    Aims : To explore the experience of hypertension sufferers in carry out tera gymnastics therapy at RW 18 Kelurahan Padasuka in Cimahi West Java. Methods : This research includes the type of qualitative research with phenomenology approach method. Participants were hypertensive patients who were participating tera gymnastics therapy. Using purposive sampling technique involving only 6 participants who carry out the Tera gymnastics activities. Purposive Sampling Method is a type of convenience sampling technique so that a saturation point of information will be achieved. Collecting data using indepth interviews using the researcher's herself as a research instrument. The interview process used semi structured questions and open ended questions. This research was equipped with a voice recorder in the form of a cellular phone and field notes to record non verbal responses. Results : It can be concluded that five main themes were identified are : (1) the condition of hypertension who experienced by the participants (2) The efforts when experiencing hypertension (3) the response during carry out  tera exercise (4) the motivation in participating tera exercise (5) the expectations while hypertension suffering. Conclusions : The public can choose how to control hypertension with tera gymnastics therapy as a form of non pharmacological therap

    Puskesmas adalah fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama yang disediakan oleh pemerintah, yang memiliki tujuan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Puskesmas perlu terus melakukan berbagai upaya dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan Inpres Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 tentang Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional Pengembangan e-Governance, bahwa lembaga pemerintahan yang melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat perlu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Salah satunya seperti yang dilakukan Puskesmas Sawangan, Depok melalui program Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS). Sistem ini berusaha memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat dalam kecepatan, ketepatan, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat kondisi penerapan sistem informasi manajemen Puskesmas sebagai penerapan e-governance serta melihat faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitis. Penelitian penerapan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Sawangan ini menggunakan indikator yang dikemukakan Richardus Eko Inrajit yaitu: (1) kondisi data infrastruktur, meliputi manajemen sistem, dokumentasi, dan proses kerja ditempat untuk menyediakan kuantitas dan kualitas data; (2) ketersediaan dasar hukum dalam penerapan SIMPUS; (3) koordinasi antar instansi dalam kebijakan penerapan SIMPUS; (4) ketersediaan aparatur dalam penerapan SIMPUS; (5) ketersediaan sarana teknologi

    Tata kelola pasar Rengasdengklok megalami berbagai permasalahan seperti penumpukan sampah yang tidak beraturan, kemacetan, serta tidak tertatanya para pedangang karena didominasi oleh pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karawang berinisiasi melakukan relokasi untuk menata ulang pasar Rengasdengklok, namun proses relokasi mengalami berbagai penolakan pedagang terutama PKL. Penolakan para pedagang dengan alasan harga kios yang ditawarkan pihak ketiga kurang sesuai atau terlalu tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Daerah, swasta dan para pedagang dalam tata kelola pasar dengan menggambarkan peran masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa sarana prasarana yang disediakan di pasar baru belum siap dalam memenuhi kebutuhan para pedagang, serta harga kios yang ditetapkan terlalu tinggi. Kehadiran PKL yang tidak mengikuti ketentuan sewa juga dirasakan menjadi ketidakadilan bagi warga Ikatan Para Pedagang Rengasdengklok (IPPR). Peran sektor privat yaitu PT VIM menjadi dominan dalam pengelolaan pasar, sehingga para pedagang perlu mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk memperoleh pelayanan agar kenyamanan pasar tetap di perhatikan PT VIM. Kesimpulan bahwa peran Pemda setelah dilakukan relokasi dialihkan kepada sektor privat, sehingga koordinasi pengelolaan pasar dilakukan antara IPPR dengan PT VIM

    Background Problems, Sanggau District is an area located on the border of Indonesia and Malasyia. The regions are troubled by basic infrastructure constraints, such as in the education field. The blurred portrait of education is nothing new, nor is it in Sanggau District of WestKalimantan, an immediate border with Malaysia. There are about 30% illiteracy and 5-10% drop out (Sanggau Education Office: Hamid, 2015). School facilities and infrastructure are very limited. There are students who have never seen a computer, but followed the lesson of Information and Communication Technology (Survey Report of Budget ManagementEffectiveness BNPP 2016). Similarly, the number of classrooms is very minimal and not feasible, the room sealer using plastic tents. Various educational issues in thearea can not be separated from the poor management of national and local education services system providedby the Central and Regional Governments. The overlapping of policies between the central and regional governments is the evidence of the ineffectiveness of institutional relations between the central government and regional government. Problem Outline: 1). What is the Effectiveness of Institutional Relations between Central and Regional Government in the education service of elementaryschool in Sanggau District? 2). What are the driving factors and obstacles.     Primary School Services Quality in Border Area of Indonesia – Malaysia

