Effects of Titanium Addition on Mechanical and Corrosion properties of 316L Stainless Steel Developed through Powder Injection Molding Process.
Titanium is be used to enhance mechanical and corrosion properties of stainless steel 316L. The stainless steel (316L) powder water atomized (PWA) is reinforced with titanium powder and green parts are produced by powder injection molding (PIM). Various weight percentages of titanium which are 0%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% are used to study the effects of titanium into 316L stainless steel (SS). Then, the green samples are sintered in argon environment in three different temperature which are 1300 oC, 1345 oC, 1390 oC. Characterization of the samples were done through morphological analysis under scanning electron microscope (SEM). While tensile test was done to measure the mechanical properties of the stainless steel after enhancement with titanium. Also, the corrosion test is done to check the corrosion resistance of samples in Ringer’s solution
Preparing Learners for the Higher Education Curriculum: Perfecting Argumentative Writing Skills in French as a Foreign Language: An Innovative Teaching Approach with Chatgpt and Interactive In-Class Assessment
This article examines the impact of integrating ChatGPT an advanced artificial intelligence model developed by OpenAI, into the teaching of French as a foreign language (FLE) to first- year baccalaureate students. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent to which ChatGPT can foster the development of linguistic and communicative skills, particularly in the area of argumentation, while addressing the issues of language authenticity, creativity and autonomy in the learning process. Using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative analysis and qualitative reflection, we explored students’ performance and perceptions following the use of ChatGPT. The results show that ChatGPT helped to significantly improve the argumentative writing skills of almost half of the participants, while highlighting the importance of appropriate pedagogical support in overcoming the challenges of linguistic authenticity and creative engagement for learners. This study highlights the potential of ChatGPT as a complementary tool in the teaching of FLE, while recommending a thoughtful integration of technology to enrich the learning experience without compromising the fundamental principles of language education
Emergence of Digital Business Ecosystems: A theoretical framework
This paper seeks to determine what triggers the emergence of Digital Business Ecosystems. To reach this aim, Traditional Business Ecosystems are considered as the initial state from which Digital Business Ecosystems arise. Thus, both of the concepts are defined, stating their characteristics, roles of the actors and stages of formation. Moreover, organizational change theory is adopted in order to explain the cited emergence.
Disruptions from the use of ICTs and the digital transformation initiatives prompt the evolution of Digital Business Ecosystems approach and stimulates the adoption of more innovative means of conducting business. Therefore, organizational change theory is suitable to explain the motives behind the potential shift of Business Ecosystems from Traditional to Digital. The inherent triggers can take place within each organization of the ecosystem and thus systems theory is advocated; the emphasis on fixing the appropriate organizational goals that involve innovation is the key to meet change. Transition can also emerge from people’s own will and the desire to evolve along with the new digital environment, or out of a conflictual situation where norms and rules evolve to embrace the new possibilities that digital offers.
The results of the conceptual literature review confirm that the potential shift towards Digital Business Ecosystems is a reality that could be tackled by encouraging organizational development and fostering co-creation of value in a constantly changing environment.
The findings offer a relevant conceptual contribution to bridge a gap in the DBE existing research regarding the origins of this concept and its driving force.

GAMBARAN RUKUN MASYARAKAT ASLI YOGYAKARTA
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi bagaimana gambaran kerukunan yang dimaknai masyarakat asli Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Psychology Indigenous dengan model pengembangan riset berbasis tema. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu melalui kuesioner terbuka (primer)dan wawancara (sekunder). Responden penelitian merupakan masyarakat asli Yogyakarta yang lahir dan tinggal di Yogyakarta. Sebanyak 111 responden mengisi kuesioner terbuka. Wawancara dilakukan kepada dua responden dengan karakteristik yang sama. Data dianalisis mengunakan pendekatan analisis isi dengan kerangka kerja grounded theory meliputi open coding, axial coding dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kerukunan dimaknai sebagai situasi tanpa pertengkaran dan perselisihan yang dilandasi oleh perilaku peduli (rewang), berkumpul (srawung) dan menghargai (ngajeni). Kerukunan terbagi menjadi dua ketegori berdasarkan motivasinya. Pertama, memandang kerukunan sebagai tujuan yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kesadaran sosial sehingga membentuk sifat rukun dalam, yaitu kerukunan yang tulus dan dimaknai sebagai tujuan akhir. Kedua, memandang kerukunan sebagai alat yang dilatarbelakangi oleh faktor relasional sehingga membentuk sifat rukun dangkal, yaitu kerukunan yang dimaknai sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan lain

