    This research was motivated by the number of students who often come late to school and the poor students' poor way of greeting teachers. This study aimed to determine whether or not the relationship between the learning discipline and school environment with the student mathematics learning outcomes of class X even semester even of the Light Vehicle Engineering Program of Muhammadiyah Vocational High School (SMK Muhammadiyah) Imogiri academic year 2017/2018 or not. The population in this research was all students of class X, even semester program of expertise of Light Vehicle Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri academic year 2017/2018, consisting of 6 classes with 211 students. A sample was established using a random sampling of the class and obtained class X TKR 1 with an amount of student 30 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires to obtain data of learning discipline and school environment and test instrument to obtain mathematics learning result data. The instruments were analyzed of their validity, reliability, discriminant, and difficulty. Data analysis in the form of the prerequisite test included a normality test, linearity test, and independence tests. The hypothesis test consisted of a simple linear regression test and multiple linear correlation-regression tests. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the learning discipline and the school environment with mathematics learning outcomes of students of class X semester, even the expertise program of Light Vehicle Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah Imogiri academic year 2017/2018. This is shown by Fcount √Ę‚Äį¬• Ftable with R = 0,521089029 and R2 = 0.2715337761 with √Ö¬∂=13.268027 + 0,4152482X1 + 0,2961205X2, with RC X1 = 75.1%, RC X2 = 24,9%, EC X1= 20,4%, and EC X2= 6,8%

    Media internet telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan manusia dalam kebutuhan komunikasi sebagai salah satu faktor kemajuan teknologi. Dengan semakin banyaknya penggunaan jaringan internet, keamanan menjadi aspek yang penting. Keamanan internet dilakukan untuk menghindari serangan terhadap jaringan tersebut. Untuk dapat mengetahui aktivitas penyerangan dalam suatu jaringan, dapat dilihat dari trafik pada jaringan tersebut. Anomali trafik merupakan kondisi tidak stabil yang terjadi pada suatu jaringan. Berdasarkan pendeteksian data trafik, dapat dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui serangan-serangan yang terjadi pada jaringan. Data trafik jaringan akan diolah dengan klasifikasi dengan menggunakan Algoritma C.45.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis serangan dengan mengetahui anomali pada jaringan internet di prodi Ilmu Komputer. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan wireshark, tahap preporessing, kemudian dilakukan proses klasifikasi. Setelah mendapatkan hasil klasifikasi, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis. Hasil klasifikasi didapatkan tingkat akurasi yaitu sebesar 93,67 %

Sunscreen products containing antioxidants can help to prevent unwanted effects and protect the skin from free radicals. The rhizome of sleigh meeting (Curcuma heyneana) has chemicals 1,4- napthalenedione, 2-hydroxy-3-(-2-methyl-prophenyl), or other names Norlapachol, which has the potential as a suya screen and has strong antioxidant action. The study's goal is to see if the juice of fermented rhizome of Lactobacillus bulgaricus can be created as a sun serum face preparation, and then compare the value of antioxidant activity and sunscreen. Making fresh juice, fermented juice, phytochemical screening, preparation making, preparation evaluation, and SPF test are all part of the procedure. creating fresh juice, fermented juice, phytochemical screening, creating preparations, evaluating preparations, in-vitro SPF testing using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and antioxidant testing with the DPPH (2,2-Dyphenyl-1- Pycrylhydrazyl) method are all part of the approach. SPF F1 test value: 27.40 (ultra protected); F2: 27.84 (ultra protected); antioxidant activity test results: the IC50 value of fresh juice is 15.92 ppm (very strong); fermented juice is 11.02 ppm (very strong); and all preparation evaluations met the requirements according to the test standards.     EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SIMULASI INTERAKTIF VIRTUAL PADA PENDEKATAN INQUIRY DEMONSTRATION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA TARUNA

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran  efektivitas penggunaan media simulasi interaktif virtual pada pendekatan inquiry demonstration untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika taruna. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kelompok kontrol ekivalen dan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap taruna tingkat 1 salah satu akademi maritim di Kota Cirebon jurusan nautika dengan materi statika zat cair. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa skor rata-rata gain yang dinormalisasi <g> pada kelas yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan inqury demonstration berbantuan media simulasi interaktif virtual sebesar 0,61. Sedangkan skor rata-rata gain di kelas yang mendapatkan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan media simulasi interaktif virtual sebesar 0,52. Meskipun kriteria gain yang dinormalisasi <g> untuk kedua kelas termasuk kriteria sedang, namun berdasarkan uji beda rata-rata (signifikansi 0,05) hasil penelitin menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media simulasi interaktif virtual pada pendekatan inquiry demonstation dapat lebih meningkatkan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika taruna.Kata kunci :  inquiry demonstration, simulasi interaktif virtual, hasil belajar fisikaAbstractThe purpose of this reseach to describe effectiveness of virtual interactive simulation media in inquiry demonstration approach  to enhancement cadets physics learning outcomes. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with an equivalent control group research design and a cluster random sampling technique. This research was carried out on level 1 cadets at one of the Maritime Academies in Cirebon City in nautical department with liquid statics subject. The results of research showed that the normalized gain average score <g> in the class that received learning using an inquiry demonstration approach assisted by virtual interactive simulation media is 0.61. While the average score of gain in the class that received learning without assisted by virtual interactive simulation media is 0.52. Even though the normalized gain criteria <g> for both classes are moderate criteria, but based on the average difference test (0.05 significance) the result of research show that the use of virtual interactive simulation media in inquiry demonstration approach can further increase its effectiveness in improve cadets physics outcomes.Keywords:inquiry demonstration, virtual interactive simulation media, learning outcome

