    Development and mastery of soft skills among graduate students

    The paper addresses content-related issues, a state-of-the-art assessment, and the key trends in the growth of soft skills. Soft skills should be emphasized in university curricula because they are currently necessary for having decent career possibilities. The article examines the findings of a study on the development of soft skills among postgraduate students at Alfred Nobel University in Dnipro, Ukraine who are majoring in professional education. These statistics demonstrate that postgraduate students are aware of the value of developing soft skills in order to have a successful career.     The Dialogue between Universalized Dialectics and Logic of Interpersonal Communication: Manifesting the Discourse Reciprocity

    The aim of the article is to bridge the gap between linguistic segmentations of the dialogue and philosophical integrations of its structure in the course of revealing the reciprocal character of correlation between discourse models generalizing the mutuality of interlocutors’ personal positions realized in communicative interactions to manifest singularities in the variety of their verbalized worldviews and dialogicity matrices singularizing the general discursive mutual connection between “the Self” and “the Other” in their communicability manifestations intended to comprehend the Source of being as the Universal Verity. The relevance of the study is determined by both the rediscovery of the communication sense-producing resource in the field of post-non-classical thought and the exposure of the dialogical deadlock denoted by the attempts to rationalize the acceptance of the Inescapable Alterity as a unity core of the Personality at the background of post-metaphysical declaration of limited potential of rational cognition. Combining the methods of hermeneutics and phenomenology with the approaches of structural linguistics and textology in the interdisciplinary area formed by philosophy and philology to problematize the interdiscursivity as an activity of the person’s self-manifestation, the research reveals an effect of the disguised discourse reciprocity emphasizing the irreducibility of interpersonal relations in both the theories objectivizing the speech multiple entities by abstracting dialogue-forming intentions and reactions from the subjectivity and the conceptions substantiating the intersubjective understanding diversification as a mode of comprehending the objective truth and the Non-Objectivized Authenticity. The authors prove that the philosophical accents on “the Self’ – “the Other” relationship as the primary dimension of the dialogicity argue for transcending the reduced subject’s position marked by the linguistically substantiated complex discursive unities distinguished as sequences of stimulating replica and reacting replica, while the linguistic focus on the communicative dialogue intentionality initiates the realization of cognitive limits established in the sphere of philosophizing to objectivize the rationally unmediated communicability

    Poaceae and Fabaceae of meadows of Poltava region and their protein value

    The main representatives of meadow Poaceae and Fabaceae of Poltava region are established and their ecomorphic analysis is made 93 species of meadow Poaceae have been found in meadow phytocenoses, which are grouped into 44 genera. Among the found cereals on biomorphs are dominated by perennials (73.0%), on climamorphs among them approximately the same number of cryptophytes and hemicryptophytes, consideration of hygromorphs of the family indicates the predominance of mesophytic plants (56.0%), the bulk of species by tropomorphs belongs to mesotrophic (46.0%), viewing heliomorphs of identified family members indicates their photophobia. 71 species of Fabaceae belonging to 16 genera were found in the meadows. According to biomorphs, most of the identified species are perennials (73.0%). According to ecomorphs, mesophilic, light-loving species, which love soils of medium richness (more than half of all identified species), predominate among the studied species. The consequences of studying the protein in meadow Poaceae and Fabaceae of Poltava region are given. The total protein accumulation in the species studied by us was in the range of 2.5–25.8%. The average values for families are given and specific quantitative indicators of separate genera and species are given. The division of the studied species into three groups according to the content of the indicator is proposed: with low (up to 6.9%), medium (7.0-13.0%) and high (more than 13.0%) number. The studied species were analyzed on a scale of protein content (from 0 to 20 points). According to the given score, the studied cereals are in the group of species with low and medium content, and legumes - medium and high.  In the dynamics of protein content during the phases of the growing season you can see a certain trend. Maximum protein is accumulated by representatives at earlier stages of ontogenesis. Analysis of the indicator, depending on their relationship to the biomorph showed some patterns. Thus, annual species, on average, contain an indicator at the level of the second group, and perennial - all three groups. Two-year-olds most often have protein at the level of the third group. This is understandable because they need a lot of nutrients for overwintering and active flowering and fruit formation  next year. Moisture conditions also affect protein accumulation. Thus, the studied xerophilous Poaceae according to our research have 9.2 ± 0.4%, mesophilic - 8.2 ± 1.2%. Proven value biomorfy to quantify protein content.     Two-Time Procedure for Calculation of Carrier Frequency of Phasomodulated in Communication Systems

    The use in radio communication systems of phase modulation of a signal intended for the transmission of useful information in a continuous mode creates the problem of frequency uncertainty of the received signal by frequency.In practice, it is not possible to implement frequency estimation in the conditions of chat uncertainty of the signal in the channel with low energy of the signal received in the continuous mode. Therefore, the estimation of the carrier frequency offset of the signal received relative to the nominal value is carried out before other synchronization procedures are included, namely: phase synchronization and clock synchronization. The paper generalizes the procedure and forms a two-step procedure for calculating the carrier frequency of the phase-modulated signal of a radio communication system for data transmission in a continuous mode, taking into account the condition of uncertainty of all signal parameters. Achieving the minimum observation interval in the given order of calculation of the carrier frequency is ensured by the use of the fast Fourier transform function. In order to analyze the effectiveness of this procedure, the process of estimating the carrier frequency of the phase-modulated signal of the radio communication system during data transmission in continuous mode and functional dependences of the maximum frequency in the signal spectrum and the minimum variance of carrier frequency estimation. This procedure allows a two-stage assessment of the carrier frequency according to the rule of maximum likelihood, taking into account the condition of uncertainty of all parameters of the signal received by the satellite communication system in a continuous mode with a minimum observation interval. Achieving the minimum observation interval in the given order of carrier frequency estimation is ensured by using the fast Fourier transform function and two estimation steps. The analysis of the efficiency of the estimation of the specified order was carried out on the basis of comparison of a ratio of the received minimum variance of an estimation of a carrier frequency and theoretically possible border of the minimum variance

