    MODEL PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE PADA MAHASISWA TARBIYAH DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI AGAMA ISLAM

    One of the learning problems faced by Islamic education program (PAI) in the Institute of Islamic Studies (PTAI) in South Sumatra are still not fulfilled the quality of the process and learning result. In terms of process, the weakness of the lecturers’ creativity in developing learning strategies that engage students, while in term of the learning results is that the lack of students’ understanding of the aspects of content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge on Islamic education learning. This study aims to produce and develop a product in the form of learning model in order to improve the students’ pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) ability. To achieve the research objectives, this study uses research and development (R&D) approach. This research method broadly includes: 1). preliminary study; 2). planning; 3). model development; 4). trial learning model; 5). Test of validation; and 6). reporting phases. The subjects of research are the lecturers and students of the fifth semester of the PAI program in the PTAI in South Sumatra, that is Prodi PAI of the Tarbiyah Faculty of State Institute of Islamic Studies-Raden Fatah Palembang, Prodi PAI of Islamic College of Tarbiyah al-Qur'an al-Ittifaqiyah in Inderalaya Ogan Ilir, Prodi PAI of Islamic College of Rahmaniyah Sekayu in Banyuasin. Instruments that are used in collecting data are using questionnaires, observation, documentation, and test. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Split-half method, Spearman-Brown, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Levene test and t-test. The results showed that the developed learning model is able to improve the process and learning result of PAI in terms of students’ understanding of content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge (PCK). In context of the learning process is able to increase the enthusiasm and students’ learning spirit, improve the lecturers’ performance, practicing self-discipline and cooperation among students, and the growing sense of self- responsibility in students. In context of learning result, based on the validation test results proved that the achievement of learning result (posttest) in the experimental group is higher than the achievement of control class group’ learning result (posttest), in the Prodi PAI categorized Very Good, Good, and Good Enough. The findings of this study indicate that the developed learning model is effective for improving the learning ability of students’ PCK ability in learning PAI. Theoretically, the results of this research implicates: 1). Students at the same time are possible to understand aspects of content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge; 2). Lecturer required being creative in developing the learning process in the classroom; and 3). Students must have high level of participation in the classroom

    THE TRANSFORMATION OF MULTIMEDIA-BASED CHARACTER EDUCATION LEARNING IN THE ERA OF SOCIETY 5.0

    The purpose of this study was to determine the Learning Transformation of Multimedia-Based Character Education in the Era of Society 5.0 and what the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of Character Education Learning Transformation in the Era of Society 5.0 at Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School Palembang, This research includes using qualitative research methods. Data was obtained using interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and leveraging. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of multimedia-based character education learning transformation in the era of Society 5.0 takes place through the stages of habituation of students to behave well in the teaching and learning process using multimedia, practicing teacher advice, modeling good behavior exemplified by the teacher, and obeying the rules of the teacher in learning using multimedia. Supporting factors for implementing multimedia-based character education learning transformation in the era of Society 5.0 are school support, teacher support, students' willingness to learn using multimedia, and the existence of multimedia technology that students are familiar with. The inhibiting factors are the existence of bad people who deliberately damage the morals of the younger generation through bad applications, a less supportive environment, and the development of technology and communication that is growing rapidly

    Peran Media Pembelajaran Inovatif dalam Pembentukan Karakter Melalui Pendidikan Agama Islam di Era Digital

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penggunaan media pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasinya, dan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memastikan validitas data, digunakan triangulasi dengan membandingkan informasi dari berbagai sumber. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran PAI memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang kompleks. Namun, implementasinya di SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari Jambi masih terbatas dan seringkali hanya digunakan sebagai tambahan, bukan sebagai metode utama. Guru cenderung lebih nyaman menggunakan metode ceramah, sementara media video lebih sering dianggap sebagai alat bantu. Tantangan utama dalam penggunaan media video meliputi kurangnya kesiapan guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan karakteristik materi PAI yang memerlukan pendekatan lebih mendalam. Guru sering kali kurang percaya diri atau merasa tidak cukup terampil dalam menggunakan teknologi secara efektif, dan ini diperburuk oleh kurangnya pelatihan serta dukungan infrastruktur seperti akses internet yang tidak memadai. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan beberapa solusi strategis, termasuk pelatihan intensif bagi guru mengenai integrasi media video dalam pengajaran, peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah, serta pengembangan metode pembelajaran interaktif yang melibatkan penggunaan media video secara lebih terstruktur dan evaluatif. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemerintah dalam penyediaan sumber daya dan pelatihan diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan media video, sehingga dapat berkontribusi lebih signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI

    PERAN PERGURUAN TINGGI DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN PENDIDIKAN DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0

    Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di era industri 4.0. Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran central dalam perkembangan pendidikan, agar dapat membentuk mahasiswa dalam membentuk pribadi yang unggul, inovatif, kreatif dan kompetitif. Perkembanga industri 4.0 merubah paradigma dalam melaksanakan pendidikan. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat prodi Pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) strata tiga (S-3) pascasarjana UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi kemitraan sesama perguruan tinggi di STIQ An-nur Lempuing. Acara dilaksanakan secara luring berupa seminar yang dihadiri oleh mahasiswa strata satu (S-1). Adapun peran penting perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di era industri 4.0 saat ini yakni: peran perguruan tinggi dalam pembelajaran, sebagai pencetak ilmuan, menumbuhkan sikap kejujuran, sebagai pembentuk pribadi disiplin, menumbuhkan etos kerja, menumbuhkan sikap kepemimpinan, membentuk kepribadian kompetitif, membentuk budaya hidup teratur dan menawarkan ide. Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat menjadi tantangan bagi kalangan akademik, untuk dapat menumbuhkan semangat berinovasi untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan di era industry 4.0 yang menghantarkan setiap orang akrab terhadap teknologi dalam aktivitas pembelajaran.     PENGARUH IKLIM DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMP NEGERI 2 MAKARTI JAYA KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