    Donor preparation for germ cell transplantation in giant gouramy: the viability of spermatogonia isolated from giant gouramy cold preserved testis

    The recent study has been conducted to develop testicular germ cell (TGC) transplantation as a tool for¬†preservation and propagation of male germ-plasm from endangered fish species. In practice of TGC transplantation,recipient and donor cell may not be immediately available at the same time whereas the testis can not be survive¬†longer when it is outside of the body. Therefore, preservation of testis tissue may be required before transplantation.The research was conducted to evaluate the viability of spermatogonia isolated from short term preserved testis.¬†Testis was preserved in physiological NaCl solution at 4 oC for 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours. Testis were dissociated in 0.5% trypsin and 3% DNase 10 IU/8L in PBS (phosphate buffered solution) complemented with 5% FBS ( fetal bovine¬†serum), 25 mM HEPES and 1mM CaCl2 to obtain testicular germ cell suspension. The testicular germ cells isolated¬†from 24 and 48 hours preservation were performed in trypan blue staining dye (1:1) and the viability of¬†spermatogonia were observed under microscope. The results showed that the viability of spermatogonia started todecrease significantly in 12 hours preservation (P0.05) and up to 48 hours preservation, cell viability was as high¬†as 54,48¬Ī8,33%. In conclusion, preserved testicular tissue at 4oC still produced viable spermatogonia that areallowed to use as the source of donor cell for testicular germ cell transplantation of giant gourami

    The recent study has been conducted to develop testicular germ cell (TGC) transplantation as a tool for preservation and propagation of male germ-plasm from endangered fish species. In practice of TGC transplantation, recipient and donor cell may not be immediately available at the same time whereas the testis can not be survive longer when it is outside of the body. Therefore, preservation of testis tissue may be required before transplantation. The research was conducted to evaluate 1) the viability of spermatogonia isolated from short term preserved testisand 2) colonization efficiency of preserved donor cells after transplantation.Testis was preserved in physiological NaCl solution at 4oC for 6, 12,24 and48 hours. Testis were dissociated in 0.5 % trypsin and 3% DNase 10 IU/??L in PBS(phosphate buffered solution) complemented with 5% FBS ( fetal bovine serum), 25 mM HEPESand 1mM CaCl2 to obtain testicular germ cell suspension. Testicular germ cell isolated from 24 and 48 hours preservation and labeled with PKH 26 membrane fluorescent dye then transplanted into 3 days post hatched tilapia recipient. The results showed that the viability of spermatogonia started to decrease significantly in 12 hours preservation (P<0.05)and in 48 hours preservation, the amount of viable cells was only 54,48??8,33%. Two months post transplantation, the efficiency of colonizationwere analyzed in recipient and the result showed insignificant difference of efficiency colonization between recipient transplanted with testicular tissue preserved 24 and 48 hours (55,56% each) and without preservation (61,11%) . In conclusion, preserved testicular tissue at 4oC could be used as the source of donor cell for testicular germ cell transplantation of giant gourami into Nile tilapia

    Hospitalisasi merupakan suatu proses karena suatu alasan yang berencana atau darurat, mengharuskan anak untuk tinggal di rumah sakit, menjalani terapi dan perawatan sampai pemulangannyakembali kerumah.Selama proses tersebut anak dan orangtua dapat mengalami berbagai kejadian yang menurut beberapa penelitian ditunjukkan dengan pengalaman yang sangat traumatic dan penuh dengan stress.     The Preferency and Chemical Characteristics of Stick Products Fortification of Suckermouth Catfish Flour (Pterygoplichthys pardalis)

    Suckermouth catfish (Pterygoplichthys pardalis) are found in Lake Tempe, Wajo Regency, but their existence has not been utilized so far and is even considered the cause of the loss of several endemic fish species in the lake. This study aims to determine the chemical characteristics and the preference level of sticks fortified with Suckermouth catfish (Pterygoplichthys pardalis) meal as an effort to utilize these fish. The research method used was experimental with treatment of SK (control without adding Suckermouth catfish flour), S1 (addition of 10 g of Suckermouth catfish flour), S2 (addition of 20 g of Suckermouth catfish flour), and S3 (addition of 30 g of Suckermouth catfish flour). The parameters observed were moisture, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and ash content, and the level of preference (hedonic test). The results showed that the panelists tended to say they really like the appearance and flavour of the stick S1 product, and very much like the taste and texture of the stick S3 product. The highest protein and water content was in S3 treatment, the highest ash and carbohydrate content was in SK treatment, and the highest fat content was in S1 treatmen

    Histological study of the respiratory system of Sulawesi Medaka fish (Oryzias celebensis): as a candidate of animal model

    Sulawesi medaka fish (Oryzias celebensis) is a type of medaka fish that are endemic in the region of South Sulawesi. The use of medaka fish as a candidate animal model has been started which has similarities with the Zebra fish that was first developed as an animal model. This research aims to study the histology of the respiratory system in Sulawesi medaka fish. Histological observation on the respiratory system of Sulawesi medaka fish using gills organ. Histological observation showed  that the gills have afferent arterioles at the end of the primary lamellae and efferent arterioles at the bottom of primary lamellae. The epithelial cell layer along the surface of the lamella, chloride cells and mucous cells among the base of secondary lamellae, cartilage at the base of the primary lamellae, venous sinus along the primary lamellae which is forwarded to the secondary lamellae through the capillaries and pillars cells in the secondary lamellae. In general the structure of the respiratory system in Sulawesi medaka fish similar with Zebra fish as well as other Teleostei fish.Key words: Sulawesi medaka fish, respiratory system, gills, animal mode
