Analisis Pertumbuhan Kedelai Di Lahan Kering Dengan Aplikasi Bradyrhizobium Japonicum Yang Diinduksi Genistein Dan Pupuk Organik
This study aimed to get the information of soybean growth response on inoculation of B. japonicum induced genistein under dry land. The experiment was conducted in farmer fields at Desa Sambirejo, Langkat on June-September 2012. The study used a factorial randomized block design with two factors and three replications. The first factor is genistein induction treatment consisting of without and genistein (50 μM). The second factor is the treatment of B. japonicum and organic fertilizer consisted of without B. japonicum; B. japonicum; B. japonicum + manure 10 t/ha; B. japonicum straw compost + 10 t/ha; B. japonicum + manure 5 t/ha + straw compost 5 t /ha. The variables observed are plant growth rate, plant growth relative and nett assimilation rate. The results showed that treatment of genistein (50 μM) decreased the plant growth rate 5-6 WAP, plant growth relative 5-6 WAP and nett assimilation rate . Treatment of B. japonicum + manure 5 t/ ha + straw compost 5 t/ ha tent to increase plant growth rate, plant growth relative and nett assimilation rate. The interaction between genistein induction and treatment B. japonicum + organic fertilizer tended to decrease plant growth rate, plant growth relative and nett assimilation rate
Alcohol Production from Cassava Starch by Co-immobilized Zymomonas mobilis and Immobilized Glucoamylase
Simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of dextrin£zed cassava starch to glucose and
alcohol, respectively, were carried out by co-immobilized Zymomonas mobilis and immobilz'zed
glucoamylase (IG). Calcium alginate-entrapped cells and IG (4 : 1 ratio) gave an alcohol productivity
of 0.30 glgww cellslh in a batchfermentation process. For continuous fermentation, 54.3 gil alcohol
was produced at a dilution rate of 0.3Ih. 60% of the initial activity was lost within 3 days and, thereafter,
the system entered a slowly decreasing phase ofalcohol production
Respons Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merill) Terhadap Aplikasi Pupuk Kandang Sapi Dan Pupuk Organik Cair
Produksi kedelai nasional mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Rendahnya produksi kedelai Indonesia salah satunya dikarenakan belum maksimalnya pengetahuan petani dalam penggunaan teknologi produksi yang mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Banyak cara yang digunakan untuk memenuhi ketersediaan unsur hara dalam tanah salah satunya adalah melalui pemupukan.Tujuan penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui respons pertumbuhan dan produksi kedelai terhadap aplikasi pupuk kandang sapi dan pupuk organik cair. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jalan Setia Budi, Simpang Pemda, Kecamatan Medan Selayang pada Januari - Maret 2016, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu Pupuk Kandang Sapi (0, 4, 8, 12 t/ha) dan Pupuk Organik Cair (20, 40, 60 ml/l). Peubah yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, berat kering akar, bobot 100 biji, dan diameter batang, dan jumlah polong berisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang sapi meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 3 – 5 MST. Pemberian pupuk organik cair meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 3 MST, diameter batang, dan jumlah polong berisi. Interaksi berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang produktif
Pertumbuhan Kedelai (Glycine Max L. Merrill) Dengan Aplikasi Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (Fma) Dan Konsorsium Mikroba
The using of chemical fertilizer in soybean cultivation had created negative impact for environment.To decrease of it, the utilization of biological fertilizer in soybean cultivation can increase thegrowth and production of soybean. The objective of the research was to know the growth andproduction of soybean with application of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and microbeconcortium. This research was conducted at Jalan Setiabudi Kelurahan Simpang SelayangKecamatan Medan Tuntungan on April-July 2013, used factorial randomized block design with twofactors. The first factor was application of AMF (0, 20, 40 g per plant). The second factor wasapplication of microbe concortium (0,5,10,15 g per kg of seed). Parameters observed were plantheight, stem diameter, infection degree of AMF, weight of nodules and number of effectivenodules. The result showed that application of AMF increased plant height 6 weeks after plant(WAP), stem diameter, infection degree of AMF. The application of microbe concortium increasedplant height 6 WAP, stem diameter, infection degree of AMF. Interaction both of treatmentincreased plant height 2 WAP, weight of nodules and number of effective nodules

The existence of a foster child in the middle of the Batak Karo interesting to discuss because if the adoptive parents died boys are entitled to inherit from his adoptive parents.This study is the direct legal research sociological researchers to conduct research on the location completely and clearly about the issues examined by interviewing the head and the Karo Batak Karo Batak people. The result of this study is the first that the village Ajibuhara a foster son has fully inherited the position and rights of property search adoptive parents but are not entitled to inherit treasures like biological children through the procedures and customary provisions applicable. Second, the implementation of village Ajibuhara adoption should be done with the intent to bring the event adatdengan other communities know that there has been no event of adoption of the village. Suggestions of this study is the first, to the people who have adopted children in order to perform all procedures according to customary adoption and inheritance so that the position adopted child becomes clear.
