “food for thought” on the established works of enhanced-matrix filler combinations aimed at improving the mechanical and barrier properties of biodegradable films based on neutral or negatively charged polysaccharides-based composite films for potential application in food packaging, agriculture, biomedicine and constructions sector

Mapping genomic loci implicates genes and synaptic biology in schizophrenia

Schizophrenia has a heritability of 60–80%1, much of which is attributable to common risk alleles. Here, in a two-stage genome-wide association study of up to 76,755 individuals with schizophrenia and 243,649 control individuals, we report common variant associations at 287 distinct genomic loci. Associations were concentrated in genes that are expressed in excitatory and inhibitory neurons of the central nervous system, but not in other tissues or cell types. Using fine-mapping and functional genomic data, we identify 120 genes (106 protein-coding) that are likely to underpin associations at some of these loci, including 16 genes with credible causal non-synonymous or untranslated region variation. We also implicate fundamental processes related to neuronal function, including synaptic organization, differentiation and transmission. Fine-mapped candidates were enriched for genes associated with rare disruptive coding variants in people with schizophrenia, including the glutamate receptor subunit GRIN2A and transcription factor SP4, and were also enriched for genes implicated by such variants in neurodevelopmental disorders. We identify biological processes relevant to schizophrenia pathophysiology; show convergence of common and rare variant associations in schizophrenia and neurodevelopmental disorders; and provide a resource of prioritized genes and variants to advance mechanistic studies
