de Broglie-Bohm Interpretatin for Analytic Solutions of The Wheeler-DeWitt Equation in Spherically Symmetric Space-time
We discuss the implications of a wave function for quantum gravity, which
involves nothing but 3-dimensional geometries as arguments and is invariant
under general coordinate transformations. We derive an analytic wave function
from the Wheeler-DeWitt equation for spherically symmetric space-time with the
coordinate system arbitrary. The de Broglie-Bohm interpretation of quantum
mechanics is applied to the wave function. In this interpretation,
deterministic dynamics can be yielded from a wave function in fully quantum
regions as well as in semiclassical ones. By introducing a coordinate system
additionally, we obtain a cosmological black hole picture in compensation for
the loss of general covariance. Our analysis shows that the de Broglie-Bohm
interpretation gives quantum gravity an appropriate prescription to introduce
coordinate systems naturally and extract information from a wave function as a

Nutrition Support for Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients Treated with Chemoradiotherapy: How Often and How Long?
Background. Oral intake of many patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer (LAHNC) decrease during chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Although prophylactic percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is recommended, not a few patients complete CRT without using PEG tube. Patients and Methods. The subjects were patients with LAHNC who received CRT. We retrospectively investigated the incidence and duration of nutritional support during and after CRT, and predicting factors of nutritional support. For patients who required nutritional support, we also checked the day of initiation and the duration of nutritional support. Results. Of 53 patients, 29 patients (55%) required nutritional support during and/or after CRT. While no clear relation between requirement of nutritional support and variables including age, T stage, N stage, clinical stage and chemotherapy regimen, there could be some relationships between tumor primary sites and the requirement and duration of nutritional support. 17 (77%) of 22 patients with oropharynx cancer(OP) required nutritional support and prolonged for 4.4 months, and 11 (46%) of 24 patients with hypopharynx cancer(HP) required nutritional support and prolonged for 21.9 months. Conclusion. Nutritional support is indicated many HNC patients treated with CRT and primary sites may have some relation to its indication and duration
Mice with defects in HB-EGF ectodomain shedding show severe developmental abnormalities
Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor (HB-EGF) is first synthesized as a membrane-anchored form (proHB-EGF), and its soluble form (sHB-EGF) is released by ectodomain shedding from proHB-EGF. To examine the significance of proHB-EGF processing in vivo, we generated mutant mice by targeted gene replacement, expressing either an uncleavable form (HBuc) or a transmembrane domain–truncated form (HBΔtm) of the molecule. HBuc/uc mice developed severe heart failure and enlarged heart valves, phenotypes similar to those in proHB-EGF null mice. On the other hand, mice carrying HBΔtm exhibited severe hyperplasia in both skin and heart. These results indicate that ectodomain shedding of proHB-EGF is essential for HB-EGF function in vivo, and that this process requires strict control

cosmological term in the spherically symmetric space-time, and explored quantum
black hole solutions in Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter geometry. We succeeded to

de Broglie-Bohm Interpretation for the Wave Function of Quantum Black Holes
We study the quantum theory of the spherically symmetric black holes. The
theory yields the wave function inside the apparent horizon, where the role of
time and space coordinates is interchanged. The de Broglie-Bohm interpretation
is applied to the wave function and then the trajectory picture on the
minisuperspace is introduced in the quantum as well as the semi-classical
region. Around the horizon large quantum fluctuations on the trajectories of
metrics and appear in our model, where the metrics are functions of
time variable and are expressed as . On the trajectories, the classical relation holds,
and the event horizon U=0 corresponds to the classical apparent horizon on
. In order to investigate the quantum fluctuation near the horizon, we
study a null ray on the dBB trajectory and compare it with the one in the

Liver Parenchyma Perforation following Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography
Although endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is an effective modality for the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases, it is still related with several severe complications. We report on the case of a female patient who developed liver parenchyma perforation following ERCP. She underwent ERCP with sphincterotomy and extraction of a common bile duct stone. Shortly after ERCP, abdominal distension was identified. Abdominal computed tomography revealed intraabdominal air leakage and leakage of contrast dye penetrating the liver parenchyma into the space around the spleen. Since periampullary perforation related to sphincterotomy could not be denied, she was referred for immediate surgery. Obvious perforation could not be found at surgery. Cholecystectomy, insertion of a T tube into the common bile duct, placement of a duodenostomy tube and drainage of the retroperitoneum were performed. She did well postoperatively and was discharged home on postoperative day 28. In conclusion, as it is well recognized that perforation is one of the most serious complication related to ERCP, liver parenchyma perforation should be suspected as a cause
