    The Research of Automation of the Process of Indexing Tax Returns

    The article is devoted to the study of the automated search for information on tax declarations of different countries in public sources of various structures and the collection of information received in a single information storage. The first part of the paper describes methods of automated data collection and tasks that can be solved by these methods.     Development of an Automated Approach for Updating of the Annual Runoff Module Map

    Several Russian Hydropower Design and Research Institutes have recently fulfilled studies of hydropower potential estimation for NorthWest, Caucasian and Angara River’s regions in Russia. An approach to automate the calculation of river flow characteristics, based on the usage of annual flow rate map, was proposed and tested by the authors for the aims of the studies.Annual river flow characteristics together with the terrain data are the most important data sources for evaluation of the hydropower potential.A set of requirements was made for the approach and for automation of annual flow rate maps creation in order to provide ability for updates in every 5-10 years.A problem of lack of hydrological data for small and medium sized rivers was faced. To determine the hydrological characteristics the Russian code specification "Determination of Design Hydrological Performance" was used for the conditions of the lack of hydrological data, methods of spatial interpolation were also used.To solve the problems it is necessary to define the parameters of the annual flow distribution: average annual flow, variation coefficient, coefficient of skewness.Mapping is based on the assumption of a smooth change of annual flow rate for any territory in accordance with the distribution of climatic and physiographic factors (topography, soil, groundwater depth, etc.).Milestones of flow rate mapping included: preparation of hydrological initial data; creating of the updated flow rate maps; determination of the corrections to the influence of local azonal factors; estimation of the accuracy of flow characteristics calculations.In order to update the annual flow rate maps a special GIS application “Hydrologist” was created. The GIS application includes computer-assisted tool for processing the hydrological data, import/export tools, tools for analysis of area zoning data, tools for analysis of annual flow rate values in centroids of drainage-basins, location of water stage gauges, also the old and updated flow rate maps.The article deals with the approach description, main problems that were faced and presenting the results.The technology has been applied for North-West, Volga and Siberian Federal Districts in Russia. Comparison of the created annual flow rate map with the previously used map shows that the updated map is better of acquiring hydrological data for small and medium sized rivers

    Mid-range adiabatic wireless energy transfer via a mediator coil

    A technique for efficient mid-range wireless energy transfer between two coils via a mediator coil is proposed. By varying the coil frequencies three resonances are created: emitter-mediator (EM), mediator-receiver (MR) and emitter-receiver (ER). If the frequency sweeps are adiabatic and such that the ER resonance precedes the MR resonance, the energy flows sequentially along the chain emitter-mediator-receiver. If the MR resonance precedes the ER resonance, then the energy flows directly from the emitter to the receiver via the ER resonance; then the losses from the mediator are suppressed. This technique is robust to noise, resonant constraints and external interferences

    We consider the statistical properties of primary sequences of two-letter HP copolymers (H for hydrophobic and P for polar) designed to have water soluble globular conformations with H monomers shielded from water inside the shell of P monomers.     We consider exact Lagrangian submanifolds in cotangent bundles. Under certain additional restrictions (triviality of the fundamental group of the cotangent bundle, and of the Maslov class and second Stiefel-Whitney class of the Lagrangian submanifold) we prove such submanifolds are Floer-cohomologically indistinguishable from the zero-section.     The opportunistic fungus Candida krusei is the causative agent of nosocomial infections characterized by high mortality and development of resistance to drugs of the azole class. Therefore, develjoment of non-azole antifungal agents against resistant fungal strains is extremly important. Lanosterol 14-alpha demethylase (CYP51) is a well-known antifungal target. The optical SPR biosensor is a universal tool for screening studies in search of new drug prototypes. This paper presents the methodological aspects of high-hroughput SPR based screening of a library of low molecular weight compounds of natural origin for their interaction with C. krusei CYP51. It has been shown that when performing high-throughput screening, a researcher should pay special attention to the degree of a sensorgram curvature in the association phase. The described approaches to the analysis of high throughput screening data can be useful for researchers working with SPR biosensors from various manufacturers.Условно-патогенный гриб Candida krusei (C. krusei) является возбудителем нозокомиальных инфекций, характеризующихся высокой летальностью. В последнее время наблюдается тенденция к увеличению доли штаммов дрожжевых грибов, резистентных к препаратам класса азолов. Поэтому поиск потенциальных противогрибковых соединений неазольной природы является актуальным направлением исследований при разработке новых эффективных терапевтических средств в отношении резистентных штаммов грибов. Ланостерол 14-альфа деметилаза (CYP51) является широко известной мишенью для противогрибковых средств. Оптические SPR-биосенсоры представляют собой универсальный инструмент для скрининговых исследований, целью которых является поиск прототипов новых лекарственных соединений. В данной работе представлены методические аспекты высокопроизводительного скрининга библиотеки низкомолекулярных соединений природного происхождения, направленного на установление их взаимодействия с CYP51 C. krusei с использованием SPR-биосенсора. Как показывают результаты, при проведении высокопроизводительного скрининга особое внимание следует обращать на степень выраженности наклона сенсограммы взаимодействия в фазе ассоциации. Описанные подходы к анализу данных высокопроизводительного скрининга могут быть полезны исследователям, работающим с SPR-биосенсорами различных моделей
