Catalytic depolymerzation of lignin over HZSM5
The situation around the globe is changing dramatically. There are many factors
political and climate change that are affecting the rate of consumption of fossil
fuel, Nowadays the consumption of the fossil fuels have reached a critical
level
which challenges there existence for the consumption of future generation
simultaneously having an adverse effect towards the society and our
environment. So here we are focusing our interest towards the economical use of
Lignin, which is one of the
primary by product from bio refinery and paper,
and
pulp industry, it is composed of complex aromatic
compounds
. Thus If we are able
to break it to monomeric units then
these
compounds can be utilized as a source
of industrial chemical from an bio refinery
, reducing our dependence towards the
fossil fuel. Here we have studied the
catalytic depolymerisation of lignin using
HZSM 5 as our catalyst, under different
parameters
of temperature,
pressure
and
with different solvent like methanol, ethanol, butanol, i
so propanol.
A detailed
analysis of the products was
conducted.
We have achieved to produce benzene,
xylene, catechol, cresol, phenol and guaiacol via our reaction. Simultaneously
maintaining more than 95% conversion in most of the reaction, with minimal
amount of char formation

A Study to Determine the Accuracy of Placement of Pull-through Bowel in Children with Anorectal Malformation who have Undergone Sacroperineal pull-through after Accurate Intraoperative Localisation of Sphincter Complex using Muscle Stimulator.
INTRODUCTION : Anorectal malformations (ARM) are relatively frequently encountered anomalies that represent an important component of paediatric surgical practice. Many in our profession have significant interest in the management of numerous variants of ARM. Malformations range from minor, easily treated defects that carry an excellent functional prognosis, to complex defects that are difficult to treat, are often associated with other anomalies and carry a poor functional prognosis. Over the last half century or more, the treatment of ARM evolved from a simple cut-back procedure / translocation anoplasty to the abdomino-perineal and later the sacro-perineal pull through procedures. The sacro-perineal pull-through was widely practiced till the introduction of the posterior sagittal anorectoplasty (PSARP operation). The current goals in the management of these defects are 1) to anatomically reconstruct all malformations, 2) to recognise and treat any associated defects that may be life-threatening and 3)
to treat the functional sequeale of the malformations, in order to provide these patients with a good quality of life.
The long term functional outcome after repair of intermediate and high ARM remain far from perfect. Majority of children have significant problems like soiling and constipation in the long term. Despite recent developments in the understanding of the embryology and surgical anatomy of ARM, it remains unclear which is the optimal repair of these complex anomalies. PSARP although it gives a superior exposure, it involves dividing the sphincter muscles in the midline through it and suturing the muscles back. Whenever the muscles are divided and sutured, there will be healing by fibrosis which will affect the ultimate function of the sphincter muscles which has been documented by MRI studies. The Stephen’s procedure involves blind hooking of the sphincter muscles and therefore it is possible that one may miss part of the sphincter muscles when bringing the bowel down. In our technique we have been accurately identifying the sphincter muscle complex by intraoperative muscle stimulation and pulling the bowel through it . It is hoped that this will result in a more accurate placement of the bowel within the sphincter and therefore leads to a better functional outcome. AIMS : 1. To identify the ano-rectal sphincter complex intra-operatively by direct stimulation with muscle stimulator and pulling the rectum through this muscle complex during
sacro-perineal pull-through procedures for intermediate ano-rectal malformations. 2. To study the relationships of this pulled-through rectum to the ano-rectal sphincter complex post-operatively by MRI . 3. To assess the efficacy of the ano-rectal sphincter by determining resting pressure and squeeze pressure post operatively by ano-rectal manometry.
4. To determine functional outcome in these patients after colostomy closure. CONCLUSION : It is found that with intraoperative localisation of the sphincter muscle complex with muscle stimulator, the bowel can be placed in the centre of the puborectalis sling without dividing the sphincter complex, thus avoiding fibrosis and damage to the sphincter muscle complex. As a further refinement to our technique, we hope to bring the bowel exactly in the centre of the external sphincter by passing initially a fine needle through the centre of the external sphincter identified precisely by the muscle stimulator, as a guide and then dilating it with a dilator and bringing the bowel down in the centre of the external sphincter
Distribution of Verbs Prefixed {N-} in Bahasa on Indonesian Language Textbooks for VII Grade (2014 & 2017 Editions)
This research is conducted to determine the various categories of word classes forming inflectional and derivational verbs. This study also aims to determine the productivity of inflectional and derivational verbs with the distribution of verbs with prefix {N-}. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method based on the existing Indonesian Textbooks for VII Grade. The instrument in this study uses techniques and models in the analysis of morphological units in morphological studies. The data collection technique was used with free listening, speaking, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was carried out after the data had been collected by formulating by ordinary words which included also describing the process of processing verbs and the results of obtaining verb formations; and making formulations using signs or symbols. It was revealed that two types of verbs were found, namely inflectional verbs and derivational verbs. Inflectional verbs came from word formations categorized as verbs and there was no word categorical change. Derivational verbs came from word formations that caused categorical changes to word classes, found one the category of forming derivational verbs, and inflectional verbs are more productive than derivational verbs in the Indonesian textbooks studied.

