    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh dimensi kualitas produk ponsel Nokia secara simultan terhadap keputusan beli konsumen di Surabaya Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Kriteria dalam penelitian yaitu pengguna ponsel merk Nokia, usia 15 tahun hingga diatas 35 tahun, pendidikan minimal SMU. Hasil uji hipotesis pertama melalui uji F menyatakan bahwa variabel kinerja (XI), estetika (X2), kemudahan perawatan dan perbaikan (X3), fitur (X4), keandalan (X5), tahan lama (X6), kualitas kesesuaian (X.7), dan kualitas yang dipersepsikan (X8) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan. beli konsumen (Y), didukung atau terbukti kebenarannya. Kedelapan variabel kualitas produk hanya 6 variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan beli konsumen; yaitu variabel kinerja (Xi), kemudahan perawatan dan perbaikan (X3), fitur (X4), keandalan (X5), tahan lama (1X6), dan kualitas yang dipersepsikan (X8) sedangkan variabel estetika (X2) dan kualitas kesesuaian (X7) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara partial terhadap keputusan beli konsumen, sedangkan variabel kualitas yang dipersepsikan merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar.atau dominan terhadap keputusan beli konsumen

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa kelas XI MIA-3 pada materi Laju Reaksi tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui 2 siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan diolah dengan menggunakan deskripsi persentase. Nilai yang diperoleh siswa dirata-rata untuk menemukan pencapaian keterampilan proses. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, data diklasifikasikan berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang dijadikan fokus analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran penemuan (Discovery Learning) yang di terapkan pada pembelajaran Kimia pada materi Laju Reaksi terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa yang mencakup aktivitas menggunakan alat, mengumpulkan data, mengolah dan menganalisis data, menyimpulkan, serta membuat laporan. Terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata keterampilan proses dari 84 pada siklus I menjadi 87 pada siklus II. Sehingga pembelajaran Kimia dengan model pembelajaran penemuan (Discovery Learning) terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan proses siswa

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu faktor motivasi instrinsik dan faktor motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia pada PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yang memiliki masa kerja minimal 5 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada responden. Kuesioner yang telah dikembalikan berjumlah 44 dari 45 kuesioner yang telah disampaikan. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan alat statistik metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, diketahui nilai thitung yang didapat dari masing-masing variabel, yaitu motivasi intrinsik (X1) 3,789 dan motivasi ekstrinsik (X2) 5,544, sedangkan nilai ttabel 2,0195, sehingga nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel,. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor motivasi instrinsik dan faktor motivasi ekstrinsik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk

    Analisis Strategi Positioning Produk Berdasarkan Persepsi Konsumen Pada Industri Batik Di Jawa Timur

    Background - Competition in the Batik industry in Indonesia is quite sharp. Therefore it is necessary to apply the right marketing strategy in this industry. Whereas each batik industry that originates from the region has its own uniqueness that can attract the attention of consumers. Therefore, a positioning strategy for batik products is needed to be able to create more value in the minds of consumers compared to its competitors. Purpose - This research purposed to describe the position of competition (positioning) on batik industry in East Java based on the perceptions of local batik consumers. Design / Methodology / Approach - The study took samples of batik consumers in 9 cities in East Java, namely Bangkalan, Sidoarjo, Lamongan, Tuban, Pasuruan, Tulungagung, Mojokerto, Ponorogo and Banyuwangi. The population was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Respondents were taken as many as 200 respondents from selected batik producing cities. The research was conducted on 9 kinds of attributes that distinguish the distinctive characteristics of batik between regions in East Java including the quality of the fabric used, the quality of the coloring of the fabrics used, the patterns or motifs, the various colors, prices, design innovation, popularity, value art and intrinsic meaning. To conduct the analysis, analysis techniques using multidimensional scaling were used. Results and Discussion - The results showed a significant difference between the batik in each region which shows the characteristics of the area. The implication of this research was very useful for batik business in East Java to find out their competitive position among this industry in East Java, so that they can determine the right competition strategy according to the advantages or characteristics of each region. Conclusion - There are differences in perceptions of the quality attributes of the fabric material, the quality attributes of fabric coloring, batik patterns or motifs, various colors, prices, design innovation, popularity, artistic value and intrinsic meaning of batik batik in East Java which is the object of this research. Research implication - The research contributions are presented in the form of theoretical contributions and practical contributions. The theoretical contribution made is that this study supports previous research, that marketers can find out the competitive position in the industry through the perceived attributes of consumers. The implication of this research is very useful for marketers to find out who their close competitors are so that marketers can apply the right strategy to deal with competitors. Batik entrepreneurs or craftsmen should make products with high artistic value that characterize the Indonesian culture. Research limitations – The limitation of this study lies in the sample selection, because consumers only know the product attributes that they know, in the next research, consumer selection should preferably be on consumers who know all the characteristics of the businesses being compared. Further research can also examine the segmentation, targeting and positioning policies of batik products in marketing their products in the community.   &nbsp

