    Development Instruments Through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) in Appropriate Intensity Assessment

    The research aims to develop the valid and reliable measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention in vocational secondary school students. Multi stage random sampling was used as the technique to determine sample (300 respondents). The research method used research and development with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) at the second order with robust maximum likelihood method shows that valid and reliable instrument with the acquisition value of loading factor is more than 0.5 (> 0,5) and a significance value of t is more than 1,96 (> 1,96). Reliability test results shows that the value of the combined construct reliability (CR) of 0.97and a variance value extract (VE) to 0.52 is greater than the limit of acceptance CR ‚Č• 0.70 and VE ‚Č• 0.50. The conclusion of the measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention with three dimensions and 31 items met the standards of validity and reliability in accordance with the instrument development process

    Profesional Supervision Model: Development of Clinical Supervision Instruments for Teachers of Islamic Education Through a Multi-Faceted Rasch Model

    This study aims to develop (i) clinical supervision instruments for Islamic Religious Education teachers, and (ii) know the validity and reliability of clinical supervision instruments for Islamic Religious Education teachers. This research follows a quantitative non-experimental design. The subjects of this study were the Islamic Religious Education teachers in Bekasi Regency in the 2019/2020 school year. A survey method was used with a questionnaire using rubrics. The instrument development steps were: synthesizing theories; formulating constructs; developing dimensions and indicators; compiling instrument lattices; compiling and writing items; validating theory and empiricism as well as revising; empirical trials and readability; calculating instrument reliability; conducting repair and communicate to experts; reassemble the items of valid and reliable instruments to be made the final instrument. In the theoretical trial phase (the construct validity testing phase involving instrument development experts, clinical supervision experts, and linguists), data from the expert assessment results were analyzed with the help of the Rasch Multi-Rater Facet (MRFR) using facet software assistance.     This research aims to examine the impact of learning environment, self-efficacy, and an entrepreneurial attitude towards entrepreneurial intention of Vocational High School students in DKI Jakarta. This study applied survey method with causal approach. Sampling techniques is random cluster sampling stages whose result in sample of 310 respondents. Research data was collected by questionnaires and then analyzed with path analysis. Research results empirically show that: a) Students entrepreneurial intentions is affected directly and positively by the learning environment, self-efficacy, and an entrepreneurial attitude, b) the learning environment and self-efficacy are directly and positively impact on the entrepreneurial attitude, and c) the learning environment is directly and positively impact on self-efficacy. The results of the study conclude that with conducive learning environment, high self-efficacy and more positive entrepreneurial attitude will increase the entrepreneurial intention of Vocational High School students

    This study aims to determine the influence of teacher's creativity in learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement in class X peminatan IIS in SMA 89 Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data using a document recording techniques, observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were students of class X peminatan IIS which numbered 137 students to the overall sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there was a partial effect between the creativity of teachers in teaching with student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 3.926 is greater than t table of 1.656. Emotional intelligence of students partially also there is an influence on student achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 2.611 is greater than t table of 1.656. Simultaneously there is influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed calculated F value of 18.002 is greater than the value of F table 3,06. There are positive influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement with multiple correlation coefficient 0.460 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then known coefficient of determination (R 2) of 21.2%

