    Formation Of Socio-economic Development Strategy Of Construction Enterprises

    The improvement of economic and social results of the current activity of a construction enterprise and future development of the socio-economic system is possible by forming and accepting complex arrangements within the mechanism of rationalization of cooperation between elements of the system of construction activity management, directed on establishing the organizational structure, providing balance between existent resources and establishing future aims for achieving economic and social results, observing the functional destination and objective orientation of technological and resource elements of the management system of the socio-economic development. The conducted studies established that the strategy must provide arrangements as to improvement of the economic mechanism, system of management and planning, economic stimulation, creation of conditions for the effective use of the production potential of an economic enterprise. It was proved, that they are in: realization of profound marketing studies for determining a consumption demand for final construction products in whole and by their most important groups and usage directions; formation of alternative variants of creating final products, taking into account the structure of needs in them and within resources, allotted for the development of a construction enterprise; choice of a variant that mostly satisfies needs for a new strategy, solving socio-economic tasks at least costs, getting the proper quality of products and raising a competitiveness level of the production potential of a construction enterprise. It allows to state that the development project of a construction enterprise must be based on multi-criteria optimization, oriented on getting the maximal profit and maximal satisfaction of the consumption demand of products, presented on internal and external markets at raising their competitiveness

    Parametric and nonparametric stability of grain yield and grain protein content in durum wheat genotypes with various origins

The aim of this study was to determine the stability of fifty-four durum wheat varieties with different geographical origins conceming the traits grain yield and grain protein content by parametric and nonparametric assessments. The varieties were tested in three consecutive years 2019–2021 in a randomized block design in three replications. Four nonparametric stability assessment, four parametric stability assessment, the coefficient of variation and the simulated assessment of yield and stability by Kang were determined. The analysis of variance revealed a significant influence of genotypes, environment and the genotype and environment interaction (GxE) on the expression of both studied traits. The environment showed a greatest influence on the variation of both traits. Eleven genotypes achieved average yield above 6.00 t ha-1 . The genotypes with a high average yield and grain protein content and high stability as determined by the most stability assessments were identified as Melina (BG), Raylidur (BG) and Beloslava (BG) - for grain yield and varieties as Cesare and Beloslava (BG) - for grain protein content. The Bulgarian variety Beloslava was the most valuable combination high yield and grain protein content along with high stability for both traits across different seasons. Beloslava can be recommended for involvement in durum wheat breeding programs for simultaneously improvement of productivity and grain quality and to develop new durum wheat varieties well adapted to changing climate conditions

    Reengineering as an Innovative Basis to Reconstruct the Enterprise Management System

    The actual value of the topic lies in the fact that nowadays the development of the world economic system is accompanied by innovative processes. Innovative development of enterprises is the only possible way to steer a country’s economy out of crisis. For most domestic industrial enterprises it is necessary to completely abandon the traditional enterprise management system or, at least, to transform it. Thus, it is becoming more and more actual to use methods and tools, which can foster innovative development in various activity areas at an enterprise, and the importance of reengineering as an innovative basis for the reconstruction of the enterprise management system is growing. The article aims at designing a conceptual foundation for reengineering as an innovative basis for the reconstruction of the enterprise management system. The authors reveal the content of reengineering and demonstrate its importance as the innovative basis for reconstructing the enterprise management system. The advantages of using reengineering are highlighted, the essence of reengineering as an economic process is identified. It is stated that reengineering allows providing a systematic and comprehensive approach to the innovative refocusing and restructuring of the enterprise management system as a whole, or of its individual functional components. The authors’ own definition of "reengineering" is offered. It is substantiated that reengineering allows reconstructing the enterprise management system in an innovative way. The need for the reengineering of the enterprise management system is shown. The conceptual basis of reengineering as an innovative basis for reconstructing the enterprise management system is proposed. The basis contains the principles, on which reengineering is grounded as an innovative basis for reconstructing the enterprise management system; and the main stages of reengineering. Reengineering as an innovative basis for reconstructing the enterprise management system involves holistic and systematic modeling and fundamentally changes the enterprise information flow; as a result, the organization structure is simplified, resources are redistributed, individual resources consumption is minimized, product life is reduced, the service quality and image are improved

    Study on the Effect of Cold Plasma on the Germination and Growth of Durum Wheat Seeds Contaminated with Fusarium Graminearum

