    Durch die Kombination von mechanisch-enzymatischen Gewebeaufschluß und Magnet-aktivierter Tumorzellisolierung (MACS) mittels Negativseparation ist es gelungen vitale und intakte Tumorzellen unter sterilen Bedingungen aus solidem Ovarialkarzinomgewebe zu isolieren. Durch das Zell- und Antigen-schonende Verfahren konnten die separierten Ovarialkarzinomzellen erfolgreich kultiviert werden. Die Tumorzellen wurden über eine simultane immunzytochemische Doppelmarkierung (FACS) mit Antikörpern gegen CK 8/18/19 (CAM 5.2) und gegen den uPA-Rezeptor (#339R) am Durchflußzytofluorometer charakterisiert und bezüglich ihres DNA-Gehaltes analysiert.By combination of mechanical-enzymatic opening of tissue as well as magnet-activated isolation of tumourcells (MACS) by means of negativ-separation it was successful to isolate vital and intact tumourcells out of solid ovarial carcinoma tissue, sterile conditions provided. With this gentle method for cells and antigens the separated ovarial carcinoma cells were successful cultivated. The tumourcells were characterized via a simultaneous immune-zytochemical doublemarking (FACS) with antibodies against CK 8/18/19 (CAM 5.2) as well as against the uPA-receptor (#339R) at the flowzytofluormetre and analyzed with reference to their DNA-substance
