Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Cirebon Salah satu kunci utama dalam menciptakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan kuantitas yang tepat pada suatu perusahaan adalah terletak pada rekrutmennya. Mencari karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik, profesional dan berkualitas tidaklah mudah. Hal ini merupakan kewajiban bagi suatu perusahaan dalam melakukan perekrutan untuk memperoleh karyawan baru. Untuk itulah rekrutmen yang tepat dan efektif sangat dibutuhkan bagi perusahaan. Dalam penetapan dan pelaksanaan prosedur rekrutmen yang tepat dan efektif ini pula, maka perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam menghadapi lingkungan yang serba dinamis dengan memperoleh karyawan yang memilikikinerja yang baik,profesional serta mampu membangun perusahaan sesuai dengan tujuan dari perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh positif dan signifikan prosedur rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Cirebon. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, transformasi data ordinal ke interval, uji regresi linear sederhana, pengujian hipotesis (uji-t atau uji signifikansi), serta determinasi (R-Square) dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Cirebon. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian analisis regresi linear sederhana yaitu Y = 14,024 + 0,581X dan diperoleh nilai thitung positif sebesar 2,575 > ttabel 1,77 dengan signifikansi 0,023 ≤ 0,05, maka HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa Prosedur Rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Cirebon. Sedangkan nilai koefesien determinasi {R Square}atau (r2) sebesar 0,338 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Prosedur Rekrutmen) terhadap variabel terikat (Kinerja Karyawan) adalah sebesar 33,8% dan sisanya yaitu 100% - 33,8% = 66,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.     Differentiated learning is a learning strategy that emphasizes accommodating individual student differences in the learning process. In the context of an independent curriculum, differentiated learning is an effective strategy to accommodate individual student differences. The purpose of this research is to provide a clearer and deeper understanding of differentiated learning as a form of implementation of the Independent Curriculum policy. The research method used in this study is a literature review. Data collection techniques include searching the internet for articles, books, slides, and information. The results of the study show that differentiated learning is a form of independent learning, which is a form of implementation of an independent curriculum that aims to give students freedom in learning according to their learning styles, interests, and ways of learning. By implementing differentiated learning, learning becomes meaningful for students because they are served according to their needs so that they are actively involved in learning and the goals of education can be achieved

    THE EFFECT OF COMBINED ULTRASOUND AND MC KENZIE ON IMPROVING FUNCTIONAL ABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH MYOGENIC LOW BACK PAIN

    Low back pain is a musculoskeletal disorder with signs of pain in the area around the lower back, the incidence is mostly myogenic low back pain, it increases with age.  Physiotherapy interventions used to improve functional ability with a combination of ultrasound and mc kenzie. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of ultrasound and mc kenzie on improving functional abilities in patients with myogenic low back pain.  This research design uses a type of quasi-experimental with a one group pretest and posttest approach, this study has 20 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The effect of the combination of ultrasound and mc kenzie on functional ability in myogenic low back pain patients with a p-value = 0.001 (p <0.05). Based on the results of this study, it is stated that the combination of ultrasound and mc kenzie can improve functional ability in myogenic Low Back Pain patients performed 2 times a week for 4 weeks

    This study aims to determine (1) the average learning outcome of mathematic taught by game-based surrounding environment method is better than average of student learning outcome taught by conventional menthod, (2) the students learning interest taught by using game based environment method is better than those taught by conventional method, and (3) the game based surrounding environment method is better than influence on the outcome and interest in mathematic learning than using conventional method. The type of this study is quantitative research with quasi experiment design. The population of this study is all students of fifth grade of SD Negeri 3 Candisari 2017/2018. The sample of this study consists of two classes by using sampling technique, cluster random sampling. The data collection technique uses test method, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses MANOVA analysis technique. The results of the study with significance level of 5% are (1) the learning outcome by using game-based surrounding enviroment method (thitung = 5,983) has greater everage is 72,26, (2) the everage learning interes by using game based enviroment method have a effect thitung = -0,072, and (3) the 2 game based surrounding environment method is better than influence on the outcome and interest in mathematic learning (MANOVA test = 17.639) than using conventional method)

    Pengaruh Kombinasi Pemberian Infrared Dan William Flexion Exercise Terhadap Peningkatan Fungsional Pada Pasien Nyeri Punggung Bawah

    Objective: To identify the effect of infrared therapy and William's flexion exercises on functional improvement in low back pain patients at the physiomar clinic. Methods: This article uses an experimental research design with a one pre test – protest control group design, namely giving intervention to one group to see the difference before and after giving the intervention. The study population was all patients at the physiomar clinic who met the characteristics of the respondents, namely patients with complaints of low back pain at the physiomar clinic. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain consideretions according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results: Comparision of functional ability before and after administration of IR and William Flexion showed a significance value of 0,000 (p<0,005) that there was a significant difference in functional abilty between before and after administration of IR and William Flexion.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that 40 patients (100%) with complaints of non- specifik low back pain by giving infrared physiotherapy modalities combined with providing William Flexion exercises can reduce pain, increase muscle flexibility and restore activity functional

    UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENGAMATI (SENSING) MELALUI PENGGUNAAN METODE DISCOVERYPADA ANAK KELOMPOK B1 TK BATIK PPBI YOGYAKARTA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengamati (sensing) melalui penggunaan metode Discovery pada anak kelompok B1 TK Batik PPBI Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK)modelKemmis dan McTaggart yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B1 sejumlah 18anak yaitu 6 anak laki-laki dan 12 anak perempuan.Objek penelitian berupa keterampilan mengamati (sensing) antara lain kemampuan mencium, mendengar, dan meraba. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakanobservasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan mengamati (sensing) anak kelompok B1 TK Batik PPBIYogyakarta. Pada siklus Inilai rata-rata kemampuan menciummengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,8 dari kondisi awal 3,8 meningkat menjadi 7,6 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,3 dari siklus I 7,6 meningkat menjadi 8,9. Kemampuan mendengar pada siklus I nilai rata-rata mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,5 dari kondisi awal 4,5 meningkat menjadi 8,0 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,1 dari siklus I 8,0 meningkat menjadi 9,1. Kemampuan meraba pada siklus I nilai rata-rata mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,4 dari kondisi awal 4,4 meningkat menjadi 8,8 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,6 dari siklus I 8,8 meningkat menjadi 9,4.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwametode Discovery dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengamati (sensing) pada anak TK

