    Buku sederhana ini merupakan hasil penelitian studi kasus di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya, bertolak dari kompleksitas masalah pendidikan inklusif khususnya yang berkaitan dengan layanan pendidikan siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Kajian manajemen layanan pendidikan siswa berkebutuhan khusus penting dilakukan, munculnya kesenjangan antara kebijakan pemerintah tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif dengan kompleksitas masalah layanan pendidikan siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah-sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia, salah satu penyebabnya adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program layanan pendidikan siswa berkebutuhan khusus dari aspek tujuan, kurikulum, sarana prasarana unit khusus, guru, materi pelajaran, metode, media pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar dan evaluasi program layanan pendidikan masih parsial, dan keterkaitan nilai antar komponen pendidikan inklusif belum saling mendukung. Melalui studi ini diharapkan menghasilkan model padarigma perencanaan layanan pendididikan komprehensif yang lebih spesifik dan operasional yang secara teoritik bermanfaat untuk memperkaya teori perencanaan yang telah ada dan secara praktis dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi sekolah-sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan layanan pendidikan siswa berkebutuhan khusus

    The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the thoughts of Islamic multicultural education proposed by KH Imam Zarkasyi in or- der to find the rationale and the construction of thoughts as well as the contribution to Islamic civilization in Indonesia through historical-philo- sophical approach. The results of the study showed that the rationale of Islamic multicultural education proposed by KH. Imam Zarkasyi referred to the principle of the unity of man or unity of creation and the unity of knowledge, as a reflection of the nature of one God conception. The in- terpretation of the concept created internalization approach regarding the spiritual reason in which every human work stepped on the objective value and implications on the orientation of God as the minimum ratio- nality to release the negative spirit, dichotomy, liberalization of science, socio-cultural, fanatics of tribes/nation/race/ethnic group/culture, or the overall types of the local/national/international students’ souls through the integration of the value in terms of diverse knowledge and socio- cultural values based on Islamic teaching values, cultural philosophy of Indonesian identities, socio-cultural diversity of local/national/interna- tional students and the integration of Education Center in terms of social structure equal to the form of communal religious, had formed a balance of value function and changes of attitudes, intellects and the strength of local/national/international Moslems as the power of socio-religious Mos- lems in Indonesia in order to foster peace throughout the world.     Strengthening The Quality of Madrasah Services through Human Resource Management

    This study aims to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of madrasa services at MTs Negeri Model Palangkaraya. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation in collecting data. The data analysis was carried out by referring to the Miles and Huberman concept: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that human resource management in improving the quality of madrasa services is carried out through; the determination of service quality targets, analysis of human resource needs, fulfillment of human resource needs, and evaluation of human resource performance. This study has implications for the importance of madrasah in preparing the quality of the human resources in them to provide excellent service to the community and meet expectations

    Analisis Manajemen Pembelajaran Online Berbasis Media Sosial WhatsApp untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Sistem Pencernaan

    This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The research sample were 58 students at SMPN-1 Mentaya Hilir Utara, Kotawaringin Timur Regency. The learning management instrument used an assessment questionnaire for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning which was assessed by 4 observers. learning outcomes were analyzed using classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the Paired sample T test and Independent sample T test. The results of the study found that the management of online learning based on whatsApp social media was carried out "good" and the learning motivation of students was in the "medium" category. Online learning based on whatsApp social media has a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of students' digestive system material, so it can be recommended as an alternative learning model during a pandemic. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantatif dengan sampel 58 siswa di SMPN-1 Mentaya Hilir Utara Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Instrumen manajemen pembelajaran menggunakan angket penilaian perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dinilai oleh 4 orang observer. Hasil belajar dianalisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis dengan uji statistik Paired sample T test dan Indipendent sample T test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa manjemen pembelajaran online berbasis media sosial whatsApp terlaksana “baik” dan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam kategori “sedang”. Pembelajaran online berbasis media sosial whatsApp berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar materi sistem pencernaan peserta didik, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran alternatif di masa pandemi.Kata kunci: manajemen pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, media sosial whatsAppDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jbt.v9i1.2198
