    國小閱讀障礙學生閱讀理解策略之研究

    [[abstract]]本研究主要以年級間縱貫面與年級內橫斷面的比較,探討閱讀障礙與高閱讀靂有學生閱讀理解策略的使用情形。以臺中市南屯國小四、五、六年級之閱讀障礙與高閱讀能力學生各三名,共十八名學生為本研究之樣本,採克漏字閱讀理解材料之閱讀實作情境,配合閱讀理解策略晤談方式、,錄音騰為逐字稿資料之後進行各項策略的歸類與分析比較,結果如下:一、所有學生使用的閱讀理解策略共歸為十大類,依使用次數的多寡依序為:(1)前後文線索、(2)上下關鍵字、(3)先前經驗、(4)文意合理化、(5)注意標題、(6)參照文章用字、(7)上下詞意、(8)文章組織、(9)精緻化、(10)擬物化。二、閱讀讀能力學生在各年級間的閱讀理解的策略使用置前無明顯的差異且沒有因年級的增加而在策略使用上有明顯的改變。三、高閱讀能力學生在各年級間的策略使用類別上同質性相當高,具較低年級的高閱讀能力學生在文章難度增加時,其策略使用方式與較高年級的的高閱讀能力學生並無明顯差異。四、閱讀障礙學生最常使用的策略類別為上下關鍵字策略,其次為文意合理化、前後文線索策略與先前經驗等策略類別。文意合理化策略中以改變文意此小類居使用多數;前後文身索策略則主要以前文線索為使用多數。五、高閱讀能力學生最常使用的策略類別為前後文線索,其次則為先前經驗、上下關鍵字、注意標題等策略類吸,而前後文線索主要集中於前文線索此小類;先前經驗則以語言經驗的使用居多數。六、高閱讀能力學生在前後文線索偶先前經驗兩項策略使用次數明顯較高於閱讀障礙學生;而在上下關鍵字與文意合理化兩項策略的使用上則明顯較低於閱讀障礙學生。 The purpose of this study were to compare the reading comprehension strategies used by students with reading disabilities and proficient reading abilities. The subjects were eighteen forth, fifth and sixth-grade elementary students, including three students with reading disabilities and three students with proficient reading abilities for each grade. The qualitative data collected during the individual reading narrative Texts in Cloze procedure and interview were analyzed by using modified analysis and constants comparative analysis. The main findings were summarized as follows: 1.the reading comprehension strategies used by the subjects were grouped into ten categories, including: (1)noticing title, (2)neighboring key words, (3)neighboring phrases, (4)forward and backward cues, (5) imitate words, (6)involving role, (7)text texture, (8)elaboration, (9) prior experience, and (10)reasoning meaning. 2.There was no difference of reading comprehension strategies used by the students with proficient reading disabilities. 3.There was no difference of reading comprehension strategies used by the students with proficient reading abilities among three grades. 4.The most frequently used reading comprehension strategies by students with reading disability were (1)neighboring key words, (2)reasoning meaning, (3)forward and backward cues, and (4)prior experience. 5.The most frequently used reading comprehension strategies by students with proficient reading abilities were (1)forward and backward cues, (2)prior experience, (3)neighboring key words, and (4)noticing title. 6.The students proficient reading abilities tended to use forward and backward cues and prior experience strategies more frequently then students with reading disability, and tended to use neighboring key words and reasoning meaning less frequently then students with reading disabilities

    Preparation and selection of the monoclonal antibody used for kits to detect BNP32 which was applied to clinical research