    Developing reading worksheet for the eight grade students of MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya

    ABSTRACT The objectives of this study analyzed the base problems as follows: (a) To know students’ and teachers’ needs and response to the reading worksheet to support English learning at MTs Raudhatul Jannah. (b) To know the kind of worksheet for the eight grade students at MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya to support of English learning. In this study, the writer used research and development method. And then, the writer used questionaire to collect the data. There were 20 students and 2 English teachers as the at MTs Raudhatul Jannah in Palangka Raya. The procedure in research and development are: need assesment, reference study, material development, expert validation, revison, try-out and final product. Based on the result of data analysis, it be found that some question in this worksheet quite easy to be understand and quite difficult to be understand it can be seen from the students answer sheet about descriptive items question and recount item question from six task some students have incorrect answer. Based on the result of this research, MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya ; There were 20 students’ response to the English worksheet; the students need worksheet that easy to understand, the students need worksheet with the kinds of the question and easy to answer , the students need learning used worksheet increased their knowledge, the students need the interesting worksheet, and students needs the worksheet with the better using in understanding the material. On the other hand, teachers’ response to the worksheet were on 2 responses as follows: the teachers need the materials in the worksheet suitable to syllabus, the teachers need the worksheet can facilitate of the students to build of their comprehension, the teachers need worksheet to the facilitate students solve their problem in English subject, the teachers need efficient to increase the students comprehension. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis masalah – masalah sebagai berikut (a) untuk mengetahui kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap lembar kerja membaca untuk mendukung pembelajaran bahsa inggris di MTs Raudhatul Jannah. (b) untuk mengetaui jenis – jenis lembar kerja siswa untuk kelas delapan di MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan dan kemudian penulis menggunakan angket untuk mengumpulkan data. Ada 20 siswa dan 2 guru bahasa inggris di MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. Prosedure dalam penelitian dan pengembangan antara lain: kebutuhan, referensi, mengembangkan materi, validasi para ahli, revisi, try-out dan produk akhir. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data bahwa ditemukan beberapa pertanyaan dalam lembar kerja ini terlalu mudah untuk dipahami dan terlalu sulit untuk dipahami ini dapat dilihat dari lembar jawaban siswa tentang pertanyaan deskriptive dan rekount dari enam bagian beberapa siswa kesulitan memahami pertanyaan, mereka malas dan kurang tertarik untuk mempelajari membaca. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. Ada 20 respon siswa terhadap lembar kerja siswa: siswa memerlukan lembar kerja yang mudah dipahami, siswa memerlukan lembar kerja dengan jenis pertanyaan dan jawaban yang mudah, siswa memerlukan pembelajaran menggunakan lembar kerja siswa yang meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka, siswa memerlukan lembar kerja siswa yang menarik, siswa memerlukan lembar kerja siswa yang baik dalam memahami materi. Dua respon guru sebagai berikut; guru memerlukan lembar kerja siswa yang sesuai dengan silabus, guru memerlukan lembar kerja siswa yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mereka, guru memerlukan lembar kerja siswa untuk mempasilitasi siswa dalam masalah mereka dalam pelajaran bahasa inggris, guru memerlukan waktu yang efisien untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa

Penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang Media Pembelajaran berupa Trainer Mata Kuliah Elektronika 1 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dan menguji tingkat kelayakan berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang meiliputi ;1)perencanaan, 2)analisis kebutuhan, 3)desain produk, 4)revisi, 5)ujicoba pemakaian. Hasil dari penelitian adalah trainer media pembelajaran yang telah diuji tingkat kelayakannya sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi diperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 87.43%, ahli media sebesar 89.38% dan untuk pengujian penggunaan oleh mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah elektronika 1 diperoleh penilaian sebesar 87.79%. Berdasarkan kategori kelayakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran trainer Mata Kuliah Elektronika 1 sangat layak. Was used in the study research method and the development of (research and development) who meiliputi; 1) fine tune the program design , 2) it is anticipated that analysis the needs of , 3) design a product , 4) the revision of the , 5) the tests of discharging . The results of this research are a trainer who have tested the level of feasibility as a learning media. Based on the results of the feasibility test by material experts, the assessment percentage was 87.43%, media experts were 89.38% and for the use of testing by students who took electronics 1 the rating was 87.79%.     Teachers’ and Parents’ Effort in Character Building of Students with Austism in Public Special School A Cimahi

    This study attempts to encourage character building of students with special needs, especially the character of independence. Being independent serves as one of primary education goals for children with autism to reduce dependence towards others and to raise sense of responsibility in their daily lives. Qualitative method is applied in this study in which the researcher investigates natural objects and plays a role as the key instrument. Data collection technique was done through triangulation, data analysis was performed inductively, and research findings highlighted more on the meaning instead of generalizatibility.  The data collection technique is tentative in nature. During the research process, research questions were solved through collecting and analyzing information gathered from related participants. The interview technique is generally distinguished into 2 namely 1) structured interview and 2) unstructured interview. The finding of this research reveals that the character of being independent in children with special needs can be promoted by habituation to involve children in daily activities as well as during online learning.
