Capsulation as a technological principle can provoke an activation of innovative activity in food branch and become a cause of elaboration and introduction of new scientifically grounded technologies of raw material processing, creation of new commodity forms, comfortable in consumption, increase of production volumes and effectiveness of food production use, elaboration and application of the modern principally new technologies, technological processes, methods and equipment that in common can essentially influence the state and development of food technologies. The model of capsulation of liquids of different origin by extrusion method was elaborated taking into account the regularities of gravitation and using the methods of system analysis. Kinetics of capsule structure creation, regularities of getting round forms with different diameter were determined. The gotten regularities are the base of scientific-technological principles of getting oil-fat production, capsulated with thermo- and acid-stable properties. It was theoretically proved, that the main factor that limits the process of drop formation and separation is a stage of formation of embryo and drop itself. The time of embryo and drop formation is much more (in 20 times approximately) than the time of bridge rupture. The presence of coat of capsulated liquids essentially influences the sizes of bridge and drop and the time of processes of drop formation and separation. At that, the increase of relative coefficient of surface tension in 3 times increases a drop radius in 1,6 time and full time of drop formation and separation in 2,5 times. The received equations can be used for experimental verification of the offered model of liquid drop formation and separation

Gas burners used for combustion of biomass-generated gas and gas-like waste

Original burners used for ecologically safe combustion of natural (soil) gas implement stadial combustion with varying levels of oxygen deficiency in their separate zones created by the flame vortex, which correlates with the capabilities of other effective hardware. Process of NOx reduction with the use of uncomplete combustion products is organized simultaneously with the use of the new technology of maintaining inner ejection in the flame vortex and zone of intensive mixing while weakening the whole flame vortex's twist. This lets us adapt the designs for combustion of biomass-generated gas and gas-like waste. © 2018 IOP Publishing Ltd

Genetic algorithms with DNN-based trainable crossover as an example of partial specialization of general search

Universal induction relies on some general search procedure that is doomed to be inefficient. One possibility to achieve both generality and efficiency is to specialize this procedure w.r.t. any given narrow task. However, complete specialization that implies direct mapping from the task parameters to solutions (discriminative models) without search is not always possible. In this paper, partial specialization of general search is considered in the form of genetic algorithms (GAs) with a specialized crossover operator. We perform a feasibility study of this idea implementing such an operator in the form of a deep feedforward neural network. GAs with trainable crossover operators are compared with the result of complete specialization, which is also represented as a deep neural network. Experimental results show that specialized GAs can be more efficient than both general GAs and discriminative models.Comment: AGI 2017 procedding, The final publication is available at link.springer.co

Hypodynamic and hypokinetic condition of skeletal muscles

Data are presented in regard to the effect of unilateral brachial amputation on the physiological characteristics of two functionally different muscles, the brachial muscle (flexor of the brachium) and the medial head of the brachial triceps muscle (extensor of the brachium), which in rats represents a separate muscle. Hypokinesia and hypodynamia were studied

Synthesis of di(Imdazolium) and di(Pyrazolium) Salts as Precursors for N-heterocyclic Dicarbene Complexes

Alpha,omega-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)alkanes and alpha,omega-bis(imidazol-1-yl)alkanes with spacers consisting of four to ten methylene groups have been prepared from pyrazole, 3,5-dimethylpyrazole or imidazole and corresponding dibromoalkanes in a superbasic medium KOH-DMSO. The proposed method of synthesis allowed the preparation of new flexible bidentate ligands without the need to use toxic solvents and tedious workup procedures. Bis(pyrazol-1-yl)alkanes were further functionalized for their use as precursors for “non-classical” mesoionic N-heterocyclic carbene ligands. One the first step, iodine atoms were introduced to positions 4 of pyrazole rings by oxidative iodination using I[2]-HIO[3] system. On the next step, nitrogen atoms in positions 2 of pyrazole rings were alkylated using several agents. Reaction with methyliodide unexpectedly led to the formation of only mono-alkylated products even after 7 days of refluxing in a neat alkyliodide. Methylation by trimethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate or methyltriflate led to dimethylated products in high yields. Bis(imidazol-1-yl)alkanes were easily alkylated by methyliodide to give di(imidazolium) salts – precursors to “classic” N-heterocyclic dicarbenes