    Cold plasmais a potentially new method of controlling diseases caused by fungal pathogens. In this investigation the effect of treatment with cold plasma of durum wheat seeds contaminated with Fusarium graminearum on the germination and growth of plants was studied. Plants of 6 durum wheat varieties were pre-contaminated with spore suspension of Fusarium graminearum. The harvested seeds were treated with cold plasma in 4 variants%253A 1ndash%253B direct treatment with Argon plasma torch sustained by travelling electromagnetic wave%253B 2 ndash%253B treatment with the same plasma torch of seeds in 20 ml distilled water%253B 3 ndash%253B underwater diaphragm discharge treatment in the container with applied voltage of 15 kV electrode, denoted by %2B%253B 4 ndash%253B underwater diaphragm discharge treatment in the container with grounded electrode, denoted by ndash%253B. Two control variants were used ndash%253B dry not treated contaminated seeds and wet not treated contaminated seeds. After the treatment the seeds were placed in petri dishes for germination. Sprouted seeds were planted in pots with soil mixture and cultivated to maturity in green house conditions in Field Crops Institute ndash%253BChirpan, Bulgaria in 2017%252F2018 year. The effect of the treatment on the following traits were studied%253A germination rate, days to heading, plant high, parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence during the grain filling, spike length, kernel number per spike, kernel weight per spike, TKW and obtained ill (Fusarium graminearum) and healthy seeds. The results received were processed statistically via two-way ANOVA and Duncans multiple range test. The analysis of variance reveals that the genotype, treatment with cold plasma and the interactions between them have a statistically significant effect on the variation of the germination rate. The best germination rate (means from all genotypes) was obtained by treatment with cold plasma variant 1 - direct treatment with Argon plasma torch sustained by travelling electromagnetic wave and variant 3 - underwater diaphragm discharge treatment in the container with applied voltage of 15 kV electrode, denoted by %2B. After the germination the number of seeds contaminated with Fusarium graminearum was the lowest after variant 4 in the treatment of three of the studied varieties. Stimulating effect of the cold plasma treatment on the plant growth was found in 4 genotypes. Varieties Elbrus, Progres, Deni and Zvezdica were with higher PH during the grain filling. The results from the influence of cold plasma on the other studied traits will be processed after the plant maturation and will be included in the final version of the paper.     Production of Ultra-Cold-Neutrons in Solid \alpha-Oxygen

    Our recent neutron scattering measurements of phonons and magnons in solid \alpha-oxygen have led us to a new understanding of the production mechanismen of ultra-cold-neutrons (UCN) in this super-thermal converter. The UCN production in solid \alpha-oxygen is dominated by the excitation of phonons. The contribution of magnons to UCN production becomes only slightly important above E >10 meV and at E >4 meV. Solid \alpha-oxygen is in comparison to solid deuterium less effcient in the down-scattering of thermal or cold neutrons into the UCN energy regime.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figuer

    In vitro propagation of white oil-bearing rose (Rosa alba L.)

    Abstract. The influence of major factors such as explant sterilization, plant growth regulators in the multiplication and rooting media and the genotype on the in vitro multiplication of White Oil-Bearing Rose (Rosa alba L.) was studied. Explants used in the experiment were 1.0 to 1.5 cm long nodal segments from specially cultivated mother plants. The combination of two disinfectants in the following order: 0.2% HgCl2 solution for 3 min followed by treatment with 0.5% NaClO solution for 20 min and 0.25% NaClO for 30 min was determined as the most suitable sterilization scheme. The best results of multiplication were obtained in basic MS medium with added BAP in concentration of 0.5 to 3.0 mg/L. The analysis of the variance reveals that the genotype, media variants and interactions between them have a statistically significant influence on the variation of the total number of induced adventive shoots. The highest percentage of successfully rooted young plants (97.5% on average for both genotypes) was obtained in ex vitro conditions by direct rooting in a soil mixture