Tujuan perbaikan bodi dan cat mobil Toyota Hiace bagian depan, sisi kanan dan atap bagian depan ini yaitu untukmendapatkan hasil pengecatan yang baik,mengembalikan bentuk bodi yang mengalami kerusakan seperti semula sebelum terjadi kerusakansehingga meningkatkan nilai estetika dari mobil setelah dilakukan proses perbaikan, memberikan perlindungan pada bodi mobil dari kerusakan karena pengaruh dari luarseperti panas,hujan dankarat. Perbaikan bodi dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik hammer on dolly untuk mengatasi kerusakan bodi (penyok) yang terjadi pada bagian depan kendaraan dan denganmelakukan pengelasan menggunakan las asetilin untuk kerusakan pada bagian lantai kabin pengemudi dan bodi bagian kanan dekat roda yang mengalami pengeroposan serta melakukan pendempulan untuk meratakannya.Setelah itu dilanjutkan proses pengecatan ulang yaitu dengan melakukan persiapan permukaan mengupas lapisan catlama, mengaplikasi epoxy primer, melakukan pendempulan, melakukan pengamplasan dempul, melakukan masking, mengaplikasi epoxysurfacer,melakukan pengamplasan epoxysurfacer, mengaplikasi top coat, melakukan pengamplasan cepat pada top coat, mengaplikasi clear, melakukan polishing. Alat yang dibutuhkan meliputi: seperangkat las asetilin,palu, dolly, kompresor, spatula, mixing plate, spraygun, air dustergun, hand block, ember dan cutter. Bahan yangdibutuhkan meliputi: plat baja, amplas, dempul, masking paper, kain lap, isolasi kertas, thinner, epoxyprimer, epoxy surfacer, cat danagloss, clear danagloss danrubbing compound. Hasil dari perbaikan bodi pada mobil Toyota Hiace yaitu didapat permukaan bodi yang kembali rata seperti semula sebelum mengalami kerusakan. Untuk hasil dari pengecatan ulang mendapatkan penilaian dengan kualitas baik untuk kerataan permukaan, daya kilap, tekstur, dan daya tahan cat, sedangkan untukcacat hasil pengecatan terdapat kecacatan dengan jumlah yang sedikit yaitu berupa kulit jeruk, meleleh dan tanda bekas dempul
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in Finance: A literature review
In the 2020s, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been increasingly becoming a dominant technology, and thanks to new computer technologies, Machine Learning (ML) has also experienced remarkable growth in recent years; however, Artificial Intelligence (AI) needs notable data scientist and engineers’ innovation to evolve. Hence, in this paper, we aim to infer the intellectual development of AI and ML in finance research, adopting a scoping review combined with an embedded review to pursue and scrutinize the services of these concepts. For a technical literature review, we goose-step the five stages of the scoping review methodology along with Donthu et al.’s (2021) bibliometric review method. This article highlights the trends in AI and ML applications (from 1989 to 2022) in the financial field of both developed and emerging countries. The main purpose is to emphasize the minutiae of several types of research that elucidate the employment of AI and ML in finance. The findings of our study are summarized and developed into seven fields: (1) Portfolio Management and Robo-Advisory, (2) Risk Management and Financial Distress (3), Financial Fraud Detection and Anti-money laundering, (4) Sentiment Analysis and Investor Behaviour, (5) Algorithmic Stock Market Prediction and High-frequency Trading, (6) Data Protection and Cybersecurity, (7) Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, FinTech. Further, we demonstrate in each field, how research in AI and ML enhances the current financial sector, as well as their contribution in terms of possibilities and solutions for myriad financial institutions and organizations. We conclude with a global map review of 110 documents per the seven fields of AI and ML application.

