Pub`s time-space in the poetry and poems of Aleksandrs Čaks

Bakalaura darbs “Kroga laiktelpa Aleksandra Čaka dzejā un poēmās” ir strukturēts trīs nodaļās. Izpētes centrā, piemēram, A. Čaka 20. ─ 30. gadu dzeja un poēmas ─ “Poēma par ormani”, “Spēlē, spēlmani”, ‘Matīss, kausu bajārs”. 1. nodaļā skaidrots laiktelpas jēdziens. 2. nodaļā aplūkots A. Čaka krogs no biogrāfiskā aspekta. 3. nodaļā tiek skaidrots, kas ir reālā un mākslinieciskā laiktelpa, kā tās parādās A. Čaka daiļradē. Apakšnodaļās analizēts krogs kā psiholoģiskā laiktelpa, ceļa un satikšanās laiktelpa un krogs kā daļa no pilsētas laiktelpas. Pētījuma mērķis ─ iegūt priekšstatu par to, ko atklāj kroga laiktelpa A. Čaka dzejā un poēmās. Tika izmantota hermeneitiskā un semiotiskā pētījumu metode. Darbam izvirzītie uzdevumi: izpētīt laiktelpas jēdzienu un tā skaidrojumu; izmantojot tuvlasījuma metodi, detalizēti iepazīt A. Čaka dzeju un poēmas, pievēršot uzmanību kroga laiktelpai un tās nozīmei; izpētīt literatūru un pētījumus, kas sasaucas ar darba tematiku; analizēt kroga laiktelpu A. Čaka dzejas un poēmu ietvaros. Izpētes rezultātā tika iegūts daudzpusīgs priekšstats par kroga laiktelpu A. Čaka dzejā un poēmās.The bachelor’s thesis “Pub’s time-space in the poetry and poems of Aleksandrs Čaks” consists of three parts. The subject of research, for example, is the poetry of 20th century 20’s and 30’s and poems ─ “Poēma par ormani”, “Spēlē, spēlmani”, “Matīss, kausu bajārs” by A. Čaks. Chapter 1 contains the definition of the meaning of time−space. Chapter 2 contains the A. Čak’s pub from biographical aspect. Chapter 3 contains the explanation of the real and artistic time-space, and how it appears in Čaks’s creations. In the sub-chapters include the analysis of the pub as a part of the psychological time-space, of pub as a part of the road and the meeting time-space and pub as a part of the city’s time-space. The hermeneutic and semiotics methods are used in the bachelor’s thesis. In the process of investigations the following tasks were raised: to explore the concept of time-space and its explanation; using the close-reading method, to get to know in the details of the poetry and poems by A. Čaks and paying attention to the pub’s time−space and its meaning; to study the literature and researches that resonates with the thesis; to analyze the pub’s time-space in poetry and poems by A. Čaks. In the result of research the extensive idea of pub’s time-space in poetry and poems by A. Čaks was obtained

Chronotope in novel “Vilcēni” by A. Manfelde, novel “Sarkanais dzīvsudrabs” by A. Jundze and novel “Jelgava 94” by J. Joņevs

Maģistra darba “Hronotops A. Manfeldes romānā “Vilcēni”, A. Jundzes romānā “Sarkanais dzīvsudrabs” un J. Joņeva romānā “Jelgava 94” mērķis ir raksturot un analizēt fiktīvo romānu 20. gadsimta 90. gadu laiktelpu Latvijā un citus ar to saistītus literāros hronotopus. Darba teorētiskajā daļā sniegts hronotopa teorētiskais ieskats, ieskats semiotiskajā un naratoloģijas pētniecības metodē; aplūkota hronotopa un romāna saistība; ieskats romānu recepcijā kritikā; sniegts ieskats kultūrvēsturiskajā situācijā un pilsētas laiktelpā. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā tiek analizēts 20. gadsimta 90. gadu hronotops romānos caur naratīvu un kā tas atklājas caur dažādām semiotiskajām zīmēm pilsētvidē.The aim of the master’s thesis “Chronotope in novel “Vilcēni” by A. Manfelde, novel “Sarkanais dzīvsudrabs” by A. Jundze and novel “Jelgava 94” by J. Joņevs” is to describe and analyze the fictional time of the 1990s in Latvia in novels and other related literary chronotopes. In the theoretical part of the work a theoretical insight into the chronotope, a insight into the semiotic and naratological research method; the relationships between chronotope and novel; insight into the critique of the reception of the novels are given; an insight into the cultural and historical situation and the time-space of the city are provided. In the practical part of the study the chronotope of the 1990s in novels through narrative has been analysed as well how it is revealed through various semiotic signs in the urban environment
