This study aims to describe the knowledge of nursing professionals in caring for patients in Cardiopulmonary Arrest (CPA), according to the literature from 2018 to 2023. This is an integrative literature review study. The bibliographic survey was carried out between the months of July, August and September 2023, in the LILACS, SCIELO, Peri√≥dico CAPES and REDALYC databases. The descriptors were used: cardiopulmonary resuscitation ‚ÄúAND‚ÄĚ nursing, which are registered in the Health Sciences Descriptors (DECS), and which were defined according to the theme proposed by this study. The inclusion criteria for this study were original articles published in full, available in indexed databases, written in Portuguese, and published in the last five years. After crossing the descriptors with Boolean in the databases, 61 studies were found in LILACS, 34 in SCIELO, 69 in CAPES and 38 articles in REDALYC. After analysis, reading of the articles and application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 10 studies were selected. Regarding the approach of the studies selected to compose this review, 1 was quantitative-qualitative, 2 quantitative cross-sectional studies, 1 descriptive, qualitative study, 3 studies with a descriptive quantitative approach, 2 research with a quasi-experimental design, and 1 cross-sectional study , descriptive. After selecting the studies in the databases, they were distributed in a data table containing the following information: title, author, year, database and objective of the study. In view of the aspects mentioned, it was possible to observe that many nursing professionals are properly trained to carry out early recognition of a cardiorespiratory arrest. Likewise, many have scientific knowledge about the frequency of chest compressions and ventilations, as well as understanding the importance of defibrillation after identifying shockable rhythms. However, some still have superficial knowledge, so it is necessary to reinforce the possible rhythms found in a PCR, and the correct sequence for care.

This study aims to describe the duties of nurses during Welcoming with Risk Classification in urgent and emergency services. The present study is an integrative literature review. The bibliographic survey was carried out between October 10th and November 15th, 2023 in the indexed databases: LILACS, SCIELO and PUBMED, using the descriptors ‚ÄúRisk Classification‚ÄĚ AND ‚ÄúNursing‚ÄĚ, which are registered in the DECS and which were defined according to the proposed theme. The inclusion criteria for this study were full original articles available in indexed databases, written in Portuguese, and which were recently published in the last six years. After analysis, reading of the studies and application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a quantity of 8 articles were selected to compose this integrative review, as they covered the proposed theme. Data analysis was carried out according to the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin. The selected studies were developed in Caruaru, Fortaleza, in the Center West of Goi√°s, in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, in Jo√£o Pessoa, in Santa Catarina, in the Center West region of the state of S√£o Paulo, and in the interior of Rio de Janeiro. The selected studies were displayed in a data table containing the information: title, author, year, study objective, study methodology, and database. In view of the aforementioned aspects, it was possible to observe that the nurse's duties in risk classification are focused on welcoming, dialogue and building a bond with the user and family members, as well as carrying out anamnesis with assessment of vital signs to identify the level of severity and carry out classification according to the Manchester protocol. Furthermore, these professionals carry out a humanized practice, as they evaluate non-severe patients, inform users about the waiting time for care, and notify cases of infectious diseases.

Biodiversity loss is one of the main challenges of our time,1,2 and attempts to address it require a clear un derstanding of how ecological communities respond to environmental change across time and space.3,4 While the increasing availability of global databases on ecological communities has advanced our knowledge of biodiversity sensitivity to environmental changes,5‚Äď7 vast areas of the tropics remain understudied.8‚Äď11 In the American tropics, Amazonia stands out as the world‚Äôs most diverse rainforest and the primary source of Neotropical biodiversity,12 but it remains among the least known forests in America and is often underrepre sented in biodiversity databases.13‚Äď15 To worsen this situation, human-induced modifications16,17 may elim inate pieces of the Amazon‚Äôs biodiversity puzzle before we can use them to understand how ecological com munities are responding. To increase generalization and applicability of biodiversity knowledge,18,19 it is thus crucial to reduce biases in ecological research, particularly in regions projected to face the most pronounced environmental changes. We integrate ecological community metadata of 7,694 sampling sites for multiple or ganism groups in a machine learning model framework to map the research probability across the Brazilian Amazonia, while identifying the region‚Äôs vulnerability to environmental change. 15%‚Äď18% of the most ne glected areas in ecological research are expected to experience severe climate or land use changes by 2050. Tese de Doutoramento em Marketing e Estrat√©giaMany are the domains where gender inequality manifests and women are the ones most often under fire. This research focuses, however, on a less approached side of gender inequality: men‚Äôs discrimination in dance. Although dance is proven to offer a myriad of physical, psychological, and social benefits for all genders, dance is frequently perceived as a feminine practice, resulting in a prevailing prejudice towards boys who dance, which makes it hard for them to join dance activities. Social Marketing has been presented as a promising framework to deal with different social problems, including prejudice. However, the effectiveness of Social Marketing is still difficult to establish, particularly since some Social Marketing interventions fail to use appropriate marketing terminology and tools. Thus, this investigation aims at both understanding better how prejudice towards boys who dance can be approached from a Social Marketing perspective, and to assess the effectiveness of a Social Marketing intervention designed to reduce the identified problem through Social Marketing benchmarks, targeting children and adolescents from 10 to 16 years old. Considering the aims of the investigation, a mixed methods approach was deemed appropriate. A qualitative research was the first step to design a potentially effective intervention, consisting of in-depth interviews with 13 children and adolescents, eight parents and five teachers, and one exploratory intervention with 40 children. The qualitative data were collected in Braga (Portugal) and analysed using content analysis. A quantitative research was also carried out, comprising a quasi-experimental intervention with 436 children and adolescents from Braga (Portugal), which was used to measure Social Marketing‚Äôs effectiveness. The descriptive analysis and PLS-SEM analysis were essential to, respectively, identify different relevant insights that suggest positive effects of Social Marketing intervention, and some effects of Social Marketing intervention in the relationships between explaining factors and intentions and outcome expectancies, based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour and the Social Cognitive Theory.

The bullying is considered a problem of public health which generates nefarious consequences for the individual and it can occur in all stages of life. Therefore, the existence of bullying is a social problem which deserves an intervention at several levels, including the Social Marketing level, whose potentialities reveal themselves pertinent to influence the behaviour of individuals, in order to reduce bullying. The aim of this investigation consists in understanding the bullying phenomena in the Higher Education context, starting from the perspective of the students themselves in order to develop a Social Marketing strategy to fight this phenomenon, if any, with the goal of reducing the physical and social damages generated by it. The investigation follows two types of studies. The Study 1 adopts a qualitative approach through an in depth and not structured interviews made to potential students, students and former students of the University of Minho, in order to better understand the bullying phenomena in Higher Education. The results demonstrate the existence of bullying in Higher Education, justifying the need for Study 2, which assumes a quantitative methodology whose sample is comprised by 503 students from the University of Minho. The results suggest that there are students who had witnessed, suffered and promoted bullying episodes in the Higher Education under different ways (inequality of power, psychological pressure, dissemination of rumours, humiliations, and physical aggressions), which can occur in different places of the Higher Education. The Hazing comes as the primary place of the Higher Education which fosters these aggressive behaviours. The students recognize bullying as a social problem, although they do it very often without recognizing that they are actually doing bullying