    Raising of problem. The urgency of the problem of choosing the method of transport to economic development and the intensification of the processes of globalization is growing. Companies are constantly solving problems related to the delivery of goods (goods) at a specified time and with minimal costs. To do this, the company must choose a method of transportation that meets all the requirements of shipping and do not contravene the restriction on the use of a certain type of vehicle. Analysis of recent research. Foreign and domestic researchers formulate scientific statements logistics, but a clear concept of logistics isn`t defined. For example, the US Council of logistics management gives the following definition of logistics: "Logistics - the process of planning, management and monitoring of effective (in terms of cost reduction) of the flow of stocks of raw materials, work in process, finished goods, services and related information from the place of origin of this stream to the place of his consumption (including imports, exports, domestic and foreign travel) in order to fully meet the needs of consumers ". [11] Scientists Eremina L., Mednikov V., Chukhray N. and Krikavsky E. considered logistics as logistics services, freight forwarding companies [4, 11]. The views in these exercises are different, but they are inclined to believe that the logistics - has a great influence on the formation and development of both the company and the country. Therefore, an urgent task for the specialists of logistics is the development and introduction of measures for effective transport and logistics system in the country, capable not only to provide transport services, but also to ensure the coordination and interaction between different modes of transport, thereby contributing to economic development entities. Purpose. Analyze the market of transport services. Examine the advantages, disadvantages and limitations of each type of vehicle. Plot the total costs for the delivery of goods (cargo). To formulate guidelines for the selection of vehicles in logistics enterprises. Conclusion. The need for logistics activities becomes much more important, especially in the frequent choice of transport and logistics partner. There is the need to analyze the existing vehicles and the restrictions on their use, perform an assessment of different transport modes in terms of the main factors influencing the choice of vehicle. Practical information market transport and logistics services make it possible to perform calculations and construct a graph showing the optimal choice of vehicle for the transport of goods (freight). On this basis, it is possible to offer guidelines for selecting vehicle logistics enterprises.Постановка проблемы. Актуальность проблемы выбора метода транспортировки с развитием экономики и усилением процессов глобализации только растет. Предприятия постоянно решают проблемы, связанные с доставкой товаров (грузов) в установленное время и с минимальными затратами. Для этого предприятие должно выбрать способ транспортировки, отвечающий всем требованиям доставки и не противоречащий ограничениям по использованию определенного вида транспортного средства. Анализ последних научных исследований. Зарубежные и отечественные исследователи формулируют научные положения логистики, но однозначного определения понятия логистика пока нет. Взгляды ученых разные, но все они склоняются к тому, что логистика имеет большое влияние на формирование и развитие как предприятия, так и страны. Поэтому актуальной задачей для специалистов-логистов остается разработка и внедрение мероприятий по внедрению эффективной транспортно-логистической системы в стране, способной не только предоставлять транспортные услуги, но и обеспечивать координацию и взаимодействие различных видов транспорта, способствуя тем самым экономическому развитию субъектов хозяйствования. Цель статьи. Проанализировать рынок транспортных услуг. Изучить преимущества, недостатки и ограничения каждого вида транспортного средства. Построить график суммарных затрат на доставку товаров (груза). Сформулировать методические рекомендации по выбору транспортного средства в логистике предприятий. Вывод. Необходимость логистической деятельности приобретает все более важное значение, особенно в части выбора транспортно-логистического партнера. Возникает необходимость проанализировать существующие транспортные средства и ограничения по их использованию, выполнить оценку различных видов транспорта в аспекте основных факторов, влияющих на выбор транспортного средства. Практические данные рынка транспортно-логистических услуг дают возможность выполнить расчеты и построить график, отражающий выбор оптимального транспортного средства для перевозки товара (груза). На основании этого становится возможным предложить методические рекомендации по выбору транспортного средства в логистике предприятий.Постановка проблеми. Актуальність проблеми вибору методу транспортування з розвитком економіки та посиленням процесів глобалізації тільки зростає. Підприємства постійно вирішують проблеми, пов’язані з доставкою товарів (вантажів) у встановлений час та з мінімальними витратами. Для цього підприємство повинно обрати такий спосіб транспортування, який відповідає всім вимогам доставки та не суперечить обмеженням з використання певного виду транспортного засобу. Закордонні та вітчизняні дослідники формулюють наукові положення логістики, але однозначної думки щодо визначення поняття логістики поки не існує. Погляди вчених різні, але всі вони зводяться до того, що логістика має великий вплив на  формування й розвиток як підприємства, так і країни. Тому актуальним завданням для фахівців-логістів залишається розробка та впровадження заходів щодо ефективної транспортно-логістичної системи в країні, здатної не тільки надавати транспортні послуги, а й забезпечувати координацію та взаємодію різних видів транспорту, сприяючи тим самим економічному розвитку суб’єктів господарювання. Мета статті. Проаналізувати ринок транспортних послуг. Вивчити переваги, недоліки та обмеження кожного виду транспортного засобу. Побудувати графік сумарних витрат на доставку товарів (вантажу). Сформулювати методичні рекомендації щодо вибору транспортного засобу в логістиці підприємств. Висновок. Необхідність логістичної діяльності набуває все важливішого значення, особливо в частині вибору транспортно-логістичного партнера. Постає необхідність проаналізувати існуючі транспортні засоби та обмеження щодо їх використання, виконати оцінку різних видів транспорту в аспекті основних факторів, що впливають на вибір транспортного засобу.     Essence and Basic Stages of the Construction Company Strategic Management

    The paper investigates the essence of strategic management and the set of five strategic management stages. This paper addresses this gap and provides an up-to-date review of strategic management research. Strategic management researches from 1962 to present time are reviewed and a modern and broad conceptualization of strategic management is adopted. While there is some awareness of effective strategic management processes, academic research has not kept pace with practice.To stimulate a resurgence of research interest, future research directions are provided.Strategic management is the process where managers establish an organization's long-term direction, set the specific performance objectives, develop strategies to achieve these objectives in the light of all the relevant internal and external circumstances, and undertake to execute the chosen action plans. Also this paper investigates set of five strategic management stages, such as analysis of environment, determinations of targets, strategy selection, strategy implementation and assessment and control over implementation.A methodological introspection is observed and some new research methodologies are presented, which are critically important in researching the strategic management in turbulent and nonlinear construction company environment
