    Managerial Development Model of Head of SMA in Padangsidempuan to Achieve Quality School

    The aim of this study is to develop a model of leadership managerial competence of head of High School in Padangsidimpuan. The expected model can be used as a reference for school supervisors in conducting guidance of managerial competence of head of SMA Padangsidimpuan. This research was done using research and development (R and D) by applying the procedural model. The data of this research are consisted of (1) qualitative data that was obtained from observation, interview, and documentation of the study and it was analyzed using descriptive statistics. (2) quantitative data by using questionnaire. The qualitative data were analyzed using three ways, ie data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusions. The findings of this study are (1) The coaching is focused on the administrative aspect and has not yet touched the managerial competence of the principal of SMA Padangsidimpuan and (2) the coaching process has not been done properly. This research resulted a model of managerial competence development for the head of SMA Padangsidimpuan consisting of two components, namely (1) the identification instrument of managerial competence and, (2) the steps of coaching the managerial competence of the principal of SMA Padangsidimpuan. This model is equipped with a support system that includes a program of leadership managerial competence of senior high school Padangsidimpuan. The test results show that this model is practical and effective for use in improving the managerial competence of SMA Padangsidimpuan. How well the model of guiding the managerial competence of the principal produced will not mean anything if its use does not get support from the parties related to the principal guidance in particular and general education management. It is therefore necessary to support the school superintendent to use this model within the Padangsidimpuan

    Educational accreditation qualifications in schools are the substantial part of education synchronous management. Synchronous management in the education unit can be based on the situation or condition of education at a certain period. This article aims to study of policy quality as the foundation of education in Indonesian’s policy quality by using the qualitative approach throught extensive literature, interviewing experts and personal experience. The situation or condition can be seen from the formation of policies and or the election of new leadership. 1) Merdeka Belajar is integrity and the result of policy, and there may be influence from the political elite as a means of fulfilling these situations and conditions. 2) In the management of basic, middle, upper and higher education units it is known as independent learning. 3) Freedom to learn is a reflection of the government in Era 4.0, which requires students to understand freedom as the actualization of human identity as a real human being, and not only freely expressing attitudes, thoughts, feelings and actions, but also free in accepting learning from all aspects of knowledge. 4) The actualization of Merdeka Belajarshould be based on student-centred learning, students as problem solvers, critical thingking, and decision maker.     Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Dana Bos terhadap Prestasi Guru

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan dana BOS terhadap prestasi guru di SD Negeri 61 Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan korelasi. Populasinya adalah guru-guru di SD Negeri 61 Payakumbuh sebanyak 10 guru. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui melakukan pengamatan terhadap prilaku kepala sekolah terhadap guru. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat kontribusi antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan prestasi guru di SD Negeri 61 Payakumbuh sebesar 8,5% dan Terdapat kontribusi antara dana BOS dengan prestasi guru di SD Negeri 61 Payakumbuh sebesar 7,8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terlihat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan dana BOS terhadap prestasi guru di SD Negeri 61 Payakumbuh

    Analisis Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dalam Penyusunan RPP dan Pelaksanaan Model Saintific di Sekolah Dasar

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis supervisi kepala sekolah dalam penyusunan RPP dan pelaksanaan model saintifik di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasinya adalah guru-guru di Gugus V kecamatan Latina Kota Payakumbuh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purpose sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan di Gugus V Kecamatan Latina. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah berjalan dengan baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah di gugus V kecamatan Latina menunjukan pemahaman guru SD di Kecamatan Latina tentang RPP cukup bervariasi, pada intinya mereka cukup baik dalam memahami tentang media, walaupun ada diantara mereka RPP dalam artian yang terlalu umum
