A number of dimolybdenum quadruply bonded complexes and dirhodium compounds were synthesized and characterized. Additionally a variety of solvent stabilized transition metal complexes were explored as initiators for the polymerization of olefins. The polymerization of cyclopentadiene and methylcyclopentadiene was employed as standard reaction. The results revealed that the metal-metal bond plays no important role in the activity of the examined bimetallic complexes and that the mononuclear complexes show excellent activity, which is in good correlation to their predicted ligand field stabilization energy as a function of the number of d electrons available. Furthermore, the analyses of the MCM-41-supported dimolybdenum species indicated that the quadruple bond is retained and their activity is held in the heterogenization process.

Since social enterprise in our country began to appear and expand on the amount and type of industry, the discussion about its identity orientation, characteristics, operation model and future development emerges constantly and becomes a hot topic in academia. But in the emphasis on social enterprise as a kind of commonweal and commercial organization form, whether and how to balance the two sides tend to be ignored. The majority of people insist that social enterprise must exist with the goal of social interests, which makes it's "business" side hard to stand out. In this state of imbalance, the development of social enterprises will face a lot of problems. So obtaining from the related cases, this article aims to explore balance problems between public welfare and commerciality in the process of development of social enterprises in our country at present stage, and proposes corresponding solutions. An inspection technology of inner surface of the fine hole based on machine vision

Fine holes are an important structural component of industrial components, and their inner surface quality is closely related to their function. In order to detect the quality of the inner surface of the fine hole,a special optical measurement system was investigated in this paper. A sight pipe is employed to guide the external illumination light into the fine hole and output the relevant images simultaneously. A flexible light array is introduced to suit the narrow space, and the effective field of view is analyzed. Besides, the arc surface projection error and manufacturing assembly error of the device are analyzed, then compensated or ignored if small enough. In the test of prefabricated circular defects with the diameter {\phi}0.1mm, {\phi}0.2mm, 0.4mm distance distribution and the fissure defects with the width 0.3mm, the maximum measurement error standard deviation are all about 10{\mu}m. The minimum diameter of the measured fine hole is 4mm and the depth can reach 47mm

Heintze-Karcher inequality for anisotropic free boundary hypersurfaces in convex domains

In this paper, we prove an optimal Heintze-Karcher-type inequality for anisotropic free boundary hypersurfaces in general convex domains. The equality is achieved for anisotropic free boundary Wulff shapes in a convex cone. As applications, we prove various Alexandrov-type theorems.Comment: 15 pages, 1 figur
