    Huff’s Mill was built in 1857 by German immigrant Adolph Schweitzer and was located on Salt Creek, southeast of Nashville. One of fourteen mills that served the farmers in Brown County, it was made from native lumber and was a water-powered stone grist mill.Brown County Journe
