    Proses Akomodasi Hukum Islam ke Dalam Hukum Pidan Nasional. Proses akomodasi hukum Islam kedalam hukum pidana nasional, sebenarnya telah berjalan sejak jaman kesultanan, jaman kolonial Belanda, jaman kemerdekaan, jaman orde lama, sampai dengan jaman reformasi saat ini. Namun eksistensinya terus diperjuangkan oleh sebagian umat Islam Indonesia untuk diberlakukannya hukum Islam secara utuh di Indonesia, termasuk dalam bidang hukum pidana. Hal ini didasari oleh anggapan bahwa dengan diberlakukannya hukum pidana Islam, maka tindak pidana yang semakin hari semakin merebak di tengah-tengah masyarakat sedikit demi sedikit dapat terkurangi. Sanksi yang tidak sepadan yang diberikan kepada para pelaku tindak pidana selama ini tidak membuat jera mereka untuk mengulanginya. Karena itu, sanksi yang tegas seperti yang ada dalam hukum pidana Islam nampaknya merupakan alternatif terbaik yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tindak pidana di Indonesia. Pengakomodasian hukum pidana Islam pada era reformasi telah memasuki era baru yaitu, dengan diterapkannya hukuman cambuk di Provinsi Nanggro Aceh Darussalam. Hal ini tidak terlepas peran partai politik/anggota DPR RI. Maka oleh karena itu, perlu disimak pada tahapan mana ide dan materi hukum pidana Islam mulai terakomodasi ke dalam RUU yang membahas hukum pidana nasional yang akan dibentuk, karena RUU tersebut yang akan menjelma menjadi undang-undang yang berlaku dan mengikat setelah disahkan.     Penentuan Model Kinetika Reaksi Hidrolisis pada Limbah Cair Pabrik Kelapa Sawit dengan Anaerobic Baffle Reactor

    Telah dilakukan penelitian penentuan model kinetika reaksi hidrolisis pada pembuatan biogas dari limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit dengan menggunakan reaktor anaerobik baffle. Penetapan model kinetika reaksi hidrolisis dapat dilihat dari depolimerisasi LCPKS menjadi produk intermediate (senyawa monomer) sebelum menjadi biogas. Percobaan diawali dengan proses aklimatisasi dan start up LCPKS dalam reaktor baffle dengan variasi waktu tinggal yaitu 18, 24, 30 hari juga variasi pengenceran konsentrasi LCPKS yaitu 1:1 dan 1:3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laju dekomposisi Total Solid dan COD yang optimal adalah pada HRT 30 hari dan pengenceran konsentrasi 1:1 dimana penurunan TS mencapai 85% dan COD mencapai 74%. Model kinetika reaksi pada penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan reaksi orde satu dengan persamaan linear dengan konstanta reaksi 0,005. Persamaan laju reaksi hidrolisis diperoleh 0,056 kali laju penurunan COD dengan tingkat keakuratan 99,2%. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi maka semakin tinggi laju dekomposisi dari nilai TS terjadi

    This research intends to find out the influence of including the halal lable on the packaging of instant noodles (Indomie) to the buying interest in students of the University of Al-Washliyah, Medan as well as to find out the influence of including the halal lable on packaged food products in the mind of students from the University of Al-Washliyah, Medan. The technique of data collection is with collecting the data directly in the research location with questionnaires. The primary data obtained from the questionnaires (statement) lists were processed by using SPSS 17.0 and the hypothesis testing was done by using the product moment formula of Karl Pearson to see the halal lable to the buying interest. The data analysis performed showed the correlation coefficient of product moment with the symbol rxy by 0.557, where the level of significance was 0.000, the relation from or influence occured, was positive. The determinant coefficient of the formation of variable Y to X was 0.311 which means that the variable X gived an influence to the height or lowness of variable Y by 31.1%

