PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN KEJENUHAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA GURU SMK RADEN RAHMAT MOJOSARI

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze workload, work environment, job satisfaction and job saturation as intervening variables. This type of research uses a quantitative approach method. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari. The data was taken from a sample of 91 respondents who were taken using a saturated sample or census technique. Data collection using a questionnaire technique. The technique used in data analysis used multiple regression analysis and the SPSS 26 program. The results of the research show that there is no influnche of workload on work burnout. The results of this study indicate that there is a negatif and significant effect of the work environment on job saturation. The results of this study indicate that there is a positif and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. The results of this study showed no influence of workload on job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that workload on job satisfaction through job saturation obtains negative and insignificant results. The results of this study indicate that work environment on job satisfaction through job saturation obtains negative results and is not significant

Analisis USAhatani dan Dinamika Pemanfaatan Lahan Padi Ladang di Kampung Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Bongan Kabupaten Kutai Barat

This study aims to research of analysis farming and utilization dynamics of paddy field in village Tanjung Sari of Bongan Regency. Research carried out for three months starting from February 2015 to June 2015 in the village Tanjung Sari of Bongan Regency. This study used production analysis to know about revenue, total cost and R/C ratio of flat farmer and then used multiple linier regression analysis in discuss about of effect between income with seeds, fertilizer , pestiside, labor. Beside that to disscuss of utilization dynamics of paddy field with description hectarage which owned by farmers from 2004 until 2014. Wherein location determination is done deliberately called purposive sampling called purposive sampling. The result showed that average revenue of farmers is Rp 10.244.000 and income of farmers is Rp. 8.248.677. While farmers income earned Rp. 8.248.677. With return cost ratio was 5.04. It means that the paddy field of farming give much benefit to the farmers. For that factors that significantly as fertilizer and labor. While the seeds and insectisicider had no significant effect. Land used made by farmers in order to increase farmers income. Therefore from year to year area used by farmers in line with result obtained production

This research aims to test influence from diversity and the extent of utilization of information technology on the end user computing satisfactions. Also, this research examine interaction between task uncertainty and dimension of utilization (diversity and the extent) information technology on the end-user computing satisfaction. This research responder are administrative personel in faculty and program pascasarjana levels using information system in executing the duty. This research take sampel as much 65 sampel. Analysis used int this research is multiple regression to examine correlation between dimension of utilization with end-user computing satisfaction. While to examine the effect interaction between dimension of utilization and task uncertainty with end-user computing satisfaction used moderated regression analysis. The result of analysis indicate that diversity information technology are influece on the end-user computing satisfaction, interaction between diversity of utilization information technology and task uncertainty are influence on the end-user computing satisfaction. Although, extent of utilization information technology and interaction between extent of utilization information technology with task uncertainty are not significant influence on the end-user satisfaction

Naskah Purwaning Jagat (Kisah Raja-raja di Tatar Sunda) Analisis Isi dan Fungsi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap fungsi naskah Purwaning Jagat bagi masyarakat masa kini melalui kajian analisis isi. Purwaning Jagat adalah sebuah naskah yang berbahasa Jawa dan beraksara Pegon. Di dalamnya terkandung kisah-kisah serta silsilah tentang Raja-raja di tatar Sunda. Naskah ini merupakan naskah gulung dengan panjang 6,3 m. Dalam rangka pengungkapan isi maka dalam penelitian ini terlebih dahulu dilakukan kajian filologi. Langkah yang pertama dilakukan yaitu mentransliterasikan teks dalam naskah tersebut kemudian dianalisis kesalahan tulisnya sehingga menghasilkan suntingan teks yang bersih dari kesalahan tulis. Langkah berikutnya yaitu dilakukan penerjemahan terhadap suntingan teks ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Setelah dihasilkan terjemahan barulah kajian sastra diterapkan guna mengungkap isi atau membunyikan apa yang tersimpan di dalam naskah dengan mempertimbangkan sudut pandang jalinan intertekstualitas. Dalam hal pengungkapan makna digunakan pendekatan hermeneutika yang merupakan metode atau cara untuk menafsirkan simbol berupa teks untuk dicari arti dan maknanya. Selanjutnya, kajian fungsi, kajian fungsi yang akan diungkap di sini yaitu fungsi naskah berdasarkan benda dan fungsi naskah berdasarkan isi bagi masyarakat di masa kini

Analisa Pengarush Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Kantor Konsultan Pajak Di Surabaya

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan kantor konsultan pajak di Surabaya baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar ke 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan kantor konsultan pajak di Surabaya pada bulan Mei 2014. Sebanyak 100 kuesioner kembali dengan keadaan yang lengkap dan dapat diolah. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisa regresi berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara stres kerja dengan turnover intention. Di mana jika stres kerja yang dirasakan karyawan menurun, maka tingkat turnover intention juga bisa jadi akan menurun. Selain itu terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara variabel kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Semakin tinggi tingkat yang dirasakan karyawan atas kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi dan keinginan untuk berkomitmen di tempatnya bekerja, maka semakin rendah tingat turnover intention karyawan yang akan terjadi

One phenomenon that hit the teens one of them is the activity odd that offer false pleasures which later plunged the adolescent to negative things like drugs, free sex and moral damage because of embracing The hedonist ideology. Many factors that cause adolescents to clubbing activities both internal and external factors. This is because teenagers views, ability, family background and social environment. This study berujuan to know how to profile teen clubbing. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe the profile of teenage clubbing. Population as well as samples in this research that teenagers who do odd activity in the city of Malang. Technics The sampling is snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data obtained were processed using percentage formula. The result of descriptive analysis data processing. The conclusion from this study that most teens know odd activity at age 18, introduced by friends. Adolescent interpreted as an activity refressing clubbing and looking for friends or gebetan new. Benefits of clubbing activity is to relieve stress and add a friend while the disadvantage is spend money. Adolescents have clubbing activities for 2 years with a frequency go clubbing in one months can not be determined. Drink or drunk, dancing and looking for contacts is an activity that is done in odd places. By doing This odd activity teens feel quite fulfilled wishes or hopes. Although the relationship between adolescents and parents less harmonious. It is seen lack of transparency over their problems so that most people Parents do not know the odd habits of teenagers do. Activities also clubbing not affect its relationship with the social environment for adolescents have asocial nature so not worried about the negative image will rub off on adolescents