    Distribution of Salacca zalacca ‘Kelapa’

    Salak or snake fruit (Salacca zalacca) or salak is a kind of popular fruit originated from Sumatra and Java. There are many cultivars including both the wild and the hybrid ones. One of many cultivars namely S. zalacca ‘Kelapa’ was observed for their distribution.  This cultivar is considered to be unusual because it has only a few spines on its petioles. This cultivar was previously found only in Karangasem Bali especially in the subdistrict of Sibetan, Selat, and Rendang and in Batujajar in West Java.  A new record was found in Banjarnegara especially in Sokanandi Village. A map of the distribution of this cultivar is presented.

    Keanekaragaman Kultivar Mangga (Mangifera indica L.) Di Kabupaten Tangerang

    Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a tropical fruit that is in demand by many people so that it can be found throughout Indonesia. Mangoes have a wide variety of morphology. This diversity occurs because of crossbreeding, natural selection, human influence, evolution and even environmental influences of each location. The research aims to determine the morphological variation of mango cultivars in Tangerang Regency and to know the relationship of similarities based on morphological characteristics. The research was conducted in Tangerang Regency by survey method, with purposive sampling techniques. The bound variables in this study were types of mango cultivars, while free variables covered the height of the place, temperature, humidity, light and pH of the soil. The observed parameters include the morphological characteristics of stems, leaves, fruits and seeds. Mango sample data is analyzed by descriptive method. Medium to know the relationship of similarities analyzed with MEGA X using UPGMA method. The results of research from four sub-districts in Tangerang district found 14 types of cultivars. The similarity relationship based on 22 morphological characteristics results in phenograms divided into 2 main groups. M. indica 'Madu' with M. indica  'Manalagi' and M. indica 'Khiosaway' with M. indica 'Namdokmai' has the closest relationship with the disimilarity index of 0.182. M. indica L. 'Chokanan' and M. indica L. 'Gedong' have the furthest relationship with the disimilarity index of 0.682. Mangga (Mangifera indica L.) merupakan buah tropika yang diminati banyak orang sehingga dapat ditemukan di seluruh Indonesia. Mangga memiliki berbagai macam variasi morfologi. Keragaman ini terjadi karena adanya perkawinan silang, seleksi alam, pengaruh manusia, evolusi bahkan pengaruh lingkungan tiap lokasi Pengaruh lingkungan menyebabkan pertumbuhan daun, batang, akar, serta buahnya mengalami perbedaan pada setiap pohon. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman kultivar mangga di Kabupaten Tangerang dan mengetahui hubungan kemiripan berdasarkan karakterteristik morfologi.  Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Tangerang dengan metode survey, dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Parameter yang diamati meliputi karakteristik morfologi batang, daun, buah dan biji. Data sampel mangga dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Sedang untuk mengetahui hubungan kemiripan dianalisis dengan MEGA X menggunakan metode UPGMA. Hasil penelitian dari empat kecamatan di Kabupaten Tangerang ditemukan 14 kultivar. Hubungan kemiripan berdasarkan 22 karakteristik morfologi menghasilkan fenogram yang terbagi kedalam 4 kelompok utama. M. indica L. ‘Madu’ dengan M. indica L. ‘Manalagi’ dan M. indica L. ‘Khiosaway’ dengan M. indica L. ‘Namdokmai’ mempunyai hubungan terdekat dengan indeks disimilaritas sebesar 0,182. M. indica L. ‘Chokanan’ dan M. indica L. ‘Gedong’ mempunyai hubungan terjauh dengan indeks disimilaritas sebesar 0,682