    Neuropsychological Approach in Teaching Children in the Context of Partnership Pedagogy as a Key Component of NUS

    The article is devoted to neuropsychological approach in teaching children through the prism of partnership pedagogy as a key component of NUS. The essence of the concepts of “partnership pedagogy”, “neuropsychology” is considered. The focus is made on the recently coined term “cooperation pedagogy”. Manuals, articles of domestic and foreign teachers on the partnership between school and family are covered. It is proved that according to the NUS Concept, the common goal for parents, teachers and administration of an educational institution is to educate and raise successful children with developed intellect who understand their own emotions, know how to control them, listen to others, and etc. It was found that the founder of neuropsychology is considered to be Luria, A., who developed a theory of localization of higher mental functions of the brain. It is proved that the concept of “higher mental functions” appeared due to Vygotsky, L., who formulated the main statements in this direction. It was found that Ukrainian teachers together with parents are aimed at teaching and raising a healthy, successful child. It has been observed that difficulties in student teaching are caused by dysfunction of one of the hemispheres of the brain. Neuropsychologists proved that the reason of this is neuromotor immaturity. It is noted that there are many resources for Ukrainian teachers which they can use to improve their knowledge of neuropsychology. Emphasis is placed on the benefits of kinesiological exercises. Various tools are highlighted that can be used by educators and parents for neuropsychological correction of the child. The focus is made on organization of partnership pedagogy in foreign schools. It is stated that a Center for Development and Evaluation of Family Model Partnerships has been established in London.</p

    The Phase Transformations and Magnetoresistive Properties of Diluted Solid Solutions Based on Fe and Ge Atoms

    In the article, the structure, phase composition and magnetoresistive properties of single- and threelayer films based on Fe and Ge were studied. It is established that in such films eutectic is formed based on diluted solid solutions of Ge atoms in a-Fe layers and of Fe atoms in a-Ge layers at the total concentration of Ge atoms from 3 to 20 at.% in the temperature range of 300-870 K. It is shown that magnetoresistive properties of the films with eutectic composition are not significantly different from the properties of a-Fe films

    The article addresses the issue of implementing the usability principles of educational internet resources. The paper debates the latest researches on the question concerning the search for the factors that influence the results of online education. The analysis, which we carried out, allowed us to focus on such known six criteria of usability design as Information Quality, System Navigation, System Learnability, Visual Design, Instructional Assessment, and System Interactivity and suggest the existence of the seventh criterion named Responsiveness. The research considers the principles of usability implementation following the example of the open platform of online education “Higher School Mathematics Teacher”. The answers given by 203 respondents during the survey allowed defining the direction of implementing the usability criteria on the platform. We were eager to know the opinion of teachers and students who became the first users of the platform. The article discusses the criteria implementation while developing online courses on the platform. There was ground to conclude that when designing online platform courses, all seven usability subcategories are important.Стаття присвячена проблемі реалізації принципів юзабіліті освітніх інтернет-ресурсів. Розглянуто останні дослідження з цього питання, що стосуються пошуку факторів, які впливають на результати онлайн-освіти. Проведений аналіз дозволив зосередити увагу на таких відомих шести критеріях юзабіліті-дизайну, як Якість інформації, Навігація системи, Здатність системи до навчання, Візуальний дизайн, Навчальна оцінка та Інтерактивність системи, а також припустити існування сьомого критерію - Чуйність (Responsiveness). У дослідженні розглянуто принципи реалізації юзабіліті на прикладі відкритої платформи онлайн-освіти "Викладач математики вищої школи". Відповіді, надані 203 респондентами під час опитування, дозволили визначити напрямки реалізації критеріїв юзабіліті на платформі. Нам було цікаво дізнатися думку викладачів та студентів, які стали першими користувачами платформи. У статті розглянуто реалізацію критеріїв при розробці онлайн-курсів на платформі. Було зроблено висновок, що при розробці онлайн-курсів на платформі важливими є всі сім підкатегорій юзабіліті

    Фазовий склад, електро- і магніторезистивні властивості плівкових матеріалів із спін-залежним розсіюванням електронів

    Вперше запропоновані теоретичні моделі для ТКО та КТ двошарових плівкових систем, які дозволяють здійснювати прогноз термо- і тензорезистивних властивостей: феноменологічна модель для двошарових плівкових систем із проміжним шаром твердого розчину біля інтерфейсу або плівкового сплаву по всій товщині зразка; феноменологічна модель плівкових гранульованих сплавів, в яких може реалізуватись спін-залежне розсіювання електронів і ефект ГМО. Отримані експериментальні результати стосовно температурної залежності питомого опору і ТКО для плівкових систем на основі Co і Cu, Ag або Au та Fe і Cr та тензорезистивного ефекту в області пружної і пластичної деформації, які використані при апробації запропонованих теоретичних моделей. Здійснена апробація запропонованих теоретичних моделей та комп’ютерне моделювання електрофізичних властивостей. Результати НДР можуть бути використані у різних галузях нано- і мікроелектроніки, фізики тонких плівок і мікроприладобудування.