    ABSTRAK Indonesia memiliki piramida penduduk tipe ekspansif yang sebagian besar penduduk berada pada kelompok umur muda. Rasio ketergantungan penduduk sebesar 48,6. Kondisi tersebut  menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia mendapatkan bonus demografi yang ditandai  tingginya proporsi jumlah penduduk usia produktif. Pengembangan kewirausahaan di Indonesia menjadi kebutuhan strategis nasional dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi untuk  mencapai kemakmuran masyarakat. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan adalah salah satu lembaga yang bertujuan meghasilkan lulusan yang terampil dan siap kerja.Data tingkat pengangguran terbuka berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan SMK mengalami peningkatan.  Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK lebih banyak sebagai pencari kerja daripada menciptakan lapangan kerja atau sebagai seorang wirausahawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dikembangkan dari Theory of  Planned Behavior yang dirumuskan oleh Ajzen menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar, efikasi diri, dan sikap dapat mempengaruhi intensi. Inkubasi bisnis adalah alternatif model pembelajaran yang memberikan pengalaman nyata dalam merintis, mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha bagi siswa SMK.Proses pembelajaran melalui inkubasi bisnis akan membentuk sikap positif dan keyakinan diri siswa dalam menjalankan usaha yang selanjutnya akan menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha pada siswa. Intensi wirausaha  ditumbuhkan melalui Inkubator bisnis sebagai bentuk lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dalam membentuk kompetensi siswa SMK. Kata Kunci: Intensi Berwirausaha, Inkubasi Bisnis  ABSTRACT Indonesia has the expansive type population pyramid that most people are in the younger age groups. Population dependency ratio of 48.6. The condition shows that Indonesia get demographic bonus that marked the high proportion of the population of productive age. Development of entrepreneurship in Indonesia has become a national strategic needs in improving the economic independence to achieve the prosperity of society. Vocational High School is one institution that aims region contribute to graduates who are skilled and ready to work.The data rate of unemployment by level vocational education has increased. This suggests that more vocational graduates as job seekers rather than creating jobs or as an entrepreneur. Based on the research results developed from the Theory of Planned Behavior formulated by Ajzen showed that the learning environment, self-efficacy and attitudes can influence intentions. Business incubation is an alternative learning models that provide a real experience in initiating, managing and developing the business for vocational students. The process of learning through business incubation will form a positive attitude and self-confidence of students in running the business which in turn will foster entrepreneurship in the student's intentions.     Does Teachers’ Creativity Promote Economic Learning Outcomes? The Role of Student Creativity Quotient

    This study aims to determine the effect of teacher teaching creativity and student creativity quotient on economic learning outcomes in class X state senior high schools in East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population of this study was 11163 students of class X high school in East Jakarta, the sample selection technique used multistage random sampling, and a sample of 208 students was selected. The data collection for the teacher's teaching creativity and the creativity quotient used a questionnaire, while the learning outcomes used secondary data. This study used Path analysis. Results showed that teachers' teaching creativity significant influence on student learning outcomes, the creativity quotient insignificant influence on student learning outcomes, teacher teaching creativity significant influence on creativity quotient, and teachers' teaching creativity, mediated by creativity quotient, insignificant effect on student learning outcomes. The finding of this study implies that the teacher's teaching creativity can increase the creativity quotient of students and students' learning outcomes of economics

    Development and Validation Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) Instrument for Teacher Mathematics in Elementary School

    Measurement of teacher competence through TPACK is very important to do. However, the majority of the instruments used to measure TPACK for elementary school teachers are not yet in line with the needs of the 21st Century. This study aims to develop a TPACK instrument for elementary school teachers in a valid and reliable Mathematic lesson. This study uses the quantitative research. The study sample involved 1490 teacher in elementary school,  grade IV, V, and VI teachers from state and private elementary schools with A level of accreditation, spread across fourteen sub-districts in the Kabupaten Bogor. Data analysis techniques use Winsteps 4.0.1. So that, overall, this instrument can be used to measure TPACK of elementary school teachers in the content of mathematics lessons. This instrument can be used to map teacher competencies based on TPACK values. Furthermore, if there are some weaknesses in the 7 aspects of the TPACK, policy makers can determine the follow-up that needs to be determined to further improve the competence of elementary school teachers.     Abstract This study aims to determine how much direct influence of the school environment and the attitude of the teaching profession to the intention to become a teacher, Student Education at the Faculty of Economics UNJ 2015. The study was conducted by the method used is the ex post de facto with the correlational approach dngan analysis techniques lane (Path Analysis) in which the school environment directly affects the intention to become a teacher, the attitude of the teaching profession directly influence the learning outcomes of economics, as well as the school environment directly influence the attitude the teacher procession. The results showed that there is a direct influence between the variables studied based on the hypothesis.