    Had been conducted to influence temperature in burning process for getting carbon (C) and palm shell pore, that\u27s important to explore activated carbon otherwise useful for absorption. Carbonization process had been done for palm shell became activated carbon product varied with temperature to know the difference. Carbonization process had done with vacuum furnace with temperature 500 oC and 1000 oC, each as 40 minutes. During carbonization process, many smoke out at temperature 500 oC and after temperature 1000 oC no anymore smoke out. After that condition, it will getting activated carbon and thus it will done testing laboratory XRF to determine the composition. Testingresult shows that forming the graphite phase to all carbon obtained result content of carbon to high enough as 48 % for 500 oC and 50 % for 1000 oC. Testing Laboratory for SEM shows that for forming porous size was obtained 10 μm for 500 oC and 5 μm for 1000 oC. Temperature higher will getting large amount porous palm shell.     Background: ASCO Phenotype classification is a new classification of stroke based on phenotypic system. ASCO classification can evaluate the etiology of ischemic stroke comprehensively to characterize patients using different grade of evidence for the subtype of ischemic stroke. ASCO classification can predict post ischemic stroke cognitive decline. This Study purpose to evaluate the association between ASCO classification with the executive function in post ischemic stroke patients.Methods: This cross sectional study followed by 28 post ischemic stroke patients (men 16, women 12) over 3 months. Mean age 52.82±8.66. Cognitive function was assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment Indonesia (MoCA INA).Results: There were 17 patients with grade 1 atherosclerosis (ASCO A1), ten patients with grade 1 small vessel disease (ASCO S1), one patient with grade 1 cardioembolism (ASCO C1) in post ischemic stroke. Grade 1 atherosclerosis (ASCO A1) was significantly associated with executive function decline (p=0.002), naming decline (p=0.05), abstraction decline (p=0.001), memory decline (p=0.002) and orientation decline (p=0.016)). Grade 1 small vessel disease (ASCO S1) was significantly associated with executive function decline (p=0.001) and memory decline (p = 0.001) and abstraction (p=0.001). Grade 1 cardioembolism 1 (ASCO C1) was not significantly associated with cognitive decline.Conclusions: There was significant association between ASCO classification with the executive function of Montreal Cognitive Assestment Indonesia (MoCA INA) in post ischemic stroke patients

    Design software interface controlling traffic light intersection ATMega8535 five-basic microcontroller is design to facilitate operator traffic light. This software design involves two different software,software Visual Basic 6.0 and CodeVision avr, Visual Basic 6.0 as a software interface that will send data and CodeVision avr as recipient of the data that is in its hardware. Sending and receiving data here using the existing serial port in komputere that use serial usb rs232 which serves to connect or bridge the respective software sendiri.Pengiriman data through the interface that Visual Basic 6.0, this shipment using the DO pin as data transmission (RX) which in usb serial and in ATMega8535 and received using D1 pin that serves as a data receiver (TX) .Each pin is connected using the USB serial rs232. This method allows an operator to use and change the time when need it. Because the software interface gives the ease of service at rush hour or operarator like solid hours already available, and only enter a number already there dikolom disediakan.Perpindahan in this column automatically, and a solid hour or busy can also be arranged according to the wishes of the operator

    PT. WXY adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan fruit cages (lori). Kendala yang dihadapi PT.WXY adalah terganggunya proses produksi yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan pada komponen mesin yang beresiko tingginya angka downtime. Masalah ini diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) yang mengaplikasikan Grey FMEA dalam menentukan prioritas perbaikan sehingga diperoleh perencanaan perawatan yang lebih optimal. Diagram pareto digunakan untuk menentukan mesin yang paling kritis pada metode RCM. Hasil diagram pareto diperoleh mesin bor magnet merupakan sistem yang paling kritis. Komponen yang terdapat dalam mesin bor magnet adalah saklar magnet, spindle, spindle sleeve, drilling chuck, motor NFA03LG-011, radial ball bearing, v-belt, dan pulley. Selanjutnya hasil penerapan Reliability Centered Maintenance dengan mengaplikasikan Grey FMEA diperoleh komponen yang harus dirawat secara terjadwal (time directed) adalah spindle dengan jadwal perawatan 33 hari, motor NFA03LG-011 dengan jadwal perawatan 36 hari, radial ball bearing dengan jadwal perawatan 43 hari, dan v-belt dengan jadwal perawatan 42 hari. Perawatan komponen yang tidak terjadwal (condition directed) adalah saklar magnet, spindle sleeve, drilling chuck, dan pulley. Penerapan metode RCM dengan melakukan simulasi terhadap distribusi kerusakan diperoleh penurunan downtime sebesar 20.56%

    Research of design of solar dryer with evacuated tube collector for drying coffee bean has been done. This research is done through the stage of formulation, design, circuit and testing tools using coffee as material to be dried.Test results of a solar dryer designed then is being used for drying coffee bean (moisture content from 52.80% to 12.30%), with forced convection system which the air speed are varied of 2-6 m/sec. During the drying process, the average weather conditions are in the range 143-855 Watt / m2, ambient temperature of 28-36 °C. The air temperature in the collector are 85-192 °C and the temperature in the drying chamber are 35-78 °C. The results showed that air drying velocity is directly proportional to the drying rate and collector efficiency but inversely to drying time and specific energy consumption (SEC)
