Radiative Corrections to Chargino Production with Polarized Beams
We show that radiative corrections to chargino production in
electron-positron annihilation with polarized beams can be large especially in
the case of right handed electrons. In addition, there is some dependency on
the squark masses that allows us to extract information about the squark

Radiatively Corrected Chargino Pair Production at LEP2
One-loop radiative corrections to the production cross section of a pair of
light charginos in e+e- colliders are calculated within the MSSM. Top and
bottom quarks and squarks are considered in the loops, and they are
renormalized using the MS-bar scheme. If the center of mass energy is equal to
192 GeV, positive corrections typically of 10% to 15% are found when the squark

Efficiency testing of a helicopter transmission planetary reduction stage
A parametric study of the efficiency of a 310-kW (420-hp) helicopter transmission planetary test section (four planets) was performed. The purpose was to determine the planetary contribution to the overall transmission power loss. Test parameters varied were oil flow rate, oil inlet temperature, lubricant type, shaft speed, and applied torque. The measured efficiency over all the test variables ranged from 99.44 to 99.75 percent. These experimental results were compared with other experimental and computational results
General linewidth formula for steady-state multimode lasing in arbitrary cavities
A formula for the laser linewidth of arbitrary cavities in the multimode
non-linear regime is derived from a scattering analysis of the solutions to
semiclassical laser theory. The theory generalizes previous treatments of the
effects of gain and openness described by the Petermann factor. The linewidth
is expressed using quantities based on the non-linear scattering matrix, which
can be computed from steady-state ab initio laser theory; unlike previous
treatments, no passive cavity or phenomenological parameters are involved. We
find that low cavity quality factor, combined with significant dielectric
dispersion, can cause substantial deviations from the Schawlow-Townes-Petermann
