    Conditional Lie-Bäcklund symmetry approach is used to study the invariant subspace of the nonlinear diffusion equations with source ut=e−qx(epxP(u)uxm)x+Q(x,u), m≠1. We obtain a complete list of canonical forms for such equations admit multidimensional invariant subspaces determined by higher order conditional Lie-Bäcklund symmetries. The resulting equations are either solved exactly or reduced to some finite-dimensional dynamic systems

    Facial Emotion Recognition with Noisy Multi-task Annotations

    Human emotions can be inferred from facial expressions. However, the annotations of facial expressions are often highly noisy in common emotion coding models, including categorical and dimensional ones. To reduce human labelling effort on multi-task labels, we introduce a new problem of facial emotion recognition with noisy multi-task annotations. For this new problem, we suggest a formulation from the point of joint distribution match view, which aims at learning more reliable correlations among raw facial images and multi-task labels, resulting in the reduction of noise influence. In our formulation, we exploit a new method to enable the emotion prediction and the joint distribution learning in a unified adversarial learning game. Evaluation throughout extensive experiments studies the real setups of the suggested new problem, as well as the clear superiority of the proposed method over the state-of-the-art competing methods on either the synthetic noisy labeled CIFAR-10 or practical noisy multi-task labeled RAF and AffectNet.     Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) is an emerging area of wireless ad hoc networks that facilitates ubiquitous connectivity between smart vehicles through Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) or Vehicle-to-Roadside (V2R) and Roadside-to- Vehicle (R2V) communications. This emerging field of technology aims to improve safety of passengers and traffic flow, reduces pollution to the environment and enables in-vehicle entertainment applications. The safety-related applications could reduce accidents by providing drivers with traffic information such as collision avoidances, traffic flow alarms and road surface conditions.     Geldanamycin Derivative Ameliorates High Fat Diet-Induced Renal Failure in Diabetes

    Diabetic nephropathy is a serious complication of longstanding diabetes and its pathogenesis remains unclear. Oxidative stress may play a critical role in the pathogenesis and progression of diabetic nephropathy. Our previous studies have demonstrated that polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) induce peroxynitrite generation in primary human kidney mesangial cells and heat shock protein 90β1 (hsp90β1) is indispensable for the PUFA action. Here we investigated the effects of high fat diet (HFD) on kidney function and structure of db/db mice, a widely used rodent model of type 2 diabetes. Our results indicated that HFD dramatically increased the 24 h-urine output and worsened albuminuria in db/db mice. Discontinuation of HFD reversed the exacerbated albuminuria but not the increased urine output. Prolonged HFD feeding resulted in early death of db/db mice, which was associated with oliguria and anuria. Treatment with the geldanamycin derivative, 17-(dimethylaminoehtylamino)-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (17-DMAG), an hsp90 inhibitor, preserved kidney function, and ameliorated glomerular and tubular damage by HFD. 17-DMAG also significantly extended survival of the animals and protected them from the high mortality associated with renal failure. The benefit effect of 17-DMAG on renal function and structure was associated with a decreased level of kidney nitrotyrosine and a diminished kidney mitochondrial Ca2+ efflux in HFD-fed db/db mice. These results suggest that hsp90β1 is a potential target for the treatment of nephropathy and renal failure in diabetes

    Abstract In this paper, we derive seed and 1-soliton solutions of the Q2 equation in the Adler–Bobenko–Suris list. The seed solutions of Q2 are obtained using those of Q1(δ) \mbox{Q}1(\delta) and an non-auto Bäcklund transformation connecting them. Then using an auto Bäcklund transformation, two types of Q2 one-soliton solutions are obtained based on its seed solutions. These obtained solutions are new and cannot be derived as degenerations from any known soliton solutions

    Influence research of cooling and purified water tank on explosion-proof diesel

    Eleven working points test and external characteristics test were taken for underground explosion-proof diesel before and after installing cooling and purified water tank. Some indexes of explosion-proof diesel were obtained under different conditions, including temperature of exhaust port, contents of waste gas and particulate matter, output torque, output power and fuel consumption rate. Influence of cooling and purified water tank on discharge, power and economy performance of explosion-proof diesel was summarized. The test results show that cooling effect for exhausting gas is obviously improved after installing cooling and purified water tank, and temperature of waste gas is lower than 50 °C. NOx exhaustion is greatly improved with the largest decreasing amplitude of 39.3%. CO exhaustion increases under the heavy load condition with the largest increasing amplitude of 22.2%. HC exhaustion has little variety. Particulate matter exhaustion increases a little under the heavy load condition. Power performance of the explosion-proof diesel decreases, and output torque and output power decreases 2.5% separately under the maximum torque condition. Economical performance decreases, and fuel consumption rate increases 3.2% at most

    In order to improve working environment of underground coal miners and reduce emissions of pollutants such as NOx, CO, HC, etc., power and emission performances of a certain type of explosion-proof diesel under different air intake flow were studied according to working environment of explosion-proof diesel and emission regulations, and the appropriate air intake flow of explosion-proof diesel was determined. The test results show that reducing air intake flow will reduce power performance of explosion-proof diesel, and increase smoke slightly, but it will also reduce the emissions of NOx