    The highest quality services in Elementary School of Border Area of Indonesia – Malaysia, found in Sekayam District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province, namely Paus-22, a  State Elementary School.  Within an hour, new student enrolment can be fulfilled its quota in that school. The research analysis uses Parasuraman's opinions with the following indicators: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty.  Research Approach ; Qualitative, with Descriptive Method. Data Collection Techniques  : Interview, observation, and documentation. Informant Selection Techniques: Purposive. Data Analysis using Miles and Huberman. Data Validity Test with Triangulation. Discussion: Primary Schools in Priority Locations should receive great attention from the Regional Government and from the Central Government, because competing directly with schools from neighbouring country Malaysia, and quality must be maintained. Research results: Tangibles: new classrooms assisted by the Government through e-Takola, but there are no libraries and official resident, lack of teaching aids; Reliability: Lack of teacher’s training, Responsiveness: responsive, Assurance: trusted by the community; Emphaty: people empathize with teachers. Conclusion: Learning services are quite good, facilities and infrastructure services need to be improved.     Correctional Institution (Lapas) is a place to conduct training for prisoners and correctional students. The excess capacity at the prison is due to the high number of inmates entering the Class IIA Salemba Prison which is not directly proportional to the number of inmates who are free from criminal periods. The problem of excess capacity has an unfavorable impact on the inmates. This study aims to discuss the strategy for dealing with the excess capacity of inmates at the Class IIA Salemba Prison, using a qualitative approach and analyzed using Koteen's theory (1997). The results of the research on handling excess capacity in the Class IIA Salemba Prison by granting the rights of the inmates, trying to increase the capacity of the prison and using a family leadership pattern. The result is that the Class IIA Salemba Prison has a distinctive character and becomes a role model for other prisons in DKI Jakarta with obedience and punctuality in worship. The program strategy provides rehabilitation activities, fostering independence, personality and independent business. Resources become a strategy by providing service satisfaction, coaching and securing competent human resources, providing facilities, infrastructure and workload analysis to meet the needs of prisons.     Tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) di Indonesia umumnya memiliki karakteristik yang meliputi antara lain, transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi, efisiensi, non-partisipan (keadilan) dan responsif. Dengan mayoritas muslim di Indonesia, Islam mengatur semua masalah kehidupan manusia. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan (library research), dan menggunakan teori good governance sebagai landasan dalam melakukan penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam good governance di Indonesia khususnya dalam prinsip akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan good governance di Indonesia belum cukup baik, masih banyak permasalahan yang berbanding terbalik dengan prinsip good governance dan nilai-nilai Islam. Nilai-nilai Islam telah menekankan kepemimpinan dalam menerapkan pemerintahan yang baik, tersirat dalam ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadist. Masalah seperti KKN masih terjadi dikarenakan aparat pemerintah yang kurang akuntabel. Ditambah lagi kurangnya transparansi dalam proses pelaksanaan kebijakan publik dan dalam pemakaian sumber daya publik membuat masalah ini tidak ada ujungnya. Akuntabilitas dianggap kurang penting, karena tidak ada teguran, kontrol dan sanksi.     Key Determinants of Elementary School Education Policy Implementation in Border Region

    The momentum of decentralization that occurred in 1998 gave hope for the improvement of the quality of education services, especially in border areas. However, although several of policy instruments have been established, some empirical studies precisely showed that hope still difficult to realize. This research aims to analyzing how key determinants of elementary school education policy implementation in border areas are operationalized, with Sekayam and Entikong Districts, Sanggau Regency, West Borneo Province as a specific locus. Qualitative approach with descriptive methods used in this research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, FGD, direct observation, and documentation, meanwhile data analysis techniques used Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models. This research finds that key determinants of elementary school education policy implementation in border areas which consists of the dimensions: design of the policy, stakeholders, context, the implementation strategy is not fully optimal. This research recommends several things such as:  the government needs to increase the accessibility of better education, strengthen collaboration between the central government and local governments, strengthen planning and budgeting, and needed holistic evaluation of the application of E-Takola so that the aid mechanism provided to elementary schools in all border areas can be more effective.

    Etnobotani merupakan ilmu yang mengkaji tentang tumbuhan dari sudut pandang penduduk lokal yang masih memegang tradisi secara turun-temurun. Tradisi kuthomoro pada hakekatnya mengirim doa menjelang bulan ruwah untuk para leluhur oleh Karaton Yogyakarta.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis tumbuhan dan makna simbolik yang digunakan dalam Tradisi Kuthomoro di Makam Giriloyo & Makam Imogiri. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Abdi Dalem Juru Kunci. Objek dalam penelitian ini ialah uborampe bunga dan sajian pada tradisi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan daftar dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat 44 jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan pada uborampe bunga dan sajian dalam tradisi di Makam Giriloyo dan 50 jenis tumbuhan di Makam Imogiri. Bagian tumbuhan yang digunakan adalah bunga, daun, batang, rimpang, biji dan umbi. Pemanfaatan tumbuhan diantaranya sebagai bahan segar, bahan bumbu, olahan makanan dan minuman serta sebagai hiasan. Beberapa bagian tumbuhan dan olahan makanan di Makam Imogiri memiliki makna simbolis mengenai penghormatan kepada leluhur, makna kehidupan, dan kematian serta keeratan hubungan keluarga, sedangkan pada Makam Giriloyo ialah sebuah doa dan harapan baik semoga kesalahan para leluhur dimaafkan dan diberi tempat yang lebih baik oleh Allah SWT.     Inequality of Public Transportation Policy in the Disruptive Era Between Online and Conventional Transportation

    Indonesia is one of the countries with a large market for online transportation. This paper describes a meta-analysis on policy inequality regarding public transportation. Meta-analysis and Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Software (CAQDAS) were utilized to evaluate the inequality of public transportation policy for conventional transportation. Scopus search engine was also used to identify broad literature on a particular policy regulation in Indonesia between 2010 and 2021. Then, this study employed online news related to the conflict between conventional and online transportation. The result disclosed a policy inequality between online and conventional transportation based on the social movement on online media. Thus, the government has to implement a strict policy applicable to transportation. The words “protest”, “regulation,” and “police” were also seen clearly on the issue. In addition, the protesters, comprised of drivers from Uber, Grabcar, and Go-Car, said that Transportation Ministry Regulation No 32/2016 would disadvantage them because it is too difficult to comply with the requirements. Hence, the government can decide on self-regulation to design a policy for online transportation. In this case, state law is still necessary when monopolistic attempts are made, unfair competition exists, public safety as consumers is maintained, and taxes are collected