    The teacher is the facilitator and the main subject of education in schools. It is important for schools to pay attention to the factors that affect the success of teacher performance, including climate and work motivation. A conducive work climate makes teachers comfortable and motivated to work better and more actively. Teachers will work professionally if they have high work motivation. The reality in the field is that there are problems related to an unfavorable climate and low work motivation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of climate and work motivation on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data processing and analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive statistics. The data were taken from the population and sample of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Makarti Jaya, Makarti Jaya sub-district, Banyuasin district. Testing the results of data collection using the normality test, linearity and hypothesis. Based on the hypothesis test, the significance coefficient value is 0.039 < 0.05 and the value and thitung 2.234 > t tabel 2.11. This shows that there is a significant influence of work climate and work motivation on teacher performance

    This study aims to analyze the construction of Islamic education thought in Jalaluddin's perspective and the relevance of Jalaluddin's educational thought in the constellation of modern or global education. This type of research is library research. The approach used is descriptive analytical. The primary sources used are books and information in the field related to Jalaluddin's Islamic education thought. While secondary sources are reports, books, notes that are closely related to the problem under study. Data collection methods through documentation. The data analysis technique uses document analysis method or content analysis. This study found that the thought of Islamic education in Jalaluddin's perspective includes 1) the new direction of Islamic education, education should be directed to form humans into insan kamil; 2) Islamic education thinking, one of which is the democratization of Islamic education with the ultimate goal of forming a democratic, clean, moral and moral Indonesian society and adhering to the value of civilization, 3) renewal of Islamic education, in Islamic education it is necessary to develop a dual approach strategy with the aim of combining short-term situational approaches with long-term conceptual approaches; and 4) character education, four joints of good character based on the characters of patience, self-respect, courage, and justice

    The purpose of this study was to analyse the use of Tik Tok social media on students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. To analyse the character of caring and responsibility and to analyse the impact of using Tik Tok social media on character in students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data obtained using interviews, observation and documentation were analysed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Tik Tok application at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang is quite large, where the users are students. The use of the Tik Tok application as a medium to get entertainment. The impact of using the Tik Tok application on its use on religious behavior is seen from several behaviours, namely: behaviour towards God, Parents, Self, and behaviour towards the community environment where there isnoso negative and significant effects that can change student behaviour. Students still take all actions in accordance with what is taught by parents and religion. Through the Faculty of Shari'ah and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, it is hoped that it will be able to become a forum for creativity and maintain the behaviour of adolescents from the negative impact of social media

    Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana problem yang dihadapi oleh guru pada K-13 dalam pembelajaran PAI dari sisi proses dan penilaiannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis problematika guru dalam mengimplementasikan K-13 melalui pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian autentik pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang baik serta menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum dan guru PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi dan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) guru PAI sulit untuk mengubah mindset atau kebiasaan lama dalam mengajar, rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap pendekatan saintifik dalam K-13, kurang maksimalnya pelatihan atau pembimbingan, tidak lengkapnya buku pegangan guru maupun siswa, kondisi siswa yang kurang mendukung dan terbatasnya waktu belajar. 2) sulitnya menyusun instrumen penilaian, banyaknya aspek yang harus dinilai, terbatasnya waktu, jumlah siswa yang tidak sedikit, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, guru tidak kompeten dalam pengoperasian komputer, guru mengalami kejenuhan dengan banyak kesibukkan, dan banyaknya tuntutan penilaian yang tidak diimbangi dengan kesejahteraan guru. 3) perlunya koordinasi antara guru, kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah dan personil sekolah lainnya, perlunya komunikasi dalam imlpementasi K13 baik secara internal maupun eksternal, perlunya dilaksakan supervisi dalam implementasi K-13 baik pada level kelas, sekolah, dinas pendidikan dan kementrian Pendidikan

    ACADEMIC SUPERVISION OF THE HEAD OF THE MADRASAH IN INCREASING THE PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCE OF MTS TEACHERS AL-KHOIRIYAH BANYUASIN

    The teacher's pedagogic competence can develop well, and it is necessary to have supervision designed and implemented by the head of the madrasa. From the implementation of academic supervision, some factors can later support these activities and inhibiting factors. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. The aim is to examine and analyze how the supervision of the madrasah principal in the development of teacher pedagogic competence. The approach used in this research is a case study approach, with data collected by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study concluded that academic supervision was carried out through three stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The development of pedagogic competence for all ten teachers at MTs al-Khoiriyah Banyuasin is carried out by supervising the learning process in the classroom, helping to solve problems faced by teachers, improving infrastructure, and creating good communication and providing motivation. Supervision of madrasah principals is related to the pedagogic competence of teachers because supervision will form the ability of capable and professional teachers to implement learning