An Analysis of Deixis in the Chernobyl Movie Series
Language is the most important aspect to support humans in communicating. In communication, people need to understand the meaning of language. Language and context are two inseparable things. In a given context, it is important for listeners or recipients to understand what the speaker meant to say or express. Deixis shows a phenomenon that requires contextual information to understand the meaning of certain words or phrases in their pronunciation. Deixis can be found not only in daily conversations, but also in speeches, films, songs, novels, and the like. This research focuses on deixis in the film Chernobyl in characters that play an important role in the course of the story. The purpose of this study is to find out kinds of deixis that are found in the movie script and to determine the dominant types of deixis. The researchers use descriptive qualitative methods to collect data and have been assisted byAtlas.ti software in data coding. The theory of Levinson is used by the researchers to analyze the type of deixis. In this study, the most dominant deixis is the person deixis (450), the second dominant deixis is place deixis (57), and the third is time deixis (48), followed by discourse deixis (36), and the last is social deixis (26)
The Role of Calcium-activated Potassium Channel in Mitochondria-Associated ER Membrane and Its Functional Link to Cell Survival and Death
The process of apoptosis is not only regulated by molecular gens but it is also regulated by cellular ionic homeostasis especially K+ homeostasis in the cell. In the past decade, molecular mechanisms of ionic regulation of apoptosis have been extensively investigated. The ionic mechanism of apoptosis are involves Ca2+ influx and accumulation of intracellular Ca2+ is convincing evidence to excessive K+ efflux resulting in early steps in apoptosis. The BK channels play a critical role in mediating the K+ efflux linked with apoptotic cell shrinkage. Mitochondria-associated ER membranes (MAMs) control Ca2+ influx between ER and mitochondria. The BKα subunits are localized in the inner mitochondrial and ER membrane and directly interact with other BK channel associated proteins (BKAPs) like, IP3R-1, calreticulin at the ER face of the MAMs, and the molecular chaperone grp78, which bridges the IP3R-1 with voltage-dependent anion channel (VDAC-1) of the outer mitochondrial membrane (OMM). The present chapter clearly depicts that how BK channels are associated with BKAPs and how they are involved in apoptosis through regulation of K+ efflux

Effectiveness of Foot Massage on the level of pain and anxiety among the Neuro Post operative patient in Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai.
INTRODUCTION : The strong hands of God twisted the crown of thorns into a crown of glory; and in such hands we are safe.
Charles Williams. Whether a component of a disease process, the result of acute injury, or a
product of a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure, pain should be relieved and stress
should be decreased.
Pain after surgery is common. Pain after surgery is also normal and to be
expected. Steps can be taken to minimize or eliminate pain, but pain that gets worse,
especially if other symptoms like anxiety is present.
Post operative pain and anxiety can have a significant effect on patients
recovery. An understanding of patient’s attitude and concerns about post operative
pain and anxiety is important for identifying ways health care professionals can
improve post operative care.
All people in post operative period experience pain and anxiety. There are
some incidence in which anxiety and pain is interlinked. However all most all the
patients having pain and anxiety because of their surgical procedure, change in the
environment, change in life role etc.
Objective- Assess the effectiveness of foot massage on the level of pain and
anxiety among the neuro post operative patient in government Rajaji hospital,
Madurai. Conceptual frame work: Developed by the modified Roy adaptation
model. DESIGN : Non-equalant control group pretest – posttest by using purposive
sampling technique. Setting: The study is been conducted in the neuro post operative
ward in Govt. Rajaji Hospital, Madurai. Subjects: Total sixty samples are selected
from the neuro post operative ward who underwent craniotomy. INTERVENTION :