Évaluation non destructive de la contamination du béton par les chlorures avec la technique radar
Le géoradar, ou Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) en anglais, est une méthode non destructive couramment utilisée pour
l'auscultation des ouvrages en béton. L'intérêt de cette méthode réside sur sa capacité à ausculter rapidement des très grandes surfaces, elle est de plus en plus employée en Génie Civil. Habituellement, cette méthode est utilisée en Génie Civil pour la localisation les aciers de renforcements, ou bien pour l'estimation de l'épaisseur d'enrobage du béton. Toutefois, la méthode GPR peut aussi être utilisée pour l'auscultation du béton. En effet, le béton est un matériau diélectrique poreux qui peut modifier la propagation des ondes électromagnétiques (EM). Les résultats les plus récents présentent la capacité du GPR à évaluer la teneur en eau. Cependant, le GPR pourrait très bien aussi être utilisé pour la détection des ions chlorure présents dans la solution interstitielle du béton, car comme les chlorures modifient la conductivité du béton ils sont susceptibles d'atténuer les ondes électromagnétiques. Néanmoins, seulement quelques études ont été menées dans ce domaine. Par conséquent, dans cette étude, nous proposons d'utiliser les ondes EM du géoradar pour estimer conjointement la teneur en eau et la teneur en chlorure du béton pour différents corps d'épreuves. Pour cela, plusieurs séries de corps d'épreuves sont utilisées avec des modes de contaminations par les chlorures différents. Une procédure de mesure de la vitesse à partir de l'analyse des signaux réfléchis est proposée. On démontre que la vitesse des ondes EM est essentiellement affectée par la teneur en eau alors que l'atténuation est sensible à la fois à la teneur en eau et à la teneur en chlorures. Ensuite, dans un second temps, nous testons différents modèles de permittivité pour prédire les mesures de constante diélectrique et du facteur de pertes évalués à partir des mesures par GPR ou de résistivité électrique.Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is an usual nondestructive testing method for the assessment of concrete structures. The benefit of this method lies within its ability to assess quickly a large scale of concrete surface. Generally, GPR is used for the localization of reinforcements or for the thickness measurements. However, GPR can be also used for the diagnosis of concrete because concrete is a porous dielectric material which can modify the propagation of the electromagnetic (EM) waves. Most common results present the ability of GPR to assess moisture. But, GPR could be also used to detect the presence of chlorides into the interstitial concrete solution as chlorides can modify the concrete conductivity and altered the electromagnetic signal waves. However, only few studies have been carry-out on that field. Therefore, in this study, we propose to use GPR electromagnetic waves to evaluate both the water content and the chloride content inside the interstitial concrete solution of several tests concrete samples. So, several groups of concrete samples with the same formulation will be conditioned for different chloride contamination modes. Thereafter, a velocity measurement process will be proposed from the reflected signal wave analysis. In that process, we will show that the velocity is only affected by the water content while the attenuation strongly affected by both the water content and the chloride content. Furthermore, we will test several permittivity models to predict the dielectric permittivity and the loss factor estimated from the concrete samples measurements with the GPR device and the electrical resistivity device
Implementasi Asas Kebebasan Berkontrak Dan Asas Keseimbangan Dalam Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Pembiayaan Di Pt Suzuki Finance Indonesiacabang Kudus
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris.Data yang dikumpulkan adalah berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari telaah pustaka.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia (SFI) Kantor Cabang Kudus belum menerapkan sepenuhnya asas kebebasan berkontrak dan asas keseimbangan. Selain itu, ada beberapa ketentuan dalam perjanjian pembiayaan konsumen di PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia (SFI) Kantor Cabang Kudus yang bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 yang mengatur tentang pencantuman klausula baku.
Perjanjian pembiayaan konsumen di PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia (SFI) Kantor Cabang Kudus hanya memberikan perlindungan terhadap PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia (SFI) Kantor Cabang Kudus saja.Isi perjanjian pembiayaan diPT Suzuki Finance Indonesia (SFI) Kantor Cabang Kudus juga bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 18 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen.
Kendala-kendala yang muncul pada penerapan kebebasan berkontrak dalam perjanjian pembiayaan konsumen di PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia (SFI) Kantor Cabang Kudus yang dibuat secara baku adalah lemahnya kedudukan konsumen, belum pahamnya kedua belah pihak mengenai pengaturan tentang perjanjian, dan tidak adanya pengawasan berikut penerapan sanksi terhadap perjanjian baku yang dibuat secara bertentangan dengan undang-undang. A horizon line annotation tool for streamlining autonomous sea navigation experiments
Horizon line (or sea line) detection (HLD) is a critical component in
multiple marine autonomous navigation tasks, such as identifying the navigation
area (i.e., the sea), obstacle detection and geo-localization, and digital
video stabilization. A recent survey highlighted several weaknesses of such
detectors, particularly on sea conditions lacking from the most extensive
dataset currently used by HLD researchers. Experimental validation of more
robust HLDs involves collecting an extensive set of these lacking sea
conditions and annotating each collected image with the correct position and
orientation of the horizon line. The annotation task is daunting without a
proper tool. Therefore, we present the first public annotation software with
tailored features to make the sea line annotation process fast and easy. The

New sulfur-phosphine ligands derived from sugars: synthesis and application in palladium-catalyzed allylic alkilation and in rhodium asymmetric hydrogenation

In only five steps the key epoxide 6 has been obtained in high yield and its structure determined by X-ray analysis. The ring opening of the tert-butyl 4,6-O-benzylidene-2,3-anhydro-1-thio-β-D-allopyranoside 6 with diphenylphosphinyl lithium afforded the desired ligand as a single diastereoisomer. The prepared compounds act as a bidentate ligands as shown by X-ray analysis of the Rh(I)-complex 12.
