    Optimization of Computational Resources for Real-Time Product Quality Assessment Using Deep Learning and Multiple High Frame Rate Camera Sensors

    Human eyes generally perform product defect inspection in Indonesian industrial production lines; resulting in low efficiency and a high margin of error due to eye tiredness. Automated quality assessment systems for mass production can utilize deep learning connected to cameras for more efficient defect detection. However, employing deep learning on multiple high frame rate cameras (HFRC) causes the need for much computation and decreases deep learning performance, especially in the real-time inspection of moving objects. This paper proposes optimizing computational resources for real-time product quality assessment on moving cylindrical shell objects using deep learning with multiple HFRC Sensors. Two application frameworks embedded with several deep learning models were compared and tested to produce robust and powerful applications to assess the quality of production results on rotating objects. Based on the experiment results using three HFRC Sensors, a web-based application with tensorflow.js framework outperformed desktop applications in computation. Moreover, MobileNet v1 delivers the highest performance compared to other models. This result reveals an opportunity for a web-based application as a lightweight framework for quality assessment using multiple HFRC and deep learning

    The Effect of Training and Work Motivation on Operator Performance During the COVID-19 Pandemic

    This research was conducted on a quay container crane operator at KSO TPK Koja. The quantitative research method was collecting data on 28 questionnaires and using SPSS version 21 applications to analyze data. The study used the validity, reliability, normality and hypothesis test. This study aimed to identify the influence of training and work motivation on operator performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at KSO TPK Koja. The result of this study showed that training and work motivation have a positive influence on operator performance, but training had no significant effect on operator performance.     Pemilihan Pemasok dan Alokasi Order Optimum pada Komoditas Hasil Laut Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Multi Objective Linear Programming

    Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara, memiliki potensi besar akan ekspor kepiting, ditunjukkan dengan tren kenaikan angka ekspor sebelum terjadinya pandemi Covid-19. Tingginya angka ekspor mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat persaingan perusahaan eksportir dalam mendapatkan kepiting segar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemilihan mitra dan alokasi order optimal dari calon mitra yang terpilih pada produk hasil laut. Hasil analisis AHP diperoleh 4 kriteria dalam pemilihan mitra, yaitu kualitas (0,5351), pengiriman (0,2121), lokasi (0,1234) dan pelayanan (0,0782). Penentuan alokasi order optimal dilakukan dengan model multiple objective linear programming (MOLP). Penyelesaian dilakukan dengan dua skenario, yaitu menggunakan nilai supplier keseluruhan yang diselesaikan dengan LP (skenario 1) dan urutan prioritas kriteria yang diselesaikan dengan MOLP (scenario 2). Hasil scenario 1 dipilih 5 supplier, sedangkan skenario 2 dipilih 6 supplier dengan rangking teratas. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu melakukan negosiasi kepada Supplier 2 dan Supplier 7 untuk dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya

    The Effectiveness of a Textbook Based on Multicultural and Contextual Understanding as a Learning Material for Scientific Writing

    A multicultural and contextual-based textbook is scientific writing learning material that presents multicultural and contextual-based language materials for Buddhist college students. This study aimed to describe the effectiveness of a multicultural and contextual understanding-based textbook in improving the scientific writing skills of Buddhist college students. The data collection was carried out by employing mixed methods of statistical analysis, interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research data were obtained by using test results or the products of students' writing skills. The research samples were 101 students of a Buddhist college in the Central Java Province, Indonesia. The study results revealed that a textbook based on multicultural and contextual understanding as learning material for scientific writing could effectively improve the scientific writing skills of Buddhist college students. The results of statistical analysis using the One-way ANOVA test showed Fcal > Ftable (47.74 > 3.09). Thus, there were significant differences in the ability to write scientific papers in the experimental group of students. These results indicated that a multicultural and contextual-based textbook as teaching material for scientific writing for students of Buddhist college was more effective than books that lecturers have used. It was later reinforced by the results of interviews with students and lecturers

    The purpose of this article are to describe and explain the form of local wisdom values contained in the Samin porridge tradition Darussalam Mosque Surakarta. Samin porridge, which considered by the community as a traditional Surakarta food, but it is not. Samin porridge is a traditional food type of Banjar, South Kalimantan. Initially, Samin porridge was introduced in Surakarta by gem traders from Martapura who traded gems all the way to Surakarta. Samin porridge, apart for being a menu for breaking the fast during the month of Ramadan, it turns out that it contains local wisdom values in this tradition. The local wisdom values include religious values, tolerance values, mutual cooperation values, peace-loving values, environmental care values, social values, and cultural values. This study uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are the results of interviews, news articles, and photo archives. While the data sources of this research are informants/resources, library sources, and documents. Data collection technique use snowball sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and archives. The validity of this research data uses source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions

    Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mempromosikan produk dari pengrajin produk rumah tangga berbahan serat alami di desa Murtigading Yogyakarta. Melalui proses identifikasi masalah dengan model business canvas ditemukan permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pengrajin yaitu sulitnya membuka akses langsung pada konsumen. Oleh karena itu pengrajin diberikan berbagai pelatihan untuk mampu mempromosikan produk dan mengakses pembeli dengan penerapan pemasaran digital melalui penggunaan media sosial (facebook dan instagram) dan perancangan website bisnis. Pelatihan tersebut mendorong mereka mampu mempromosikan produk kerajinan tidak hanya kepada pembeli lokal, namun juga menarik pembeli nasional.     Analisis Tektonik Relatif Menggunakan Metode Morfotektonik Daerah Lintau Buo dan Sekitarnya, Tanah Datar, Sumatera Barat

    The area of this research is in the Lintau Buo Region, Tanah Datar District, West Sumatra. Based on the regional geology, the location is on the boundary of the Ombilin Basin which has active tectonic conditions. This research is to get data of tectonic levels using a quantitative geomorphological approach carried out in the Batang Sinamar sub-watershed and the Batang Tampo sub-watershed. Some of the parameters used for this study include Drainage Density (Dd), Bifurcation Ratio (Rb), Hypsometric Integral (HI), Valley Floor Width and Height Ratio (Vf), Mountain Front Sinousity (Smf), and Asymmetry Factor (AF). And then the outcome of the parameters compared using IAT (Index of Active Tectonic) analysis. The results of the calculation are obtained with segment 1 entering class 3, namely moderate tectonics, and segments 2 and 3 entering class 2, namely high tectonics. The drainage pattern of the river at this research location is a pararellel drainage pattern which is controlled by geological structures such as folds. The results calculation of the IAT analysis is the landform of the morphology research location is controlled by moderate to high levels of tectonic activity and produces various denudational and erosional processes that cause soil movement and landslides

    The Wayang orang show is a puppet show in which the actors or players are humans. Wayang orang performances have theoretical and concrete teachings and values of life by presenting the lives of the characters as role models. The problem of this research is the difficulty experienced by actors in playing a character in a theatrical performance. For this reason, this study aims to provide information about the player's strategy and the harmony between the players and the characters played by the Sriwedari Wayang Orang performers. Study and performance values as one of the efforts to revitalize the current generation through preservation and local wisdom to maintain and care for noble values. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach to the Wayang Orang Sriwedari, Surakarta. The theory used in this study is the acting theory of Oscar G Brockett and Robert J. Ball. The technique of data collection in this study is using observation and interview methods. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the theory of Milles and Huberman including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the strategies carried out by actors or performers of Wayang Orang Sriwedari include imagination created and harmonized with the real life of the players, using clothes or costumes that match the characters, dressing up according to the characters, expressions of gestures and voice, psychological preparation and emotional by actors, looking for references by studying with seniors or looking for information on social media

    PEMANFAATAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN FIELD TRIP DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA

    Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa adalah melalui metode field trip. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan metode field trip terutama dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi dokumen dan meta-analisis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis dari Miles dan Huberman, diantaranya pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa field trip berpotensi meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa karena kelebihan field trip salah satunya adalah siswa dapat bersinggungan langsung dengan objek yang dipelajari. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukan bahwa metode field trip meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik mulai dari 6,86% sampai 37,51% dengan rata-rata 14,37%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar emisi gas buang dan pengaruh variasi ukuran celah katup dengan bahan bakar biodiesel (B35) terhadap emisi gas buang pada mesin  diesel  tipe  FE71PS  3908  cc.  Penelitian ini merujuk  pada regulasi pemerintah tentang baku mutu emisi gas buang kendaraan bermotor tipe baru kategori M, N, O. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur kadar emisi gas buang adalah smokemeter, proses penelitian ini dilakukan dengan variasi ukuran celah katup masuk 0,30 mm, 0,35 mm, 0,40 mm, 0,45 mm, dan celah katup buang 0,30 mm, 0,35 mm, 0,40 mm, 0,45 mm, dengan akselerasi mesin 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm. Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 16 kali variasi celah dengan katup bahan bakar biodiesel (B35)  murni  yang  didapat  dari  SPBU  terdekat,  diharapkan  hasil pengujian ini mendekati program pemerintah Indonesia menuju EURO 4 untuk memperoleh kadar emisi gas buang yang sangat rendah serta ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis data yang telah diperoleh, maka dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan pada ukuran katup masuk 0,40 mm dan katup  buang  0,40  mm  dengan  mesin  2000  rpm  yang  menghasilkan  opasitas sebesar 0,6 %. Untuk ukuran katup masuk 0,40 mm dan celah katup buang 0,40 mm dengan kondisi mesin di rpm 2500 yang menghasilkan opasitas sebesar 1,3 %. Begitupula untuk ukuran katup masuk 0,40 mm dan katup buang 0,30 mm serta ukuran katup masuk 0,40 mm katup buang 0,45 mm dengan rpm 3000 mempunyai kesamaan yang menghasilkan opasitas sebesar 2,6 %
