    The policy of import substitution as the basis for economic security and well-being of society

    The study presents the analysis of import substitution opportunities on separate branches of economic activity, preceding the realization of import substitution policy with the aim to support national economic security, which is essential for the contemporary society welfare insurance. Currently, social well-being is considered to be the reflection of economic activity, the instrument of state influence on the society, as well as an indicator of the social security system. Due to the fact that Russia is integrated into the world economy, the foreign-economic policy currently is playing an important role in the development of national security and the state's interest to the spheres of economy considering external and internal threats. Decline in external economic conditions may result in serious consequences for the functioning and development of the country as well as for the trade and investment activities, which will further lead to the decline in export, withdrawal of capital, recession of industrial production, trade and investment sphere, fall of GDP and living standards. Thus, considering the current state of instability in the world economy and the growing political tension in relation to Russian Federation, the measures to increase economic security in the country should be taken. The policy of import substitution is considered to be one of the major solutions nowadays

    Fluorescence energy transfer in quantum dot/azo dye complexes in polymer track membranes

    Fluorescence resonance energy transfer in complexes of semiconductor CdSe/ZnS quantum dots with molecules of heterocyclic azo dyes, 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol and 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol, formed at high quantum dot concentration in the polymer pore track membranes were studied by steady-state and transient PL spectroscopy. The effect of interaction between the complexes and free quantum dots on the efficiency of the fluorescence energy transfer and quantum dot luminescence quenching was found and discussed

    The problem of professional burnout in stress management

    The problem of professional burnout is extremely relevant in current stress management. By its nature, professional burnout is a unique type of stress syndrome that is characterized by emotional exhaustion. It leads to loss of energy and interest in one’s job. A burnout could be the result of such syndromes as – burnout and boreout. It could emerge as the reaction of the organism to the high working intensity and stress working conditions or due to the boredom and absence of the sphere for professional realization. Both syndromes negatively influence the professional activity and require serious research and an adequate approach to the study. Studies have been conducted in the higher educational environment and among production employees. The studies were conducted with the application of the existing tests for revealing the “boreout” and “burnout” syndromes. Studies have shown that the syndrome “burnout” is common among workers with free working regulations, whose work requires greater independence, initiative and responsibility. According to the results of the study, the employees who are more free in the performance of their professional duties (teachers, managers) are less subjected to the boreout syndrome. For the prevention and control of professional burnout company management needs to apply the achievements of stress management

    Training of special teachers to use the resources of Moscow E-School

    This article discusses the issues of training special teachers for using modern digital educational technologies, in particular innovation resources of Moscow E-School (MES). The aim of this work is in development of technology of specialists’ training, capable to work with the resources of MES, in the frames of higher education. The following research methods were applied: surveying students, expert appraisal of students by teachers, aiming at formed skills and habits to work in MES environment. The obtained experimental results evidence that in the frames of higher education, the proposed technology of specialists’ training, capable to work with the resources of MES in the frames of optional courses, demonstrated sufficiently high results. The study revealed high satisfaction of teachers with the level of students’ qualification, namely: creative potential was enhanced, during the practice the students demonstrated higher involvement. Thus, in 2020, the teachers supervising the practice marked high level of skills of operation with MES resources demonstrated by 57% of students, which was nearly by two times higher than in 2018 (31%). In 2020, the average level was recorded for 28% of students, the low level – for 15% of students, which was nearly by two times lower than in 2018 (27%). Introduction of such optional course is exclusive, since it is oriented at training students specializing in special (defectology) education and solves the following tasks: firstly, to arm with the skills and habits of operation in digital environment, namely, MES, and secondly, to arm with specific knowledge and skills of development of electronic content for disabled children

    Gut Digestive Function and Microbiome after Correction of Experimental Dysbiosis in Rats by Indigenous Bifidobacteria

    In recent years, great interest has arisen in the use of autoprobiotics (indigenous bacteria isolated from the organism and introduced into the same organism after growing). This study aimed to evaluate the effects of indigenous bifidobacteria on intestinal microbiota and digestive enzymes in a rat model of antibiotic-associated dysbiosis. Our results showed that indigenous bifidobacteria (the Bf group) accelerate the disappearance of dyspeptic symptoms in rats and prevent an increase in chyme mass in the upper intestine compared to the group without autoprobiotics (the C1 group), but significantly increase the mass of chyme in the colon compared to the C1 group and the control group (healthy animals). In the Bf group in the gut microbiota, the content of opportunistic bacteria (Proteus spp., enteropathogenic Escherichia coli) decreased, and the content of some beneficial bacteria (Bifidobacterium spp., Dorea spp., Blautia spp., the genus Ruminococcus, Prevotella, Oscillospira) changed compared to the control group. Unlike the C1 group, in the Bf group there was no decrease in the specific activities of maltase and alkaline phosphatase in the mucosa of the upper intestine, but the specific activity of maltase was decreased in the colon chyme compared to the control and C1 groups. In the Bf group, the specific activity of aminopeptidase N was reduced in the duodenum mucosa and the colon chyme compared to the control group. We concluded that indigenous bifidobacteria can protect the microbiota and intestinal digestive enzymes in the intestine from disorders caused by dysbiosis; however, there may be impaired motor function of the colon

    Magnetic, optical, and structural properties of superparamagnetic CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanoparticles (MNPs), both isolated and in aggregates, are investigated by magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectroscopy. The MCD signal for MNPs is more than an order of magnitude greater than the signal for organic molecules, therefore making this technique a very sensitive tool for the examination of MNP properties. MNP aggregation had a distinct effect upon the MCD signal intensity. Correlation between MCD signal intensity and MNP magnetization shows that MNP aggregation in colloidal solutions results in the changing of MNP magnetization with a maximum at the mean aggregate size of approximately 100 nm