    目的:制备抗脑钠肽(bnP32)单克隆抗体(MAb),并利用双抗体夹心ElISA法建立bnP抗原检测技术,应用于临床心脏患者脑钠肽水平的检测。方法:以基因工程原核重组表达bnP抗原免疫bAlb/C小鼠,利用常规杂交瘤技术制备MAb,MAb经纯化和HrP标记后,利用双抗体夹心ElISA法筛选检测bnP32蛋白的最佳配对MAb,以其建立bnP32抗原检测技术,并与临床bnP检测的标准实验做平行比较。结果:成功筛选到16株稳定分泌抗bnP32MAb的杂交瘤细胞株,16株MAb的亚型分别为Igg1、Igg2A和IgM,并从中筛选出最佳MAb配对组合,该组合对bnP32蛋白的检测灵敏度为20ng/l。建立的双抗体夹心bnP检测ElISA法与临床bnP检测的标准实验平行比较具有很好的一致性(kAPPA值=0.828),两者没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:成功地建立了bnP32抗原的双抗体夹心ElISA法检测技术,并能够很好地运用于临床心衰患者bnP指标的检测。AIM:To prepare the monoclonal antibody(mAb)used for kits to detect the BNP32 antigen by means of double-antibody sandwich ELISA assay.Comparasion differences on detection BNP between double-antibody sandwich ELISA and Roche ECL.METHODS:BALB/c mice were immunized with purified recombinant BNP32 protein and by routine hybridoma technique,Then comparasion differences on detection BNP between double-antibody sandwich ELISA and Roche ECL.RESULTS:16 hybridoma cell lines secreting potent mAb against BNP32 were obtained.The subtype of these 16 mAb were found to be IgG1,IgG2a and IgM,then their cross-blocking properties were analyzed,when they reacted with the BNP32 protein in direct ELISA in order to offer the valuable data for selecting feasible pair of mAb in the detection of the BNP32 antigen.All the mAbs were used for the detection of BNP32 by double-antibody sandwich ELISA.In addition,the mAbs were purified and HRP-labelled in advance.Finally,we had successfully screened a pair of mAbs,which exhibited a sensitivity of 20 ng/L for the detection of BNP32 antigen.The two detection methods have very good consistency(kappa=0.828>0.75)between double-antibody sandwich ELISA and Roche ECL.There was no statistics significance on differences between these two methods(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:It is evident that this pair of mAb shows excellent detection of BNP32.The double-antibody sandwich ELISA can be good apply to detect BNP level in clinical congestive heart failure patients

    针对目前冷轧生产中因轧辊偏心引起带材厚度波动的问题,提出了一种提高轧辊偏心信号频谱分析精度的方法。该方法综合应用伪点剔除技术、抗混滤波技术和平滑趋势技术对原始轧辊偏心信号进行预处理,再使用改进的快速傅立叶变换算法对预处理后的信号进行分析,其频谱分辨率明显提高。现场测试表明,经该方法分析ABB压头采集到的轧辊偏心信号,其频谱分辨精度明显高于以往用快速傅立叶变换算法的分辨精度,从而可以快速准确地诊断轧辊偏心所造成的影响

    p62 antigenic analysis with IgG class of autoantibody from patients with cancers

    目的 :研究p6 2不同区域的抗原性。方法 :取p6 2全长重组子及克隆其不同区域的 3个重组子进行表达和纯化。以各重组蛋白为包被抗原 ,建立检测IgG类抗p6 2自身抗体的ELISA技术。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者血清中抗p6 2各片段自身抗体阳性率以抗p6 2 1为最高 ,抗p6 2 3次之 ,抗p6 2 2最低 ,3者均低于抗全长p6 2。抗全长p6 2的阳性率与抗p6 2 1的阳性率无明显差异 ,而与抗p6 2 2和抗p6 2 3均有非常显著差异。除肺癌外 ,肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌和乳腺癌患者的 3个抗原片段的自身抗体的叠加阳性率均低于全长p6 2。结论 :p6 2的抗原性主要位于p6 2 1,但其结构的完整性对维持其抗原性具有重要意义。Objective:To carry out p62 antigenic analysis with IgG class of autoantibody from patients with cancers.Methods:Three fragments of p62 gene, named as p62 1, p62 2 and p62 3, were cloned using cloned p62 as template Purified recombinant p62, p62 1, p62 2 and p62 3 were used as coating antigen for establishment of ELISA to detect anti p62 of class of IgG Results:The positive rates of autoantibody to p62 fragments were anti p62 1 > anti p62 3 > anti p62 2 in patients with cancers All of them were lower than that of autoantibody against full length p62 The frequency of autoantibody to full length p62 was significantly higher than that of anti p62 2 and anti p62 3, but no difference with anti p62 1 Totally positive rates of autoantibody against the three fragments were lower than those of full length p62 in patients with hepatocellular cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, esophagus cancer and breast cancer but with lung cancer Conclusion:Antigenic sites in p62 were mainly located in p62 1 and the integrity of p62 structure is important for antigenic expression教育部优秀青年骨干教师资助课题和国家自然科学基金资助课题( 3 0 0 80 0 2 9
