HEALTH STATUS AND LIFESTYLE OF CHILDREN FROM DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES

The article analyzes the documents of the international organizations, data of the Russian and foreign authors devoted to poverty and health of children from disadvantaged families. It was shown that poverty is the basic risk factor for the somatic and psychic disorders of children. The reduction of the impact exerted by the given factor on the health status of children may be achieved by the multidisciplinary approach only.Key words: child, poverty, health, lifestyle

THEORETIC APPROACHES TO THE WORKING OUT PROGRAM (QUESTIONNAIRE) OF HEALTH-SAVING BEHAVIOR STUDY IN ADOLESCENTS OF 15–17 YEARS OLD

The article reflects basic stages of development of questionnaire studying peculiarities of health-saving behavior of adolescents of 15–17 years old, and factors influencing on it. Necessary condition to the questionnaires’ working out is to keep in mind the specific changes, taking place in this age. The results of questionnaire may be useful in distribution of adolescents into groups depending on criteria of psychological compatibility, primary behavioral risk factors, attitude, etc. It creates conditions for the optimization of work in the field of stable health-saving behavior.Key words: adolescents, health-saving, questionnaire.(Voprosy sovremennoi pediatrii — Current Pediatrics. 2009;8(4):23-25

MEANS OF DATA ACCESSING ABOUT «TRUE» ADOLESCENT MORBIDITY

With the help of «SOC/PEDIATRIA-3» software we have studied «true» adolescent morbidity from 2006 to 2008 inclusive. We have analyzed data from 723 adolescents including the results of their profound physical examination. We have calculated the index of accumulated morbidity by appealability. FORECAST FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT IN PEDIATRY FOR 2006–2010

This publication contains the predictions of the scientific studies in pediatric patients. The forecast is developed by leading pediatricians of the country. It was based on the analysis of pediatrics developement and pediatric practice in the Russian Federation in recent decades
